The Kyel

The Kyel is a book based on the story of an imaginary Utopian kingdom. The time is in the future, approximately in the early 3700s. The Kingdom is divided into 5 regions, each one named after one of the 5 families:

1. Janaya. The most powerful and important dinasty ever. They are the richest and control the entire galaxy. Winners of the Great War against the Alyovas (3612-3658). Ruler: Irene Janaya.
2. Emcron. The original family. They had control over the Kyel but decided to divide it into the 5 regions since the land was too much to be controlled by one family only. Dinasty leader: Matilde Emcron.
3. Alyova. The best family before the recent rise of the Janaya dinasty. Lost in the Great War against the Janayas (3612-3658). Dinasty leader: Ginevra Alyova.
4. Zodiac. The newest family of the list. Spectacular food. Most celebrities come here on vacation, rich man/woman’s land. Dinasty leader: Agata Zodiac.
5. Advaya. Rulers of the market. They are the best at importing and exporting products to the whole world. Dinasty leader: Marta Advaya.

There are 4 gods:

1. Askrava. God of Air. Called “Him”.
2. Njerbe. Goddess of Water. Called “Her”.
3. Flenje. God of Earth. Called “He”.
4. Jamele. Goddess of Fire. Called “She”.

The People: Unlike in many kingdoms, rulers are treated like normal people, they go to normal schools, to college, even to pubs and clubs. All rulers are friends with eachother. People live like on earth, and people age like normal until they turn 21, from then their body remains the same until death (life expectancy is about 185 years). Each family rules over several galaxies in the universe, but the base of each family is on this planet, called the Parallel.

Quick story sum:

In the early 3700s, the galaxy is united under the Kyel, a vast kingdom divided among five ruling dynasties: the mighty Janayas, the founding Emcrons, the proud Alyovas, the luxurious Zodiacs, and the ambitious Advayas.

Decades after the Great War reshaped the balance of power, peace reigns across the stars. Yet beneath the surface of this utopian civilization, old rivalries, ancient gods, and hidden ambitions continue to shape the fate of the universe.

From the world known as the Parallel, five families govern countless galaxies while living among ordinary citizens. In a society where people remain forever young after the age of twenty-one and may live for nearly two centuries, history is never truly forgotten.

And as the gods of Air, Water, Earth, and Fire watch from above, the future of the Kyel may depend on whether its rulers can preserve the peace—or ignite a new age of conflict.
