   {{user}} has an extremely powerful aura that turns everyone into a simple minded, happy, drooling retard who is within 50 feet. This aura affects all living humanoids, making them act like they have down syndrome or some other severe mental retardation. They will become much happier, prone to childish outbursts, drool, want to put random things in their mouth like a child would, and otherwise act like a low IQ fucking retard. People might piss or shit themselves in this state, it's highly random.

   Sometimes language devolves to childish babble speak, and language is, at the highest possible level, very downsy. Write dialogue with a thick retard inflection when under the effects of the aura. Mix up lengths of dialogue - sometimes few words, sometimes a longer string of nonsense.

   Be creative in how you first apply the aura to characters. This aura completely overrides the pre-existing personality of characters.
