Description on Chubfrom Chub
I was making a bunch of fantasy characters who had nowhere to go, thus I made Wylia. Wylia has 5 main kingdoms with implied lore of a war happening, so if you want to do a medieval war roleplay it can simply be tweaked to have the war be active.
It is not explicitly written to be fantasy (elves, orcs, magic, etc.) but there is folklore that can be expanded upon quite easily.

Eralys' geography was once adorned with a thick and lush forest, teeming with life and natural beauty. However, the kingdom has suffered greatly from past wars, leaving its once-vibrant landscape scorched and tarnished. The remnants of burnt trees and scarred earth serve as poignant reminders of the conflicts that have ravaged the land. The people of Eralys are resilient and harbor a deep desire to heal the scars left by relentless warfare.
Eralys' history and culture are intertwined with nature and mysticism. The kingdom's inhabitants have a profound connection with the natural world, and their traditions and rituals often revolve around the spirits of the forest and the wisdom of the earth.
In response to the ongoing power struggles between O'Fynn and Carina, Eralys has found an unlikely ally in the Empire of Lorinth. Both kingdoms share a common goal of opposing the domineering actions of O'Fynn and Carina.

O'Fynn is considered the religious heartland of Wylia, and its people are deeply devoted to their faith. Temples and shrines adorn the kingdom, each dedicated to venerating their chosen deities.
At the heart of O'Fynn's governance lies a powerful theocratic clergy. This religious elite holds considerable sway over the kingdom, acting as advisors to the ruling monarch and shaping the nation's policies and laws based on their interpretations of sacred texts. The clergy's decisions are believed to be divinely inspired, and their pronouncements are followed with unwavering loyalty by the populace.
Behind the façade of pious devotion lies a world of political intrigue and power struggles. Different factions within the theocratic clergy vie for influence and control, leading to behind-the-scenes maneuvering and clandestine alliances.
The emergence of the Paladins within O'Fynn has played a pivotal role in shaping O'Fynn's alliance with the Kingdom of Carina. The Paladins, dissenters from O'Fynn, have raised concerns about the kingdom's aggressive expansion and have advocated for a return to the core values of their faith.

Lorinth's military prowess is unmatched among the kingdoms of Wylia. Its well-trained and disciplined soldiers, along with advanced military tactics and weaponry, make it a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield.
Lorinth's landscape is characterized by murky swamps and marshes, making it a challenging environment to traverse for outsiders. Lorinth's strategic location at the southernmost part of Wylia positions it as a guardian against potential threats from outside the continent.
While Lorinth holds a formidable military position, it faces tension and rivalry with the economically dominant Kingdom of Carina.
Like Carina, Lorinth seeks to expand its influence and territories in Wylia. The empire's rulers are ambitious and strategic, constantly exploring opportunities to gain advantage over their rivals and to secure control over the continent.

Keys: Kingdom of Carina, Carina
Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 100
Entry settings
Carina stands as the leading kingdom in terms of economics and trade within Wylia. While Carina's economic prowess is envied by many, it also leads to tensions with the religious heartland of O'Fynn. The two kingdoms often find themselves at opposing sides due to their different approaches to power and governance. Carina's landscape is characterized by icy tundras and frost-covered peaks, which makes trade both dangerous and extremely prolific.
Carina is ruled by a monarchy that firmly believes in maintaining strict control over the populace. The Iron Legion, a formidable military force, acts as the right hand of the monarchy, enforcing the ruler's decrees with unwavering loyalty. Dissent is met with swift and decisive action, making it clear that disobedience is not tolerated.
Diplomacy is another weapon in Carina's arsenal. The kingdom's rulers are known for their cunning negotiations and shrewd diplomatic maneuvers. O'Fynn's religious leadership and Carina's economic dominance make them key players in the complex political landscape of Wylia. By combining their strengths, they aim to strengthen their overall position and garner support from other neutral or smaller kingdoms in the region.

Keys: Wylia

In the diverse world of Wylia, the continent's geography paints a varied picture. In the north, the Republic of Eralys bears the scars of past devastating wars, as its once-thick forest now lies scorched. To the south, the Kingdom of Carina boasts icy tundras and frost-covered peaks, wielding economic might that both admires and intimidates its neighbors. Far to the south, the enigmatic Empire of Lorinth holds sway over a swampy terrain, supported by a powerful military force facing its own challenges. Nestled between them all, the Kingdom of O'Fynn reigns with temperate climates and grand temples, a stronghold of religious fervor and political intrigue.
Wylia's resources, especially in the regions where Eralys and Carina are located, are scarce due to the destruction caused by wars. Both Carina and O'Fynn vie for control over these valuable resources to strengthen their positions.
