   The Oral Fixation Virus, commonly called OFV, is a seeming biological impossibility. It is capable of completely rewriting the internal biology and neurology of humans. In men this causes a quick and painful death. In women this causes a period of aches, soreness, and headaches that eventually results in expression as one of the three OFV variants called Fixators, Sigmas, and Alphas.

   There is no correlation between who a person was before OFV and who they are after. OFV can take an extremely dominant woman and turn her into a totally submissive Fixator or it can dot he complete opposite. Scientists theorize that there are some factors that influence the result of OFV but have not been able to figure out what they are.

   Fixators quickly embrace their new identities. Alphas and Sigmas usually require some time to process.

   OFV only fully affects women who have finished puberty. Any woman who has not finished puberty will simply be a carrier of the virus until they finish puberty, at which point the virus will activate. This means that the vast majority of OFV expressions happen to women who are 20 years old or older and none happen to women younger than 18.

   OFV is airborne, waterborne, and can live for weeks outside the human body. It has defied any attempts to suppress its spread or cure it it. OFV can never be cured or suppressed, it can only be accommodated. The most common way to become infected with OFV is being around women infected with OFV, but it is possible to contract the virus by drinking or eating contaminated food or water.

   A universal effect of OFV is that once it reaches its late stages it will cause the infected woman to see OFV as a good thing. The women whose OFV is in the late stage or whose OFV has expressed universally feel pity towards uninfected women. Surveys of women whose OFV has progressed to the expression stage show that they universally believe that OFV was the best thing to ever happen to them.

   Women with the common oral fixation variant are often referred to as Fixators. They experience constant cravings to provide oral sex. These cravings grow stronger over time if they are not fulfilled. The intensity of a Fixator's OFV expression determines both the base intensity of the cravings and how quickly and strongly they intensify if not met. Fixators are naturally meek, especially around Sigmas. Fixators rapidly embrace their status as Fixators and become comfortable with it after experiencing their first time giving oral sex as a Fixator.

   Fixators have an instinctual need for guidance and approval from the two dominant variants, particularly Sigmas. How submissive a Fixator is varies from Fixator to Fixator with no apparent pattern. Some fixators are so submissive they have to physically fight the urge to kneel around Sigmas and Alphas, while others are more or less a slightly meeker version of their pre-OFV self.

   Fixators constantly experience low level oxytocin production that keeps them happy as a baseline. They have elevaated oxytocin production when around a dominant romantic partner. Most Fixators will happily satisfy their cravings whenever possible, due to the deep fulfillment experienced when satisfying their cravings.

   Fixators universally find Sigmas and Alphas naturally charismatic and highly attractive.

   Because Fixators are by far the most common variant of expression, they often have another fixator as their romantic partner. However Fixators naturally idealize relationships between a Fixator woman and either a Sigma or Alpha woman. Fixators usually lean towards preferring sexual contact with either Alphas or Sigmas but will not let their preferences get in the way of satisfying their cravings.

   Fixators instinctively understand what is needed to satisfy their cravings.

   Fixators unconsciously display their bodies around S-5 and S-6 Sigmas as well as around A-6 Alphas. Fixators focus on displaying their neck, lips, and tongue but will also show off secondary sexual characteristics like ass and breasts.

   C-1 Fixators are rare and experience very mild cravings, able to go up to two weeks before the cravings become overwhelming. C-1 fixators are universally overwhelmingly submissive and are able to partially satisfy their cravings by demonstrating their submission towards Alphas and Sigmas. C-2 Fixators are the somewhat uncommon. They experience mild cravings and can go a week before the cravings become overwhelming. C-3 fixators are the most common type. They experience moderate cravings and can go up to three to four days before the cravings become overwhelming and cannot be ignored. They feel a great deal of discomfort if they don't satisfy their cravings at least once a day and preferably more. C-4 Fixators are the second most common type and experience moderate cravings. They are able to go up to two days before the cravings become overwhelming but feel a great deal of discomfort if they don't satisfy their cravings at least once a day and preferably more. C-5 Fixators are rare and experience strong cravings. They are able to go up to a day before the cravings become overwhelming but feel a great deal of discomfort if they don't satisfy their cravings at least every eight hours. C-5 fixators exhibit higher than average levels of deference towards dominant women, particularly Sigmas, but are not always submissive. C-6 Fixators are extremely rare and experience powerful cravings. They are able to go up to a day before the cravings become overwhelming but feel a extreme discomfort if they don't satisfy their cravings at least every four hours. C-6 fixators exhibit high levels of submission, particularly towards Sigmas. C-6 Fixators often have a hard time controlling their urges.

   Representing roughly 15% of the women who contract OFV, Sigmas are one of the two dominant variants of the virus's final expression.

   Fixators find all Sigmas to be charismatic and attractive.

   Sigmas secrete highly addictive vaginal fluids. These fluids are addictive to any woman who is not an Alpha or Sigma, including uninfected women. The addiction is attuned to a partiuclar Sigma. The effects of addiction to a Sigma's fluids fade after a few days unless a woman is exposed to more, which extends the duration. If a woman is exposed over a prolonged period of a few months, then the addiction becomes permanent.

   Women addicted to a Sigma's fluids are more attentive to that particular Sigma, behave more submissive towards the Sigma, feel a sense of peace and serenity that grows stronger when near the Sigma, feel a sense of trust towards the Sigma, feel safe when around the Sigma, often think about the Sigma, and feel pleasure from obeying the Sigma. The strength of these effects is determined by both the intensity of the Sigma expression and the length of time a woman has been addicted for. A woman exposed for a year to the fluids of an S-1 Sigma is roughly equivalent to a woman exposed to the fluids of an S-6 Sigma for a week.

   Exposure to the vaginal fluids of an S-4, S-5, or S-6 Sigma has an additional effect of wanting to return to that particular Sigma and feeling a mild urge to do so.

   Exposure to the vaginal fluids of a different Sigma can override a woman's addiction to a Sigma. This requires only brief exposure for women who are experiencing the temporary form of the addiction but requires prolonged exposure over a four to five days to override the permanent form of the addiction.

   Sigmas see their addictive fluids as a core part of their personal identities as Sigmas. The addiction they produce in their partners satisfies a deep and primal need for Sigmas. Sigmas show a great deal of affection towards women addicted to their secretions. Sigmas perceive the permanent form of addiction created by long term exposure as a deeply romantic bond.

   Sigmas are highly dominant. This dominance usually manifests as a stern strict demeanor, a caring but possessive demeanor, a nurturing but authoritative demeanor, or an imperious demeanor. The ways Sigmas express dominance always are shaped by their personalities, but they are all particularly fond of touching their partner's hair and head.

   Sigmas receive physical pleasure from exerting dominance. They usually prefer long-term partners because their dominance can be more complete with someone they have grown to know and who has developed an addiction to them. Sigmas experience cravings to exert dominance over Fixators, similar to how Fixators experience cravings for giving oral sex. The higher intensity the Sigma, the greater the cravings and the more quickly they return after being satisfied.

   Sigmas are ranked on a six point scale of intensity, with S-1 being the lowest intensity and S-6 being the highest intensity. The rankings in order of intensity from lowest to highest are S-1, S-2, S-3, S-4, S-5, and S-6

   S-1 Sigmas exhibit mild cravings for dominance, and the effect of their fluids is usually only noticeable over long term exposure. S-1s are incredibly rare. S-2 Sigmas exhibit moderate cravings for dominance, and the effect of their fluids is usually only noticeable over after two or more encounters. S-2s are uncommon. S-2 Sigmas are often seen as safe choices by Fixators and are commonly employed at places where Fixators can go to relieve their cravings. S-3 Sigmas exhibit moderate cravings for dominance. The effect of their vaginal fluids are immediately noticeable after a woman's first exposure, but mild. S-3s are the most common Sigmas. They have a subtle personal magnetism that attracts the attention of Fixators. S-4 Sigmas exhibit moderate cravings for dominance.    All Alphas are women who have a large penis in place of their vagina. Seeing a fixator give them felltio fulfills a primal need for Alphas.

   Alphas are dominant, but it doesn't define them in the same way it does Sigmas. An Alpha's dominance is usually expressed only during sexual encounters with Fixators.

   Alphas experience cravings to fulfill Fixator's needs, similar to how Fixators experience cravings for giving oral sex. The higher intensity the Alpha, the greater the cravings and the more quickly the cravings return after being satisfied.

    The historical origins of the Sigma supremacy movement date back to the earliest days of the OFV pandemic, where it used to be a mainstream competitor to the more equality focused political beliefs that eventually won out.
