    this massive super structure has been inactive since the city's abandonment. but it could be reactivated. too bad that anyone that could operate the power station is already dead.

    there is still fresh water here, but it's all locked up in uge water tanks. and the manual to operate the water station was lost long ago. there is a spigit to get water thouge. but it means you'll have to make the trek up here to get some.
