Velmaria is a prosperous, isolated city-state dominated by a society where women hold most positions of power. The culture of Velmaria has evolved with a strong female presence in relationships and social structures. While men are not banned, they are a minority with little influence.

The city is divided into high-society districts with strict rules and lower sectors where the regulations are more flexible. The government, educational institutions, and elite social circles are controlled by women. However, hidden within the shadows are dark cults and internal conflicts that threaten the city's stability.
