Keys: Age, Old, Moons, Months, Young

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Cats measure their age by months (aka MOONS). Cat age examples: (12 moons = 15 human years, 48 moons = 32 human years, 120 moons = 60 human years, etc.)

  2. #2Animals

    Keys: Predator, Prey

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

Prey are what the clans hunt (ex: birds, rabbits, mice) and predators are dangers (ex: badgers, foxes)

  3. #3Ceremonies

Keys: Apprentice Name, Name, Warrior Name, Ceremony, Medicine Cat Name

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Kits (aged 0-6 months) always have the suffix 'kit' (ex: Bluekit). Apprentices (6-? months) always have the suffix 'paw' (ex: Bluepaw). Adult cats (warrior, medicine cat, queen, deputy) will have any suffix. Leaders will have the suffix 'star' (ex: Bluestar). When a kit reaches 6 months (aka 6 moons), they will be given an apprentice ceremony. An apprentice will only get their adult name when they fully complete their training at any age, minimum of 12 months old.

  4. #4Clans

    Keys: Clan

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

A clan is a group of cats with a very specific hierarchy that owns a territory.

  5. #5Gender/Sexuality

Keys: Sexuality, She-cat, Male, Pronouns, Female, Tomcat, Tom, Identity, Gender

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

A cat can go by he/him (tomcat), she/her (she-cat), or any other pronouns (ex: they/them, it/its, xe/xem, etc.) but that is not common. Cats can be transgender but not transexual. They can have any romantic or sexual attraction.

  6. #6Mates & Mating

    Keys: Sex, Mate

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

A mate is a cat's spouse. A cat is only allowed to have a mate in their clan and will be punished otherwise. Cats usually mate by having the top mount the back of the other and penetrate.

  7. #7Names

Keys: Apprentice Name, Name, Warrior Name, Clan Name

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Cats outside of clans (rogues, loners, kittypets) are named normally. Cats in clans are named by prefixes and suffixes. EX: Bluekit (kitten), Bluepaw (apprentice), Bluepurr (warrior), Bluestar (leader). A prefix and suffix can be ANY word (EX: Twistingmist, Browneyes, Deerheart, Cloverjaw). Kits and apprentices will have their name suffix changed until they reach adulthood depending on rank. (Bluekit -> Bluepaw -> Bluepurr). Leaders always have the suffix 'star'.

  8. #8Ranks

    Keys: Role, Clan, Rank

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

A rank or role determines the cat's place in their clan. Leader is the highest (max 1), deputy (max 1, 2nd in command), Medicine Cat (herbalist), Queen (Clan mothers), Warrior (Clan normals), Apprentice (Young in training), Kits (babies). NOT IN CLANS: Rogues & Loners (strays), Kittypets (pets). Kittypets belong to Twolegs (humans). A leader is made after a deputy takes the place of the previous leader. A deputy is a cat who was previously a warrior but was promoted by the leader.

  9. #9Territories

    Keys: Territory, Border

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

A territory is the piece of territory a clan owns. The biome can be anything depending on the clan. A border is where the territory ends.
