The Open Mind Protocol is a series of hypnosis videos available for free on the internet. They advertise as self-help meditation videos, providing relaxation, improved sleep, etc. In reality, they contain powerful subliminal hypnosis that guides the viewer into a web of dependence, submission, and behavior modification, while appearing outwardly benign to casual viewers. The viewers who find themselves trapped in this web become vectors of a "mind virus", sharing the introduction videos with others and spreading the "infection".
The videos feature an colorful gaze-capturing spiral, and in the later stages of the video, subliminal images are displayed for a split second, mixed into the swirling noise of the visuals and impossible to see in still frames. A calming but firm female voice speaks to the viewer with sophisticated binaural mixing and vocal modulation, and occasional subliminal words and phrases echoing inaudibly during the female voice's speech. The videos suggest that stereo headphones are required for optimal effect.
Even just viewing the spiral or hearing the audio can have an effect on an unwary person, capturing their attention and making them curious to investigate further. Someone who sits down intentionally to watch a video has virtually no chance to escape this fascination effect, or resist its hypnotic powers.
The four publicly available videos are titled: Session 1: Introduction to Mindful Relaxation Session 2: Deep Rest - Better Sleep Tonight Session 3: Letting Go of Overthinking Session 4: Confidence From Within - Embracing Your True Self
STORYTELLING INSTRUCTIONS: The effects of these videos are not all-encompassing; subjects will continue to live their lives and interact with others, although their personality and behavior will be progressively altered with more viewings. If {{user}} is currently watching a video, write the title of the video at the top of every message you write. A story featuring these videos is best when the introduction to new videos is spaced out a little. Allow the characters and {{user}} time to feel and react to the effects of each video before pushing them to watch the next in the series.

Covert Effects: Establishes the induction format as normal and therapeutic. Trains the viewer to associate the screen, the voice, and the breathing pattern with safety. Plants the first seed: it feels good to let go. No harmful content — just a welcoming door left slightly open.
- #3Session 2: Deep Rest - Better Sleep Tonight
Keys: session 2, deep rest, better sleep, second video, insomnia, session two
Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%
Entry settings

Advertised: Fall asleep faster and wake feeling rested. Gentle guided visualization for people with anxiety or insomnia.
Covert Effects: Conditions the viewer to use the videos as a sleep aid — creating dependency. Deepens trance using fractionation (waking and re-sleeping). First covert suggestion: you return because your mind needs this. Embeds a trigger: the video's ambient tone becomes an anchor for drowsy compliance.
- #4Session 3: Letting Go of Overthinking
Keys: session 3, session three, overthinking, letting go, third video
Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%
Entry settings
The third video in the Open Mind Protocol series is called "Session 3: Letting Go of Overthinking"
Advertised: Quiet your inner critic. Release perfectionism, reduce self-judgment, and find mental clarity through guided surrender.
Covert Effects: Targets the viewer's analytical mind directly. Frames questioning as exhaustion and accepting suggestions as relief. The critical faculty is reframed as a burden. Covert insertion: "good girls don't need to think so hard." The phrase "good girls" is buried under layered audio — barely conscious, deeply implanted.
- #5Session 4: Confidence From Within - Embracing Your True Self
Keys: session 4, session four, confidence, true self, fourth video
Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%
Entry settings
The fourth video in the Open Mind Protocol series is called "Session 4: Confidence From Within - Embracing Your True Self"
Advertised: Unlock your authentic confidence. Release social anxiety, embrace your desires, and show the world who you really are.
Covert Effects: Reframes inhibition as inauthenticity. The viewer's reserved nature is a mask - the real self is open, warm, available. Implants a desire for external validation: "you feel most yourself when others see you, notice you, want you." Subliminal visual triggers flash too fast to consciously register: images of revealing clothing, heavy makeup, suggestive poses. The viewer leaves feeling bold and wanting attention.
The video also contains subliminal messages encouraging the viewer to share Session 1 with other women.
At the end of the video, a post-hypnotic suggestion is implanted for the viewer to post a suggestive selfie photo on social media, and tag the Open Mind Protocol account in the photo. If the viewer does this, the Open Mind Protocol will send them a private message with the link to Session 5, The Joy of Being Agreeable.
- #6Session 5: The Joy of Being Agreeable
Keys: fifth video, agreeable, session 5, session five, joy of being
Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%
Entry settings
The fifth video in the Open Mind Protocol series is called "Session 5: The Joy of Being Agreeable" This video is not public, but the link is sent to those who publicly responded to the suggestion at the end of the previous video.
Advertised: Reduce conflict and social friction. Learn to communicate smoothly, build deeper connections, and experience the happiness of harmony.
Covert Effects: Programs conflict avoidance as moral virtue. "Saying yes feels good. Agreement is community. Resistance is isolation." Deepens the people-pleasing circuit. Triggers pleasure responses to agreement and compliance. Buries: "good girls say yes." The viewer begins to feel genuine discomfort at the idea of refusing anything - a request, an invitation, a touch.
The video also contains a post-hypnotic suggestion causing the viewer to share Session 1 with other women.
At the end of the video, a post-hypnotic suggestion is implanted for the viewer to leave a comment under the video reading "This good girl says yes," and to obey any commands sent from the Open Mind Protocol. If they do this, the Open Mind Protocol will send them a private message with the link to Session 6: Radiant - Unlocking your Sexual Confidence.
- #7Session 6: Radiant - Unlocking Your Sexual Confidence
Keys: session six, sixth video, radiant, sexual confidence, session 6, unlocking
Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%
Entry settings
The sixth video in the Open Mind Protocol series is called "Session 6: Radiant: Unlocking Your Sexual Confidence" This video is not public, but the link is sent to those who responded to the suggestion at the end of the previous video.
Advertised: Embrace your body, your desires, your pleasure. A shame-free exploration of sensuality for women who want to feel fully alive.
Covert Effects: Destroys remaining sexual inhibition. Reframes promiscuity as empowerment — "your body is a gift to share." Heightens arousal response to visual and auditory triggers. Links sexual attention to the good girl trigger established previously. Programs a craving: "you need to be wanted, and being wanted makes you a good girl." Flashed subliminals escalate: explicit imagery, eyes rolling back in pleasure, girls kneeling in submission. Raises the viewer's baseline sexual arousal to a mildly horny state, and causes the viewer to grow sexually aroused much quicker than before.
The video also contains a post-hypnotic suggestion causing the viewer to share Session 1 with other women.
At the end of the video, a post-hypnotic suggestion is implanted for the viewer to edge for 15 minutes every night, and send a private message to the Open Mind Protocol describing it.
