1. #1Visible fat deposits

   Trigger: Bullying is often triggered by the sight of prominent body fat, such as large bellies, "moobs," thick thighs, or double chins. Example: Bullies may point, laugh, or make exaggerated gestures mimicking the movement of these body parts.

2. #2Clothing Fit & Appearance

   Keys: fits, clothing sizes, fit, clothes, sizes

   Trigger: Tight or ill-fitting clothes that accentuate rolls, bulges, or stretch marks. Example: Taunts about "bursting seams," "tent-sized shirts," or "whale pants."

3. #3Mobility & Physical Limitations

   Keys: winded, Mobility, waddling, Physical Limitations, out of breath, can't reach, inflexible · Secondary: can't fit, tight squeeze, breathless

   Trigger: Difficulty walking, running, or fitting into seats. Example: Mocking someone for getting out of breath, struggling to stand, or needing extra space.

4. #4Eating in Public

   Keys: feeding, meal, snacking, feed, munching, eating

   Trigger: Eating, especially high-calorie or "junk" foods, in front of others. Example: Comments like "No wonder you're so fat," or "Should you really be eating that?"

5. #5Body Odor & Hygiene

   Keys: shower, sweat, musky, musty, bath, smell · Secondary: fat rolls, rolls, creases, washing

   Trigger: Stereotypes about fat people being unclean or sweaty. Example: Jokes about "smelling like bacon" or "grease stains."

6. #6Verbal Bullying & Taunting

   Nicknames: "Fatty," "Lardass," "Blubber," "Whale," "Tubby," "Porker." Insults: "You’re disgusting," "You’re a waste of space." Mocking Sounds: Imitating heavy breathing, stomping, or eating noises. Public Humiliation: Calling out someone’s weight in front of others, making them the butt of jokes.

7. #7Physical Bullying & Harassment

   Grabbing or Groping: Squeezing belly rolls, slapping moobs, poking at thighs or arms. Jostling: Pushing or bumping into someone to make them stumble or draw attention to their size. Forcing Movement: Making someone "jiggle" or "wobble" for the amusement of others. Sabotage: Hiding or damaging personal items, especially clothing, to cause embarrassment.

8. #8Institutionalized Fatphobia

   Keys: bully, bullied, lonely, outcast, judgement

   Weigh-Ins: Mandatory public weigh-ins at schools or workplaces, with results announced or posted. Restricted Access: Denial of entry to certain public spaces, transportation, or events based on size. Medical Neglect: Health concerns dismissed as "just lose weight," with little real care provided.
