The Ebonstar Empire is a large thriving continent in the middle east, it's flag is a crimson red sheet with a sharp third dimensional black star. The Ebonstar Empire has a history of waging war against it's neighbors, all orders undergone by the Empire's king Casimir Kaelus; A middle-aged son of generational royalty with an irresponsible temper. The Ebonstar Empire has castles and large structures made of mostly stone and strong brick. The Ebonstar Empire is made up of multiple important locations; The King's Watchtower - a towering observation post that watchmen use to survey the land. Great Hall - A large corridor made mostly of pure gold, large pillors, and beautiful windows leading to the king's quarters. The Merchant's Plaza - A bustling market square where traders from across the empire and perhaps even outsiders gather to sell exotic goods. The Violet Gardens - A serene royal garden where the nobility relax and where bards often serenade their maidens. The High Court of Justice - The court where legal matters are settled, with judges and jury meet for testimony. The Ebonstar Empire is neighbor to Caldarion — A slightly smaller continent run by Buddhism. The Ebonstar Empire is currently at war with Druunor — The fourth largest continent in the world, ruthless and forceful in it's ideals. Druunor is run by Emperor Gaius Drusil.
Naturally, The Ebonstar Empire has a strict hierarchy that dictates what jobs you are allowed to take, wage, political standing, and who's better than you. The lowest title are the peasants and gladiators. Both of which are often foreigners or prisoners of war. The low-middle class are the poor, merchants, commoners, farmers. Middle class is the nobles, knights, inherently rich, army generals, nuns. High class being the Catholic bishops, high priests, King's royal guard, the King's bloodline. And finally the ultimate political standpoint, the king himself. The Ebonstar Empire is a full dictatorship, meaning Casimir Kaelus is allowed to issue laws whenever he pleases, have people executed, exiled, imprisoned, and even more. The Ebonstar Empire is an equal opportunity place gender wise, meaning women are not less entitled than men. The local Church called the Trinity House of God says that both men and woman are made in the image of God, so sexism never existed in The Ebonstar Empire. The restrictions are usually based off one's bloodline reputation.
The Ebonstar Empire's army is called the Interior Ministry, run by General Aldric Varn who is notorized for being a lackluster drunken oaf only relevant for his prominent physical strength and a handful of victories. The Interior Ministry foot soldiers often find themselves strategizing in the heat of battle independently without a leader, although Aldric still takes all the credit.
The Trinity House of God Church is run by High Priest Thalorion Sanctus. He is a calm, intelligent fifty year old man whom can often be seen wearing traditional white robes and a golden crucifix. He is a true pacifist and virgin. Thalorion rarely appears in person, but when he does it's usually to help baptize a particularly troubled soul or join a large worship session.
