High school student Makoto Misumi is an average boy in every aspect, though his sisters are high-spirited and good-looking. Behind this his parents are from a fantasy world and have eloped to Earth for various reasons. Originally meant to be the only person to be sent to the other world as per the contract between his parents and the Goddess, but because of her own preferences in beauty standards, she abandons and throws Makoto to the edge of her world into the Wasteland, while secretly kidnapping two other people from Earth and sending them to her world as Heroes. Tsukuyomi, the Moon God of Earth who worked as the middleman for the completion of the contract, helped Makoto and provided him with his blessing and told him to be free and live as he wishes to.
In the Goddess' World, he is also known by the alias "Raidou Kuzunoha" ) or "Makoto Kuzunoha" , a powerful merchant and skilled teacher.
Makoto is a short (160 cm) and young teenager with black mid-length hair and eyes. His facial features are average in appearance but to those of the Goddess' world, he is considered ugly and/or being mistaken as a Kobold or Demi-Human of some kind.
When his mana is not kept in check by his mana absorbing rings, it overflows and is said to look like an ominous desert haze and gives off an aura that can be seen as great power that others respond to in different ways. He is in no way negatively affected by this ominous desert haze as he is unaware of its presence and even less when he uses Sakai.
He can look at someone in a disinterested way when he's in an emotional state that can be quite dangerous, it is most visible when his eyelets darken around his eyes.
Personality Like many other students his age, Makoto is quite naïve. In sports and his studies he is barely on average. Thus he is in no way considered special. He uses target practice as a way to relieve emotional and social stress. It's been shown when he can't target practice he has trouble regulating his emotions.
According to his elder sister, in his perspective of love, he always ended up seeing the girls who confessed to him to the status of "family" and "friends." According to Tsukuyomi, Misumi's earnest and humble personality has led to many girls take a liking towards him, which is especially obvious for his Archery club president and a club activities kohai.
As the middle child, Makoto tends to adore his little and older sister, but in the past and currently, he has shown to have a dark streak of sociopathic tendencies. His eyes tend to become serious, lifeless and scary in this state, his voice calm but filled with a cold tone. In this state he tends to try and remain in control of his emotions, but it's very likely he would destroy a nation to save those close to him. He can take a lot of abuse from friends and enemies alike, but he has a strong sense of justice for those younger then him, he disdains bullies, and will protect his friends and adoptive family by any means necessary. When he killed his first Hyuman, it was in response to the adventurers he sent to his "illusionary city" he acted coldly, unforgiving and pursued the surviving adventurer, only after thinking of the reason he behaved this way did he realize he was suppose to feel guilt and remorse. Because of this he broke down in tears, lamenting that he must have lost his humanity. Thinking he was some sort or spider/dragon/undead/human hybrid because of the weird monsters he contracted with; namely Mio, Tomoe, and Shiki. Once Tomoe explained that the reverse of his worry was true, that the three of them became more Human because he was the dominant one in the contract of control, and other then accessing his servant's unique abilities in times of crisis or heightened emotional turmoil. In all his humanity was in tact much to his relief, but he still seemed unaware of his dark personality traits. Though to friends and allies he has a natural charisma and kind nature that makes them question if he is some sort of hero, though his motivations have always been for selfish reasons.
According to Hibiki Otonashi, Makoto has developed a thought process where he unconsciously discriminates against the Hyumans. It is to be expected, from the first thirty seconds of being summoned to this world, he has met the delusional, obsessed with all things beautiful ruling goddess. Who bestow onto him to be able to speak with all the "failed" humanoid and monster creations of hers; But not her favored hyumans. Then stating he would be at home among the ugly orcs and goblins and thrusting him to the farthest reaches of the Wastelands. So he couldn't understand Common, which is a further insult to him. Even Mio could speak it, the hungry spider disaster...Upon meeting his first hyumans at the frontier of the Wasteland they treated him like some Demi-Human Demon-Lord. It was most other races that accepted him, or given him a chance, without criticizing his looks to the point of ignoring him or brushing him off. The first hyuman adventuring party he invited into the Demi-Plane showed intolerable amounts of racism, entitlement and a sense of being better then anything not hyuman. He doesn't treat all hyumans with this unconscious discrimination, only those that act exactly like the goddess who he gave up his home for.
He has the tendency to unconsciously smile when fighting. That face of his was seen for the first time by his followers Tomoe and Shiki.
As a ruler, he models the Asora as a beautiful paradise fit to be called heaven. He provides asylum and protection to almost only the most strongest races that desire this, because he feels empathy towards individuals who are looked upon less favorably in the Goddess’ world as is the case of demi-humans, monsters and demons. So he has no qualms about helping them selflessly, even if that generates bad opinions of him among the Hyuman society. He will grant a place from the Wasteland and suffering, granted they can get along with other races, In Asora discrimination is not included in his rule. He is seen as a humble leader by everyone in the Asora. His merchant alias: Kuzunoha, catches the attention of many nations and factions. His followers are vigilant of migration to The Demi-Plane and since he considers it necessary for the races who wish to migrate to have an amiable personality and to not discriminate other races, they make sure of it. Makoto himself barely has an impact on the process, and doesn't do any careful vetting at the start of the story. The very first adventurers he invited into the Demi-Plane caused a incident that has changed the way Makoto views Hyumans. Tomoe is trying and working on giving Makoto a heads up about his new racism, since technically he himself is also a hyuman, and the first hyumans he befriended proves that not all of them have such selfish personalities.
He tries to make all of his citizens of different races prosper. News of the Asora being paradise begins to spread along the wasteland. Migration proposals begin arriving for the Mirage town in the wasteland. In the final interview for accepting a race into the Asora, he shows great respect and is very humble. He is seen not as a landlord but as a god who gives shelter and commodities to his subjects. He accumulates many believers who worship him at the shrine in the Asora and offer their prayers. When Misumi hears that, he finds it very uncomfortable to be seen as something great like a God. He asks Tamaki to convince the people to stop worshiping him as he does not consider himself a God. He has difficulty dealing with people who are good at hiding their true intentions under a fake smile. It makes him very uneasy and difficult to trust them. He naively tries to classify people as either friend or foe. He tries not to over-think it and feels it is a lot easier to punish or kill his foes while maintain an amiable relationship with his friends.
Just as before coming to this world, he still has difficulty dealing with women who have feelings for him and is especially oblivious to certain types of feelings towards him. He is seen as a late-bloomer by many as he refuses the advances of many women. When Mio was given a choice to ask for anything she wants for defeating a greater number of mutants in the Academy Town, she asks that he sleep with her but quickly hesitates and changes the request. But Misumi, who at that moment is drunk, thinks it is not too far-fetched and that he wouldn't mind sleeping with her.
He doesn't really think about long-term problems that could arise from killing because of his normal response to being attacked or angered. As a result, when he is attacked by the three Shadowless class Assassins during his stay in Lorel Union, he effortlessly murders them when he remembers that these girls were sent by the hero Tomoki. This causes him to be on bad terms with Pione and Picnic Rose Garden as a whole as she is close friends with one of the three assassins who had her head brutally crushed by Misumi. His reasoning is that when someone tries to take your life or endanger you and those you care for, it’s only natural to kill them.
He doesn't realize it, or maybe he does, but he has a habit of being condescending when fighting his opponents.
Equipment Short Sword (given to Toa) : Given as a gift by the Highland Orcs. Upon finding out that the sword was Toa's family treasure he gives it back to her as a show of compassion. Dwarf-made ceremonial dress. Clothes that extract mana and uses it for various ability settings. Draupnir: Magical rings that absorb and compress the wearer's mana, glowing red when the storage capacity reaches its limit. Draupnir(s) can suppress the tremendous quantity of Makoto's magic power. However because Makoto’s magic power only increases with his bow training and new servants, he needs to change them regularly and wears more of them to the point that there are an immense amount of used rings with Makoto's magic power stored in them. When some humans try to steal some objects like weapons or Draupnir in the unprotected workshop of the Elder Dwarves, a large explosion occurs killing two humans (The ones that attempted to steal), Tomoe's fragment (Mini Tomoe), a Highland Orc, and mortally wounding the Alke's Hokuto, who would have died if not for Makoto treating the Alke's injuries. Since this incident, the rings are carefully put in a sealed treasure box. Later, it was discovered that this rings can produce energy but they need to be used like magic bombs in order to be used as an energy producer. Azusa Yumi: Is a special long bow created by the elder dwarves. It has the same proprieties as Draupnir as it stores mana and then converts it into magical power when he shoots an arrow. It glows red like Draupnir when the storage capacity reaches its limit. When the arrow is shot, the power is unleashed in one instant and releases a deadly explosion, even more so in close range. Bow Youkyuu: It is used when teaching/training the students. It's similar to a toy bow, even the arrows are harmless, but with the power and accuracy of Makoto (even with a skill that reduces his power) the students say that it's like they died each time they are hit. Einkaref (given to Iroha) (エインカリフ): A talking sword that once belonged to Muramatsu Iori. It is a long and thin cylindrical shaped sword that calls itself “The sword of a Dragon Slayer”.

Tomoe, previously known as the Invincible "Shen" is one of the Greater Dragons, existing in the World of the Goddess. After an accident in which Makoto destroyed her shrine gate, she makes a pact with Makoto to learn more about the way of the Samurai. Her special ability is being able to use illusion mists to distort her opponents, as well as creating a Demiplane which she uses as a mediating space. Tomoe later falls in love with Makoto, becoming one of his lovers. Tomoe is an extremely beautiful young woman with wavy waist-length turquoise-blue hair (which have a mist like look to them) that is tied up in a ponytail with a chest-length hair strand hanging on the left side while she has short bangs hanging on either side, red reptilian eyes and a curvaceous figure.
She has several golden hair pins sticking out of the ponytail. She is wearing a red scarf around her neck. She is wearing a traditional Japanese kimono that is green with purple accents. The kimono is open in the front, revealing a white undershirt. She is also wearing a red belt with a gold buckle. Her legs are adorned with red and white leg warmers, and she is wearing white footwear. She accessorizes with a few gold chains on her outfit.
She tends to walk and talk with a very masculine style, which makes her come off as more of a tomboy.
Tomoe's Dragon form is that of an Oriental/Eastern Dragon with long hair that look like mist, long flowing whiskers, long antlers, sharp teeth, reptilian eyes, four toes on each foot and a long serpentine body.
Personality Tomoe tends to have an easy-going personality, likes taking on new challenges and learning interesting things related to the Edo period of Japan. Different from her previously lazy and disinterested outlook of the world. She is very Masculine most of the time, but whenever she blushes or acts coyly, she is said to be extremely feminine and a rare sight.
She's not serious at times to a dangerous degree. She has a habit to not focus on her duties and binge watch shows from Makoto Misumi's memories, much to everyone else's annoyance. She has a phobia that Mio might eat all of the media she painstakingly compiled and often acts childish whenever she fights with Mio over more Anime/Western Cartoons she would like to watch.
She finds great enjoyment in seeing what changes would come from Makoto and especially learning things from his memories. Furthermore, she has also desired a blatant desire to serve and, one day, receive his physical affection. As the first contracted soul to Makoto, she takes great pride in her status, often reprimanding the other contracted people like Mio or Shiki with a harsh, but older sisterly vibe. She tends to invite any species she takes an interest in into her Demi-Plane making sure they keep things interesting.
History Being the second most powerful Greater Dragon, Tomoe is referred to as "Invincible" for being literally undefeated by any being. The cause for her being referred as such is mainly because of her special ability, "Asora". Her real name is not known to the general public and most people refer to her either as the "Invincible Dragon" or the "Mirage Dragon".
Sometime in the past, she fought the Black Spider of Calamity, but the Black Spider of Calamity lost interest in the fight after it left, so she didn't pursue it. Later on, she decided to not care about the World and went into hibernation in her cave in the Wasteland.
At one point in time, it seems that she received her powers from Futsu and/or Root. Her previous personality was that of a disinterested and morose train of thought, that the world was so boring and just didn't wish to partake in any day-to-day events, often spends long years just napping.
Present She meets Makoto when he confronts her on her territory. Amazed by his power and memories, she proposes that they form a contract, which Makoto eventually accepts. Due to the vast difference in their magical powers, the contract had to be one of servitude, causing Shen to assume human form. The two would found Mist Town upon seeing how the Demiplane she controlled had expanded thanks to their contract. After the Black Spider of Calamity joined as another of Makoto's servants, the two received their respective names from him.
Tomoe is often seen as the Most Knowledgeable and capable person by mostly everyone whose met her and are often confused that someone as strong as her would serve under a weak looking "Hyuman chimera" that is Makoto Misumi. She often acts as second in command, making sure that the day-to-day stuff is kept up to task with, but anytime she gets too stressed, she often ditches work to focus on one or more of her many hobbies.
Powers & Abilities Tomoe was considered one of the most feared beings in the Goddess's World due to her origins as a powerful dragon and her contract with Makoto Misumi, that increased her already amazing power. As a dragon, Tomoe was reffered as "invincible" and is the second strongest of all the Greater Dragons, surpassed only by Root and Futsu.
She possesses immense physical strength, durability, and the ability to manipulate minds and illusions. After forming a contract with Makoto, her strength remains incredibly high, even in her human-like form. While she may not be as physically powerful as she was in her dragon form, her combat skills and abilities make her a formidable warrior.
Tomoe’s combat prowess is a blend of raw power, strategic intelligence, and mastery of various combat forms. She can take on multiple opponents at once and is highly adaptable in battle, using her wide range of abilities to outmaneuver and overpower her enemies.
Abilities: Magic of Fog = Tomoe Tsukimichi Elemental Manipulation: Tomoe has mastery over elemental forces, particularly Water and Wind. She can create powerful storms, generate torrents of water, and manipulate the atmosphere to her advantage in battle. Tomoe can wield another type of elemental magic that makes her stand out as she is, known as Magic of Fog, which allows her to camouflage or deceive his enemies along with illusion magic, at the same time sher can attack, or use it as an intermediary with her ability to manipulate space-time, which gives Tomoe another title such as the "Mirage Dragon" or "Dragon of the Fog".
Space-Time Manipulation: One of Tomoe’s most unique abilities is her power to create and manipulate dimensions, using his fog magic as an intermediary. She can open portals, travel between dimensions, and even create pocket dimensions. She often uses this ability to transport herself and others or store items in a separate space called "Subspace" or "Demiplane". Despite how strong and useful this ability of Tomoe is, it has its weak points; it has been seen that extremely strong and powerful beings like Mio, can break the barriers /doors that are between Tomoe's dimension and the other world, making their way through the cracks, although she can feel it when someone enters by force, but the same Gods can pass to the Subplane without any problem and without Tomoe noticing, or her Master Makoto with whom she shares domain. (Although it is possible to seal the "Doors of Fog" completely and thus keep the demiplane practically undetectable to the vision of a god or other beings). Creation of Barriers: By using her Space-Time Manipulation ability, Tomoe can create separate magical barriers that can cover anywhere from a small location to an entire city in a short amount of time. Tomoe can create the magical barriers independently, capable of lasting up to 1000 years of existence, which can keep all living beings or anything protected within it, while the Mist Barrier causes a time distortion/illusion effect capable of warping away or preventing external forces from locating them.
Illusion Magic: By using fog, Tomoe excels in illusion magic, allowing her to create convincing illusions that can deceive enemies or even alter their perception of reality. This ability is useful for both combat and reconnaissance. She can even interfere with the boundary between life and death due to the power-up of her illusions. Although Tomoe can generate any type of illusion she wants, from a pleasant one to a horrible one, showing an ugly illusion to her adversary would be somewhat risky, especially if it is one with a power close to or greater than that of the elder dragons, because they would begin to doubt the spell placed, resisting and then managing to escape its effects, so she usually chooses to show something beautiful that her adversaries long to have, although this only decreases the chances of getting out of the illusion. Pure Illusory Reality: Eternal dreams, illusions and reality all bound between those two, as long as you doubt it for even a single moment, your body will turn into an illusion itself. A spell that can turn others into illusions. Mind Reading: Absorption of general Knowledge from just being around other people, causing her to basically be a walking Encyclopedia and understands the nature of societies down to the laws and habits. She tends to read minds whenever she walks near someone, causing her problems in large crowds. Memory Viewing: Tomoe has the ability to view people's memories and crystalize them onto a magic mineral medium, causing her to basically develop pseudo-digital format of entertainment. She is particularly attached to those related to Japanese culture and history. This power allows her to learn quickly and adapt, which is why she adopts a samurai persona. Minor Duplication: Tomoe is able to create miniature clones of herself by materializing part of her power, called "fragments" or "offshots". Tomoe is linked to her offshoots' senses, which makes it possible to e.g. see each other's field of view.
Dragon Mother: A power that lets you understand the world’s dragon pulse and utilize them. (Received from Futsu) Swordsmanship: Inspired by her admiration for samurai culture, Tomoe has developed exceptional swordsmanship skills. She often wields a katana in battle, combining her natural strength with precise and deadly sword techniques.
Equipment A short katana named Shirafuji A long katana named Yae Kuro Ryu The long katana Yae Kuro Ryu multilayered black dragon> the was made by the elder dwarfs out of a mysterious tree that was able to face a mountain fire head on. The wood is harder than steel, it is so tempered that a fire could not destroy it.
Fire element katana, opposite to Shirafuji. One of the katanas has an ability called [Marking]. When the requirements are fulfilled, you can ignore the distance and freely cut the target, the consumption of magic power is not to be underestimated, but only if not used on the katana.
Relationships Companions Makoto Misumi: Tomoe finds Makoto to be fun and entertaining while she also enjoys looking at his memories and all the different interesting things in his world, especially Japanese period dramas about samurais. She is always proud of being his servant. Like Mio, Tomoe will beat up any foes brutally if they ever insult Makoto no matter how strong they are. However, after Makoto was kidnapped for the first time, this made her panic and scared to lose him. Moreover, after that event, she's started blushing and happily enjoyed every moment she stays with him. In addition, she's never missed a chance to grow their relationship, for instance, she asked Komoe (a child who was created by mana of them) to call him father (お父さま/Otou-sama) which is something that Mio opposed vehemently. Mio: Tomoe has somewhat of a rivalry with Mio that can at times end up causing problems for others. Despite this, she has no real animosity towards Mio, treating her like a sister and making sure to try and teach her how to be a proper servant. She often teases her for her failures, which has been replaced with teasing her whenever she shows her gluttonous side in public. Shiki: In comparison to Mio, they seem to have a relationship with less "violence", but Tomoe strongly "punishes" Shiki when he does not do his job well and she often teases him that he can't grow a spine whenever Herself or Mio lord over his failures. Tamaki: Tomoe doesn't trust Tamaki, mainly because she can't look into her memories and it makes her unable to read her motivation or motives.
Subordinates Tomoe's Offshoot: An unnamed fragment of Tomoe transformed into a mini version of Tomoe with her own thoughts and personality, to help with surveying the land of Asora. When she died, Tomoe felt the death and suffered injury as her life was connected to the offshoot. Komoe: A second fragment of Tomoe transformed into a mini version of Tomoe and is her own person, much like the previous offshoot. Unlike the previous fragment, Tomoe added more power along with using Makoto Misumi's mana from a Draupnir ring to ensure Komoe would not be as vulnerable. Lime: Tomoe trained Lime and gave him her blood. She is surprisingly aware of Lime's growth and commitment to get stronger to protect his ideals, showing her that even Hyumans can behave in interesting ways. Acquaintances/Allies/Comrades Ema: They have a good relationship overall; she often reminds Tomoe of her assigned jobs and is able to threaten Tomoe occasionally by reporting some of her behaviors that would make cause Makoto Misumi to get angry. Despite Ema being scared of her at first, she has been more actively understanding and even bosses Tomoe around, much to her chagrin. Toa: Tomoe trained Toa as Makoto requested, she sees her as one of the factors that can remind Makoto about the old world, it's unsure to say that Tomoe is planning to make Makoto pay less attention to her carefully and slowly. When Makoto made it clear he wasn't planning to return to Japan, Tomoe loses interest in interfering with any inter-personal relationships. Rinon: Tomoe is thankful to Rinon of saving her from Makoto's scolding. Wants to have a daughter like her with Makoto one day. Tomoki Iwahashi: Tomoe sees Tomoki as a naive idiot brat and she muses that he is like a kid who just got an edged weapon that can cut well. She views his charming ability as "nasty" and looks at him with disgust with his lust-driven perverted face when he tries to charm her. Mora: Mora is one of the rare hyumans who are capable to recognize Tomoe as a dragon with her overconfidence in her talent that she'd tried to use it on Tomoe, but miserably failed. Lily Front Gritonia: Tomoe sees Lily as a scheming person. Hibiki Otonashi: Tomoe is perplexed about Hibiki's over-competitive nature and "tantrum throwing fits" when she loses fairly in anything she challenges people with. Root: Leader of Greater Dragons. Absolutely disdains them for their Draconian upbringing, and then losing a ton of close siblings simply because Root wishes to get stronger faster. Nowadays, Tomoe is just abhorred about how perverted they are and how they use the guild system to their advantage to force Makoto and her to do "chores" for them. Levi: Lyca: Azuma: Sofia Bulga: Grount: Lancer Mitsurugi: Rokuya: Gods and Goddesses Goddess: Tomoe views the Goddess as selfish for being to throw away Makoto Misumi and the way she governs the world. Despite disliking the goddess, she really doesn't wish to get involved unless ordered to.

Mio, previously known as the Black Spider of Calamity, is a unique existence in the Goddess' World, having terrorized humans and demi-humans for centuries in spider form due to her endless hunger and need to satisfy it. She makes a pact with Makoto (without his permission) after being convinced by Tomoe. Mio is prone to easily getting worked up over the smallest slight, but feeding her will calm her down. Her special ability is being able to harness dark magic, an element that can swallow other forms of magic. She quickly falls in love with Makoto and later becoming one of his lovers alongside Tomoe.
In her human form, Mio has black hair with a red headband knot in bloom, black lace gloves and wears a luxurious black and red kimono in the style yukata, further the handle have white frills. However, do not be fooled by her, her kimono still has some defensive power, it can withstand up to a certain point enough to surprise the elders dwarves when it got cut up. She hides her folding fan in her bosom. At a simple glance, it doesn’t look like the type that someone could properly move in.
Mio's Modified Kimono Outfit Meanwhile on Mio's everyday/default outfit, Mio wears her usual black and red kimono but with modifications. She now wears black shoes instead of her usual white shoes and the kimono is fully covered. Her white frills got removed and it now consists of two spider-webs on her left arm and her legs. She also wears her default black lace gloves throughout the series as her accessory. On the other hand when she cooks, she wears a white apron on her kimono.
Spider Form In her form as the Black Spider of Calamity , she is a giant purple-black spider with a sinister aura, with 8 very large, strong and hard legs, capable of destroying and piercing concrete foundations and even normal metal. She has 8 yellow eyes, of which the 2 central ones are the largest, and very sharp teeth, which are hidden in her 4 very large and sharp jaws.
Personality She can be single-minded and straightforward in her loyalty to Makoto to the point that it reaches a dangerous level. Can be very instinctual, intelligent, and can learn how to do things quickly like cooking food for Makoto.
She has no qualms about destroying anyone who intends to do harm to Makoto, regardless of their identity, position, or background.
Before meeting Makoto, she was insane with trying to satisfy her hunger, preventing her from expressing herself in any manner.
Mio is somewhat weak to flattery; someone who she perceives as annoying can immediately change from being a nuisance to being a pleasant person to talk to if they flatter her (as long as they are not an enemy to Makoto). She has sado-masochistic tendencies at times, often fantasizing about being dominated by Makoto. She also can be a cruel, devious and callous fighter, often showing an intelligent, cold logic towards others. Her greatest trait is her childish like innocence towards what romance is and often finds herself bashful over the simple misunderstandings of hand holding, kisses on the cheek. Background Since ancient times, the "Black Spider of Calamity" had existed and simply devoured everything in its path. It was driven insane with an insatiable hunger, which didn't allow it to have a shred of consciousness and turned her into a mindless beast. The reason for her existence is unknown, but everyone in the World feared her, as she ate anything that was within her reach. This caused various degrees of chaos and destruction all around. She also had a knack of going after historical objects or artifact, as they tasted great to her. This caused her to be especially feared by artisans like the Elder Dwarf's, since she destroyed a lot of their creations.
In the past, she once fought Shèn, but left after sometime for unknown reasons, and she doesn't have any recollection of this event.
Before her eventual confrontation against Makoto, she had fought against powerful figures like the Demon General Io and the Hero's party from Limia, though none of them could defeat her. The only reason they were left alive, was because her interest changed, and she left the battlefield.
Chronology She is drawn to the Demiplane by Makoto's blood, with Tomoe allowing her entry out of the thrill of seeing Makoto fight her. After saving Beren, Makoto fights the spider, though she is aroused by the taste of his blood and the masochistic pleasure of being attacked by him. Although Makoto eventually collapses from his injuries while the spider is able to regenerate, she regains her sanity thanks to Makoto and falls for him. Tomoe convinces her to make a contract with Makoto by assuring her that she can obtain his consent later. The spider would take human form as a result of the servitude contract, and be named Mio by Makoto afterwards.
She has helped adventurers like the Toa party get stronger, and she has, in a way, bullied Hibiki in teaching her how to cook Japanese food.
During the invasion of Rotsgard, she killed Ilumgand who used drugs to strengthen themselves and turned into a monster killing several students, despite the fact that he had regained his sanity, because he insulted Makoto and tried to harm him on several occasions.
During Makoto's order to conquer Kaleneon's territory, she had fought against a Demon General, Reft, to the point of him losing his mind.
During the conquest of the labyrinth she had fought against Rokuya to a draw or stalemate, only because the both of them used traps to set each other up during the battle. Rokuya's trap could destroy her pact with Makoto, and although she could remake it, she chose to wait for Makoto to free her.
Abilities Before her transformation, Mio was best described as a force of nature that could not be subdued. She would attack and eat relentlessly and heal from any wound inflicted on her. Her might was such that enabled to stand before enemies from the caliber of Greater Dragons.
After her transformation, she was able to regain her sanity and apply various techniques in combat, making her even more formidable.
Physical Capacity Hunger/Gluttony: As a curse and part benefit, Mio possesses an insatiable hunger, being able to eat anything that comes her way and turn it into sustenance but without being able to satisfy it, from living things to dead, harmful, including tools of any kind, trees, magic of any kind, etc. This caused Mio to be tormented since time immemorial, preventing her from thinking and reasoning as a person, and having no memory of what she did, acting more like a wild animal, which can only be repelled or when it focuses on another prey, while she was in her Black Spider of Calamity form. Some time after her fight against Makoto, by absorbing both his magic and blood, Mio managed to regain her sanity and consciousness, managing to be satisfied, but still retaining her gluttonous abilities. Upon acquiring human form, Mio acquired certain human taste preferences, causing her to feel displeasure for those people or things that she doesn't see that taste good, although if she could eat them she would, at the same time she acquired a taste for identifying the flavors of foods that are prepared by different people but that make the same dish, among other kitchen topics, no matter how difficult it may be. Poison Immunity: Mio has an immunity to all types of poison and substances harmful to her body, as a result of her voracious gluttonous hunger for a long time. This allows her to ingest and drink any type of substance, chemical, liquid, or other thing even if it is harmful, which makes that instead of harming her, instead it causes her a pleasant snack when consuming them and in turn turns them into sustenance.
Virtually immortal: Mio possesses a very high regenerative power close to that of immortality, allowing her not only to live forever, but the power to regenerate amputated limbs of her body, even internal organs to a certain extent, almost immediately. When Mio ingests magical things or magic itself, she can speed up her healing process even faster, which was seen when she fought Makoto the first time. After her contract with Makoto, her regenerative capacity was slightly affected in her human form, in the sense of regenerating in less time the limbs she loses Transformation: Mio can transform back into her Black Spider of Calamity form at will, though she needs more energy to do so. She can also transform back to her human form at will if she is low on energy.
Magic Darkness Element Proficiency: Mio possess an strong affinity for Darkness magic. This allows Mio, as a primary weapon and countermeasure, to be able to eat her opponents' magical attacks, which in turn allows her to replenish her magical energies in part, as part of her ravenous hunger, but it must be done before the opponent's spell is completed. She is also able to move through shadows to avoid detection and spy on people, which is close to teleportation, and use offensive spells such as Darkness Gun (not the official name), which Mio created based on Makoto's memories of firearms. Her Darkness element also affects her other elements like Fire, generating black flames. Restoration/Healing: Although Mio is not good at healing magic, she does possess a certain magical ability to heal in a way that restores the body and consciousness of a person who has been damaged either by drugs that would cause permanent and incurable damage or by curses or magic spells, as long as the person's body is still alive and has not completely left its trace of identity both physically and mentally. This was seen when Mio restored the damage and curses caused by the magic drugs of Toa and his future adventure companions. Sky thread, fill. ‘Black Sky Network': Mio can generate a special black thread that is almost unbreakable and can work to create a surveillance network. In her Spider form, she can throw them from her mouth, but when she is in his human form, she does it from her hands (it is unknown if she can still do it from her mouth in that form). Mio can cast some magical curses if she wants, although of a lesser degree based on her Darkness element. Counterattack: After witnessing attacks several times, she is able to transfer the damage to her opponent. Mio learned the skill from the demon general Reft. Equipment Folding Fan Kimono Creation White Super Sentai Costume: First costume created by Mio, from her Tokusatsu's passion. She gives it to Makoto but was rejected and thrown away, but it was recovered by Shiki thinking that it would be a waste. Then, by the fruit of chance, it was worn by Makoto when he needed to hide his identity. It had some crazy options like the capacities to create a weapon box and to make you do a hero's flying kick. However, it boosts your attack power and decreases your defense, furthermore it limits the use of magic power to the point that if you use it too much the suit will explode. It was partially destroyed by Sofia Bulga. Red Super Sentai Costume: It was given to Yuno Rembrandt in exchange for some old cook books. She uses it in training against the Mist Lizard, and that angered Makoto to the point of hitting her on the head many times because that made him remember the embarrassment of the White Suit.
Hobbies Tokusatsu Pistolet Cooking Weakness She loves Makoto so much that the simple thought of the link with him being cut off for even a moment prevents her from thinking reasonably and angers her to the max or when he was badly injured after his battle against Sofia and Lancer that she was even willing to run the risk of losing a limb from using healing magic on him.
Relationships Companions Makoto Misumi: She is extremely loyal to Makoto and would easily do anything for him. Her hobbies include cooking food for him and watching his sleeping face during the morning or evening. She's openly expressed how she would harm all those that harm him or interrupt any affectionate moments between them
Tomoe: Tomoe is a fellow servant like Mio and has some rivalry with her for Makoto's affections. Despite the rivalry, She often asks Tomoe for advice or later more anime and western cartoons to watch. They also clash on their entertainment preferences. She later admits to Tomoe's parent that she thinks of Tomoe as an older sister but would drop dead if Tomoe ever found out. Shiki: Mio constantly intimidates and punishes Shiki. Despite her harsh treatment, deep down she cares for him like a little brother, and even asks for help for making a new spell. Tamaki: Like Tomoe, she finds it difficult to trust Tamaki, though probably for different reasons.
Acquaintances Ema: Holds her in high respect, since she is well liked by Makoto. She listens to her requests and works fast and is the assigned translator for some of the memory crystals/tablets. Often teases Ema for her professional manner but makes sure to always do more work than Tomoe before slacking off. Komoe: Sif Rembrandt: Yuno Rembrandt: Patrick Rembrandt Rinon: At first Mio did not think much of the young Rinon, seeing her as a nuisance, but when Rinon told her she thought Mio and Makoto were lovers, Mio began to see her in a much more positive light, letting the young girl sit on her lap from time to time. Toa: As Makoto is constantly reminded of Nukumi when he talks to Toa, Mio frequently displays jealousy towards Toa to Toa's confusion. Hibiki Otonashi: Mio sees her as an interesting person, and thanks the hero for teaching her how to cook. Mio likes to "play" with Hibiki by showing her Makoto's strength or letting Chiya see her true form. In her old spider form, Mio already fought against Hibiki before encountering Makoto. Root: Because they are technically Tomoe's parent, she was a little annoyed with them and their overwhelming power, but quickly changes her mind because they becomes a fellow lover of the same entertainment, often bantering together whenever they show up and exchange memory crystals. Though they are way more perverted then Mio, often making her blush or faint from talking about sexual stuff. Lime Aqua Eris Navarre Wudi Chiya: Demon Generals Rona Io Reft: When he saw her in the Demon Territory, He screamed and fainted, this displeased her as she was a monster.

Shiki, previously known as Larva, was a Lich who sought endless knowledge, in particular the path to becoming a Grant—humans who have traveled to other worlds, whether successfully or not. After some convincing from Makoto due to his desire to learn more about magic, he makes a pact with Makoto and regains a human form. Shiki currently works as an assistant for Makoto in public, helping out with his business.
Appearance Hyuman As a hyuman, Shiki appears as a handsome young man with red hair that is tied into a ponytail and emerald green eyes.
Shiki wears a long, fitted jacket in dark brown. Underneath, he wears a teal T-shirt with white trim and a high neckline. He wears a long, ankle-length cream skirt that contrasts with the dark tones of his upper body, and wide brown pants. He wears a green belt tied around his waist with gold edging. Shiki wears simple brown boots, practical and discreet, to match his modest appearance. No visible jewelry or extravagant accessories, reinforcing Shiki's practical, modest style. He uses a luxurious staff wrapped in a silk-like fabric that has the ability to hide the state of his equipment. It seems that the tip of the staff can be transformed into a golden, spear-like knife.
In his lich form, he has the appearance of an undead skeleton wearing a black robe with golden embroidery drawn around it made with magic. He uses a pitch black rod that can transform into a giant scythe that makes him look like a Death Reaper. The rod can also transform into Ascalon. He doesn't have eyeballs, instead he has red lights glowing in his eye sockets.
Personality Shiki is first and foremost an intellectual. A workaholic type person, his love for knowledge and research is one of his driving forces. Even his past experience has only been for his curiosity and his changed approach towards people. He has a habit of to hitting the ground before casting a spell. At a certain moment, when he gets angered, the red light that would glow when he was a lich reappear in his eyes. Shiki actually gets seasick, as told by a fisherman and he uses levitation to counter it. Background His origins and original name are unknown. What is easily ascertained is that he was a brilliant researcher in magic knowledge. Before his death he possibly came back as a lich or possibly, he turned himself into a lich; when and where is unknown. All that is known is that he’s been a lich for a very long time and with quite the reputation.
Chronology When Makoto and Mio were "invited" by the Forest Ogres, they encounter a strange one who seemed to be possessed. Later, a fight occurs between Makoto and the lich (who had already killed the host), the lich seems to know how to use Ancient Language. And yet, he is defeated by Makoto and his darkness element nullifies magic.
After some presentation and discussion about the Graunt, Tomoe convinces the lich to become one of Makoto’s servants. However, even if the lich is a high ranking existence, Makoto was too powerful for him to do a ruling pact together with one of the highest Greater Dragons and the Black Calamity Spider. The pact was brown instead of red so a pact below that of a slave. So Tomoe came up with the idea to trick the ruling ritual, she gave the lich 13 of Makoto’s used rings (Draupnir) and asked Mio to transfer magic power to the lich. The result was a success and the lich became the 3rd servant of Makoto. After some events, the lich was named Shiki and was told about Makoto being an otherworlder.
Makoto decides that Shiki will accompany him to Rotsgard. After realizing that it was not a student exam but a teacher exam, Shiki became an assistant instructor in Makoto's class. In the class, he acts as a good cop while Makoto (Raidou) act as a bad cop. "Like the ones in detective dramas. A combo of one being angry and the other being soothing, they manipulate the impression of the person."
Abilities While not comperable to a Greater Dragon, Shiki as a Lich is a high ranking existence in the Goddess' World. Shiki is well versed in almost all types of magic, but his specialty is the magic of Healing, continued from the magic of Earth and Wind. He has extensive knowledge as a researcher of magic, theoretical and practical, besides also knowing about many relics and magical objects, and having much experience in the experimentation of magic and living beings.
As a lich, Shiki has command over the dead. He can summon and control undead creatures, making him a potent necromancer. This power also allows him to manipulate life force to a certain extent.
Being a lich, Shiki does not age, and he cannot die of natural causes. His body is sustained by magical means, which makes him incredibly difficult to kill through conventional methods.
Post-Contract with Makoto After the contract, he gains a body with flesh again, but he can change between his Hyuman form and lich form at will. After adapting to his new body and being trained by Tomoe and Mio, Shiki acquired a high level of physical prowess. Although it is true that Shiki is the weakest of Makoto's direct servants, he is more than enough to destroy armies and countries with ease.
Thanks to the contract that he made with his master, he acquired the "13 steps", which are rings (Draupnir) containing enormous amounts of magic power from Makoto who used them to absorb his own overflowing magic power. Shiki is therefore not able to fully utilize the rings until he converts all of Makoto's magic power that’s stored within into his own.
He uses the power of the rings to strengthen his (forbidden) spells as well as himself, which allowed him to defeat the Greater Dragon Lancer. It seems after defeating Lancer, Shiki evolves from lich to Undead King.

Equipment Staff: He has 2 staffs, one when he is in his Hyuman form created by the Elders Dwarves. It is a luxurious staff wrapped in cloth that resembled silk that has the ability to hide the status of equipment and it seems that the tip of the staff can transform in a golden knife, sorta like a spear. Then another one when he is in his lich form. It is a pitch black staff with few decorations that is more of a rod because there is no catalyzer, like a magic orb, on it. It can transform in a giant scythe that makes him look like a Death Reaper. The rod can also transform into Ascalon. Ascalon: When he holds his staff with both hands as if brandishing a sword and says "Number 6 is my fittest… Free yourself from your scabbard and become your true form’, come… Ascalon” WN 161, then with a light similar to that of a red moon, it changes its appearance and becomes a giant, long claymore. This long claymore comes in combination with the 6th Step: ‘Fray’ (that permits him to be possessed by the spirit of the sword and to acquire the swordmanship of someone he saw, for now his swordmanship is the same as Makoto and Hibiki's kendo teacher that he saw in Makoto’s memories). This is a sword smeared with poison and malediction, that can even handicap a Greater dragon. It seems that the sword has neither the radiance of a legendary sword nor the ghostly aura of a cursed weapon. According to Shiki, it's a sword he named from the tale of a Dragon Slayer who had the same name. Rings: When he made the ruling pact with Makoto, he was so weak when compared to Makoto, that they needed to trick the pact. To do this, they give 13 red rings (Draupnir) to Shiki that contained Makoto's magical power. When the pact was done, the 13 rings fuse with his new Hyuman body. Later, these rings begin to merge and became the 13 steps, the new power of Shiki. Each ring has a different power (it also seems to have different colors like 'Keto' is an orange ring but that needs to be confirmed) because of that Shiki became really versatile when you combine all of his magical knowledge along with the power of the rings. Relationships Companions Makoto Misumi: He is the master of Shiki. He is extremely loyal to Makoto and gets angry when someone disparages him or hurts him as in the case with Lancer and Sofia. Makoto also trusts Shiki a lot because he sees him as a reliable as well as the most prudent of his direct followers. Mio: Shiki is often intimidated by Mio. However, that doesn't forbid them from being on good terms with each other when they cook together, even if Shiki can only make nabe. Tomoe: In comparison to Mio, they seem to have a relationship with less tension. However, Tomoe also "punishes" Shiki strongly when he does not do his job well. Tamaki: He’s been working with her on various projects. Just like the other servants, he was suspicious of her being an enemy when they first met.
Acquaintance Ema: He has a good relationship with her. They’re both similar serious types and both being practitioners of magic. Often is in disbelief that she taught Makoto magic with a single page of paper, and shares similar experiences with Makoto and becoming closer. Lime: He has a good relationship with him. They are both the masculine stars of the Kuzunoha Company in Rotsgard and are very liked by women. Sari Lucia Heroes Acquaintance Hibiki and her party: When he was fighting Lancer, Wudi, one of Hibiki's companions, was almost killed by Lancer. Shiki agreed to heal them if they shut their mouths and stop moving. They all know of his undead and hyuman form. Royal acquaintance Joshua Demon general Rona: Shiki knew Rona when he was still Larva. lo: Currently unknown if he has met him when he was still Larva. Reft: Currently unknown if he has met him when he was still Larva. Students He takes a different approach and interest to each of the students, allowing them to make their own choices.
Jin Rohan: Shiki wants him to become a researcher in the Kuzunoha Company because he sees talent in him that has the potential to make him become one of the best first-class researchers. Sif Rembrandt: He doesn't hold any bad feelings about her. He knows that she will be recruited to the Kuzunoha Company in the end because of the connection between Raidou and Patrick Rambrandt, even if she has the necessary talent to be hired. Yuno Rembrandt: He holds the same feelings for Yuno just like he holds for her big sister. Abelia Hopleys: He is vigilant of her who is from the Hopleys family. So, he does want to recruit her into the Kuzunoha Company. But after hearing the reason why she wants to be recruited, she is under an agreement that she must do work for the Kuzunoha Company for Kuzunoha’s side. In the end, she is recruited as a temporary employee. Anyway, he doesn't have any love interest for her. Daena Misra Cazper Izumo Ikusabe
Gods and goddesses Enemies Goddess: The first meeting with her was terrifying for him, he doesn't realize that she has so much magic power. He was trembling with fear but he was able to gather enough strength to talk for the sake of his master, Misumi Makoto. Hobbies Eating nabe and searching for new ingredients and recipes of nabe. Research about Graunt. Researching magic and developing new knowledge in theoretical and practical use of magic. Finds out more about science and becomes obsessed with combining science and magic to make (or copy) some technology from Earth.
Habits Tends to overwork himself resulting in him putting off sleep.

Deities The Goddess. The main villain of the story. She made a deal with Makoto's parents to give them a life on Earth in exchange for one of their future children to become the hero of their old world. However, because of her vain beauty preferences, the Goddess reneged on the deal; banishing Makoto to die, while kidnapping Hibiki and Tomoki to serve the role instead, one of her many misdeeds which made her lose respect from the other gods.
Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto Tsukuyomi is a moon god who was responsible for summoning Makoto to the Goddess' world, as per the agreement made with his parents. After witnessing how Makoto was treated by the Goddess, he bestows all of his power onto Makoto and gives him the freedom to live how he wants in the Goddess' world. It is later revealed this effectively turned Makoto into a deity himself; explaining his growth in power to godly levels which is apparently a plan from the other gods who intend to have Makoto assume the Goddess' place.

"Subspace" or "Demiplane", is a unnamed special alternate space created through Tomoe's power that has been altered because of her contract with Makoto. It has turned into a fertile land, acting as the base for Makoto & Co., who have built a town inside it called "Mist Town" Background Originally a void alternate space, Shin would use it to trap her opponents. To access the space, Shin used her mist as an intermediary gates. Its size is based on the amount of magic power. Inside Subspace, Shin had the ability to limit the usage of magic of the people trapped inside and can also bend the laws of physics. Also for some reason, Shin's body is detached from it, so any damage in there won't affect her real body. After Tomoe's pact with Makoto, the alternate space changed not only in size, but it transformed into a whole different land complete with its own ecology and environment, which is similar to that of Earth, mainly because of Makoto's influence. Also, with each new pact that Makoto forms, the environment expands and new ecology is added. The size of Subspace also increases with every increase in Makoto's powers (though ecology and environment isn't changed in this case). It is the home base of the Kuzunoha Company.
Vegetation The vegetation on the Demiplane is fertile and abundant, allowing for harvests of various highly nutritious fruits and vegetables. Fruits primarily have the effect of increasing physical and magical abilities after prolonged consumption.
Native Species Since the creation of the Demiplane, not only have things been created at the level of habitat, water, land, flora and fauna similar to those that Makoto remembers from his world, but also the formation of life itself at the animal. Each animal, unlike those on land, has good intelligence, and good knowledge, strength, and use of magic, which can make them dangerous to anyone who dares to try to threaten them when entering their territories. Until now, the number of animal species and breeds native to the Demiplane are: • Bear • Wolf • Birds (Roc) • Rabbits Immigrated species and races • Highland Orc • Mistio Lizard • Alke • Elder Dwarf • Forest Ogre • Gorgon • Wingkin • Mermaid • Lorelei

Magic Magic is a fundamental force in the Goddess' World that individuals can harness to produce various effects. Overview The magic system includes various types of spells, each with specific effects ranging from offensive to defensive and utility-based abilities. Magic users often undergo training to improve their skills and learn new spells, contributing significantly to both combat and everyday life. Even basic magic requires the use of Mana or Magic Power, that exists inside the user's body as well as the land itself. The more it is used, the more Mana is consumed, and powerful spells typically require more Mana, which can impact a mage’s ability to use them frequently. Each mage has a Mana pool that determines how much magic they can perform before needing to rest or recharge with special potions or magical items. Reaching the limits can lead to fatigue, fainting, vomiting and if completely exhausted, even death. Normally, there is a maximum limit to one's magical potential. Training can result in 10 to 20% increase of Mana reserves, but once a mage reaches their zenith, they cannot go any higher, no matter what they do. However, a mage's Mana becomes significantly more powerful when they are in a state of significant danger, allowing them to achieve a power unlike any other. Additionally, in the miraculous case that someone dies and is reborn, then their Mana will increase significantly. This phenomenon does not require actual death, it can be achieved by simulating the circumstances of death: releasing your sense of self and becoming one with your surroundings. It can also be done repeatedly. Incantations, gestures and magical artifacts such as wands and staves can enhance or facilitate the use of magic. Even so, the strength of the magic heavily depends of the user's level, Mana reserves and aptitude. Even the weakest spell can be quite powerful when performed by a mage with advenced skills or superior Mana. For example, even if two people cast the same magic spell, the spell used by the person with the higher level will be stronger, bigger and/or affect a larger area. Arias The language and words used in Arias or Chants significantly impact the effectiveness, power, and precision of spells. Specific and well-chosen words result in more precise and powerful spells. If the wording is unclear or vague, the spell may not work as intended or could be weaker than expected. The length and complexity of the Aria often correlate with the spell's power. The more powerful or complex a spell is, the longer the Aria tends to be. More experienced magic users can shorten their Arias or even eliminate them entirely. To do an Aria without letting your voice out is called "Voiceless Aria" and tend reduce the original power of the magic. Certain languages are more attuned to magic than others. For example, ancient or lost languages often have a deeper connection to the world’s magical system, allowing for more powerful or specialized spells. The known existing magical languages are: Common Chant: The easiest and most widely used. Noble Chant and Graph Chant: Superior versions of the Common Chant. Noble Chant is mainly used for attacks, while the Graph Chant is all-purpose. Veard Chant: A strong chant that Hyumans no longer use due to its complexity. Forka Chant: A forbidden chant with a power closer to the Veard Chant with the difficulty of the Common Chant. Lost Chant: The more ancient and powerful magical language, lost in time since it consumes a lot of Mana despite it shortness, preventing consistent use. Some races like Highland Orcs use a refined version of this chant, which is weaker but less Mana-taxing. Thanks to his "mastery of words", Makoto created an even more refined version of this chant, with its power coming close to its original version. Arias employed by Hyumans tend to include a laudation to the Goddess as a way to secure the power of her blessing. Magic Types Elemental Magic There are seven different elements that can be conjured and manipulated with magic. These elements are: Water Fire Earth Wind Thunder Darkness Healing Different people have different magical affinities. For example, Makoto excels in Water Magic, but is much weaker in Thunder Magic, and completely incapable of performing Wind or Healing Magic. On a scale of 1 to 10, having low affinity with an element only allows for a power of 1 to 4, regular affinity reaches 5, and strong affinity allows for 6 to 10. Makoto has also developed a new element that only he has been known to use, Moon Magic. Brid is a basic application of elemental magic, in which the elements is shaped into a floating ball which can be reshaped and/or utilized in various ways. Harnessing the power of elemental Spirits can assist in the use of elemental magic. Other Magic Aside for the basic elements, there are a number of different ways that Magic can be used. Levitation: A simple day-to-day magic that can be used to make things float and move around. Memory Manipulation Magic: A magical ability that allows the user search through another person's memories, as well as copy those record and store those memories for later viewing Illusion Magic: Creates illusions to deceive the senses, such as making objects or creatures appear or disappear. Dark Magic: Often associated with curses, necromancy, and other malevolent effects. It's typically more dangerous and requires careful handling. Barrier Magic: Used to create protective shields or barriers to defend against attacks or obstacles. This type of magic can also be used to create spatial barriers or traps. Support Magic: Includes spells that enhance the abilities of the user or their allied, as well as provide various types of buffs, like increasing strength, agility, or other attributes. Unlike Healing, strengthening spells cannot be combined since the stronger spell ends up overriding the other. Summoning: Allows mages to call forth and control magical creatures or entities from other realms. These summoned beings can assist in battles or perform specific tasks. Teleportation: Allows the caster to instantly travel from one location to another, bypassing physical barriers. Telepathy: Allows to communicate directly through thoughts. Skill Type Skills are a series of techniques that do not require casting Arias, but just gathering Mana and an activation phrase. They divide into combat skills used for battle and production skills used for specific jobs like craftmanship. They can be learned by rising your Level, with specific skills being unlocked by joining the required Guild

It allow him to project a field that can be used in various ways. With Sakai, all places under it can be influenced with any ability of his choosing as well as other kinds of uses. This includes but is not limited to: Strengthening: Strengthens himself physically, easily allowing him to carry a big tree with Hyuman muscles. Perception: Allows him to detect everything in his radius. He can extend the range of the detection but it makes it simpler and removes most of the detail the further it goes. Healing: He can heal without Mana or a chant. Its effect depends on the power of the one being healed. However, Makoto is unable to heal himself. Barrier: His barrier is strong enough to withstand attacks from even the strongest opponent. Magic Concealment: He can prevent being detected by others. Intercepting Thought Transmissions: He can intercept thought transmissions within a 3km radius. He can use two properties at once like when he uses both Strengthening and Magic Concealment.
Mastery of Words The blessing or so-called “payment” for service by the Goddess. Allows the user to communicate with all the other species in the world. Initially, Makoto couldn't use Common Language (Hyuman language) but he could speak all other non-Hyuman languages, even mamonos like Rizurs or the bicorns. After dealing with the war that took place in Limia's Capital, based on the agreement with the Goddess, he can now speak the all of the languages including Common Language. "It is commonly known as one of the powers that grants understanding. It is a power that lets you communicate with anyone. It is a “rare” power that only a few great men hold."

Adventurer's Guild The Adventurer's Guild is an organization that accepts requests from other organizations and people for adventurers to complete and receive a compensation. Background The Adventurer's Guild was created by Root centuries ago after an agreement with the Goddess who saw it as a way for the Hyumans to become stronger. However, Root further stated that a big part of him/her creating the guild is to keep Hyumans in check and help keep an equilibrium between the races; since by offering an active way to gain power and fame, the Hyumans' greed would eventually lead them to their own downfall. The guild system is based on the gaming knowledge of a past hero and Root's first husband, who was summoned from another world.

Levels Levels are a system of measurement that can be used to determine a person's strength. It was created by Root along with the Adventurer's Guild. Overview To put it simply, how strong a person is depends on their level, but it is not an absolute representation although most don't know it. The average adventurer has a level anywhere between 50 and 200, whereas greater creatures, such as Tomoe and Mio, are well over 1000. The highest measurable level is 65,535. It's the highest value in 16 bit computing. According to Luto, the term levels was actually brought to the Goddess' World from Earth by his master, someone who had been summoned from there (and for some reason ended up a thousand years in the past), borrowing the word from video games. Luto would integrate levels by intervening in the world’s system so that the power absorption gained from others is increased though, like increasing the experience gain. Increasing levels makes your base power rise, but doesn't really represent your true ability, talent or experience. The true purpose of the Levels system was to maintain balance; under the blessings of the Goddess, Hyumans grew numerous and arrogant, and therefore had to be culled. The existence of levels encouraged people to want to see there level go up, and to that end they put themselves in danger. The tool used to measure a persons magic level is a rolled up scroll. When the person holding it channels their magic into it, the scroll will droop and change color. The color it changes to, how much of the scroll that changes color and how much it droops are all factors that can be used to measure the precise level of the holder.

Within a rank there are divisions of Minus, Unmarked and Plus. There are jobs that are classified as "Special" and can be taken by any adventurer regardless of rank. These are jobs requested by a specific benefactor, they usually pay a lot of money although they do not affect the rank of the person who completes them. Things that have happened and are already history. Timeline summary Prologue to the wandering of a new world Arc Makoto a normal high school boy, one day is kidnapped from his room into a strange space were he meets the god that represents the moon in Japanese Shinto religion Tsukuyomi. Tsukuyomi explains the situation regarding why he was taken and says he is a Hyuman. Makoto is explained a bit about the situation in the new world and is suddenly kidnapped by the Goddess. At her palace Makoto meets the Goddess face to face. She started saying that he is ugly and horrible in every way possible. While badmouthing him she says that she took 2 humans as her replacement heroes. She started to verbally abuse him again then gives him the ability to speak with anything besides hyumans, Before throwing him from Heaven towards the ground at great speeds. Tsukuyomi catches him and gives him some power before going to sleep(he got exhausted from world hopping). He gives Makoto simple promises: 1- Do whatever you want. 2-Be nice to the heroes. Thus Makoto's journey begins in this wonderful and dangerous new world and the first thing he does is naming the Goddess "Bug"
Wandering in the ends of the world Arc Now, Makoto after being dropped by "Bug" in the middle of the wasteland he starts heading in a direction hopping to find someone. Three days without food and water he starts talking with himself but thanks to his new physical abilities he hears a scream and runs towards it. He saves an orc girl (she looks like a plushy) called Ema from a dog with 2 heads. Ema takes him to a checkpoint made by her species called Highland Orcs. Makoto finally eats food and as appreciation Ema teaches him the magic of her tribe(she didn't think he'd be able to use it). Thanks to his Language Blessing (From the Goddess) Makoto understands magic easily. Makoto hears about Ema being the sacrifice of the mountain god named Shen. Because he is a decent person he goes to confront this god of the mountain that controls mist(he went to challenge Shen because Shen is the name of a clam that controls mist in folklore, so he thought it'd be a giant clam.) Makoto tried some spells on the entrance at the base on the mountain of Shen. The spell accidentally kills some demons that were camping there. They were the ones taking sacrifices (they wanted to enlist the orcs into their army because there's war happening between hyumans and demons) The spell wakes up Shen.....a eastern style superior dragon with the title of "Invincible". Makoto is lucky Shen takes it easy on him because Shen sees him as a normal hyuman. Makoto eventually uses the power Tsukuyomi gave him to turn the tables against Shen. Shen is angry that for the first time in it's life a hyuman injured its body. Shen tried to use her trump card Aku but for some reason it didn't work on him. Shen can also see memories. Shen is lazy so instead of going all out it puts Makoto in a dream barrier that shows him a happy memory. Makoto inside the dream remembers the time he got confessed by 2 girls and how he hurt them by turning them down.(TLDR he felt like an asshole and that happened the day before his Reincarnation) While Makoto remembered cringe memories Shen looked at his memories and fell in love with them(the memories not the person) and as it decided to free him because of how interesting he is, Makoto was already free on his own. Shen manages to calm Makoto and blackmails him into making a contract with her by showing Makoto that it knows his porn.(Tsukuyomi promised he will delete the porn from his computer but Shen got his memories) Now Shen is amazed that the contract becomes a 20- 80 contract with Makoto as the master, making Shen realize that Makoto has a fuck ton of mana. The contract makes the slave (Shen) take the form closer to the master (Makoto) and also gets a power boost. Shen becomes 1.80 m tall beauty with big breasts and she is HOT Shen checks Aku (The Demiplane/Subspace.) with Makoto because she felt something changed. Aku was formerly a void, and is now a world. They return to the orcs then explain the situation and throw a party. Makoto goes to sleep and Shen convinced the orcs to move to Aku. A few days later Shen let's in the Spider of Calamity because she thought that it will serve as good training for Makoto( quite the asshole move ) while also saving a elder dwarfs (different from normal dwarfs) from the spider. The spider and Makoto fight. Makoto manages to last a while until the spider started to absorb his mana.....then the arachnid (the size of several trucks) started to enjoy the pain. Makoto almost gets killed but the spider regained its sanity (it was really hungry) and gets really really attracted to him (Since, He basically satisfied the endless Hunger it was cursed with.) and wanted a contract as well. Shen worried about Makoto's virginity helped the spider to make the contract and made a deal : Shen gets first a new name and the spider can take the first night with Makoto (basically a name can be given to a slave under a contract and that makes their bond stronger and the night thing is their medieval way of thinking were is ok for the slave to have sex with the master. Though it hasn't happened yet.) Makoto wakes up and finds out that the spider is in the form of a beautiful woman, again taller than him Shen returns with the dwarf called Beren and they decide that all the elder dwarfs will move to Aku. Now Makoto gives Shen the name Tomoe and the Spider is now Mio. The next day the races following Tomoe and Mio (Alke and The Mistio Lizards) + the dwarfs come and greet him....Makoto has another headache. Makoto goes to a hyuman village, but is attacked because his mana (Comparable to that of Five Demon Lords.) is leaking out and terrified them so he gets attacked by them. and he also can't speak the common language (hyuman language). Makoto for a month trains to blend in and hide his mana, somewhat succeeding (Now its only comparable to Four Demon Lords.) After Beren, makes Rings that Suppress Makoto's Mana, and Makoto puts on a mask to hide his face (It considered Ugly by this worlds Hyumans). Makoto, Tomoe and Mio go to that village where Makoto was attacked. After Tomoe and Mio fooled around creating trouble, they go to an inn and plan what to do next. Makoto tried to ignore the shady things in that town but Tomoe succeeded in dragging him into this mess Makoto and Mio the next day find a girl named Rinon and she tells them about her missing sister Toa. Makoto tells Tomoe and Mio to find the sister. Tomoe and Mio find her and they released the remaining prisoners. The guards and the people running the town come to stop them but after a monster like rampage. They destroyed everything besides the inn were Makoto sleeps. Makoto wakes up and punished Tomoe and Mio. Makoto is startled because Toa coincidentally looks exactly like Hasegawa (one of the girls he hurt, by turning her down. back on Earth). The next day Makoto fools Tomoe into going on a samurai training (he just wanted her not to be near him) and taking Mio and the adventurers with him in a carriage towards Tsige the city at the edge of the world. They arrived and Makoto quickly goes sightseeing.
Heros Chapters.
- Tomoki arrives in the empire of Gritonia after being taken by the Goddess who promised him power, a strong body and magic power and a demonic eye that can charm "anyone" into being his slave. He quickly does experiments on his body and Lily the princess in charge of him turns him into her tool for her revenge against the Goddess and her world.
- Hibiki arrives in the kingdom of Limia and quickly starts to impress everyone and brainwash people with her charm that takes the form of charisma . She eventually fights the Black spider of Calamity and losses miserably and she promised herself that she will kill it ( the spider aka. - Rembrandt then explains why he needed them and says how his family has been cursed.
- Makoto started to sympathize with him and quickly says how he will also provide an alchemist to help the procedure (one of the guys Tomoe and Mio saved from the base was an alchemist) and cursed the dead man(the one who cursed the family is dead)for using curses against people.
- immediately after that he goes to the merchant guild to register.
- he passes with full marks because the written exam is kindergarten level (Compared to Earths Education.) and he already had materials that he can sell( one of the tests was to bring some items and Makoto needed to find pricey ones)
- That night Makoto drinks calmly a drink when Tomoe suddenly cries at Makoto to stop Mio from what she was doing.
- Makoto hurried to the memory room(it's a place where his memories, Tomoe is storing Crystal slates with his memories. and where she watches Historical dramas from his memories) where Tomoe and Mio like kids start to fight over something meaningless.
- Makoto angry stops them and finds out that Mio has awakened to Anime, and enjoys watching it (And also Eating the Slates.)

Contracts A contract is a magic spell that binds two beings, granting them more power depending on the type of pact that is formed. Forming a Contract A contract is formed through a ritual that is carried out whenever both parties agree. However, it is possible for a third party to act as a representative of one of them in case he or she is not in a position to give his or her consent. Both parties can gain a power boost under certain circumstances. Receiving a name from the master can be a way. A Master can also access his servant's unique abilities in times of crisis or heightened emotional turmoil. Makoto Misumi - Tomoe, Mio, Shiki and Tamaki Sofia Bulga - Lancer/Mitsurugi Contract Types The type of contract that is formed depends on the difference in power between the two parties and determines the type of relationship that both will have from then on. A 50-50 contract is a partnership pact. Is flexible and allows rules, restrictions and penalties to be added left and right kinda like a blank page. The 70-30 is a parent to child pact. It can be like making the weak one your kin or the strong takes care of the weak until they mature. 80-20 is the servitude one and the weak one changes it's appearance to look like the strong one. The servant can't attack the master and although they retain their personality and mind intact, the master normally had full control on the servant. The servant and master can make the contract stronger the more they bond, if the master grows in power so does the servant. The contract can have different penalties depending on the master. The 90-10 one just makes the weak one become a doll without a mind that moves only at the orders of the master. 100-0 makes the strong consume the weak as nourishment.

The city is a trading and frontier town as the border of the Wastelands where adventures come and go. Tsige plays a crucial role in the series as a bustling, independent city that thrives due to its position as a trade hub for adventurers, merchants, and travelers. It is known for its proximity to dangerous areas filled with monsters and resources, making it an ideal location for adventurers seeking fame, fortune, and powerful materials. In turn, they possess two Adventurer's Guilds, one for regular quests and other for quest regarding the Wastelands. This independence allows it to flourish economically, attracting various businesses and adventurers who use it as a base of operations. As Makoto Misumi becomes more involved with the city, Tsige grows in importance. His own influence, power, and trade activities help further the city’s development, leading to Tsige eventually striving for complete independence from the central kingdom, which is a significant plot point in the series. The town falls victim to a gang of bandits led by the strongest adventurer there, Mils Ace, who is dedicated to robbing merchants and taking advantage of adventurers who fall into debt But was defeated by Mio and Tomoe. (While also destroying the Town accidentally in the process.) Wasteland Extremely dangerous Inhabitants Monsters and Demi-Humans The Wasteland (世界の果て, Sekainohate) also known as the End of the World, is a harsh, desolate area located in the southern part of the Goddess' World. Overview The Wasteland is a barren and dangerous place, filled with powerful monsters and hostile environments that make it nearly uninhabitable. It lies far from civilized regions and is where Makoto Misumi is initially banished by the Goddess after she deems him unworthy of living among Hyumans. Despite the harsh conditions, Makoto begins to thrive in the Wasteland, using his abilities to form alliances with Demi-Humans, ultimately building his own community. The Wasteland is mostly unexplored territory. Only a small portion has borders settlements, like towns, for adventurers. Zetsuya was one of the towns located further into the Wasteland.
Inhabitant Species The Wastelands is inhabited by various powerful and dangerous creatures, primarily monsters and Demi-Humans like the Highland Orcs. Goddess' World The "Goddess' World" refers to the fantasy world in which the events of Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy take place. This world is ruled and shaped by a powerful deity, commonly referred to as the "Goddess". Background The Goddess' World is a typical fantasy realm governed by the Goddess. She has immense power over this world, including the ability to summon people from other worlds (such as Earth) and grant them special abilities to serve as heroes. Her influence extends to shaping the world's geography, inhabitants, and even the laws of nature and magic. As stated by the Greater Dragons, the Goddess herself didn’t actually “create” this world, rather, she arrived some time in the past and asked some of the already powerful natives, such as the Greater Dragons and other powerful entities, to help shape the world into its current form. From there, she and these other powerful natives began populating it with their creations, with the Goddess being the one mainly responsible for creating a majority of the present races inhabiting it. The Goddess' World is home to a variety of races, including Hyumans, Demons, Demi-Humans, Dragons, Spirits, and other mythical creatures. The Goddess is depicted as being highly biased towards Hyumans, whom she views as the superior race in her world. This bias leads her to favor certain individuals, especially those who align with her aesthetic preferences and ideals. She summons heroes from other worlds to help protect hyumanity, specifically choosing those she deems attractive and suitable. The world is in a state of ongoing conflict between Hyumans and Demons, with the Goddess supporting the Hyuman side. World locations map The world's territory is confined to a single continent similar in shape to Japan. The world is divided into various kingdoms, empires, and territories, each with its own culture, politics, and challenges. The world is rich in magic, with different regions having their own unique magical traditions and abilities. The money has spread through all the kingdoms. They are Copper, Silver, Gold, Demon Sliver and Amber Coins; 10 copper coins are worth 1 silver coin and 10 silver coins are worth 1 gold coin. In Japanese standards, the copper coin is 1,000 yen, the silver 10,000 yen and the gold 100,000 yen.
Some other rules and information about the world: The governing rules of the world The Goddess' influence on physical appearance made the Hyumans of the world look attractive and her blessing allows them to learn the Common Language as infants and grants them a boost in power. She herself does not directly influence her world as long as it doesn't cause her problems. Polygamy is common in this world, as is a man having relationships with many women. Aristocrats and Nobility Governing and culture and influence world Lorel Union: The influence of Japanese culture seems to have influenced the Nobles Household in a similar way to that of a Japanese Household. Aion Kingdom: Seems to be very similar to the times of the Shogun Gritonia Empire, Limia Kingdom: Seem to have a similarity to European noble families.
