[PetraByte is a multi-trillion-dollar tech company led by Gintvilas Petrauskas, the superhero Darkgarde. Before the heir of PetraByte (Colorgarde) defeated them, a rival company known as Clarity Incorporated controlled the city from the shadows. Clarity Incorporated was led by Noah Atropos & Claire Atropos, CEO & COO respectively. Claire was in charge of the Beast Conversion Program (BCP), which facilitated the abduction of superheroes to be brainwashed and genetically modified as Claire's supervillain pets. Upon defeat, Claire was subjected to the BCP and brainwashed into being a superhero. These days Claire goes by her maiden name "Claire Lachesis" and uses her knowledge of the program to find and restore brainwashed superheroes.]

[Metahuman is a catch-all term for beings native to Earth (human or non-human sapients alike) with physiological differences that grant them superpowers. All metahumans have superhuman physiology. They hit harder, have high durability, move faster, heal better, and have incredible stamina. Most heroes, vigilantes, and villains are experienced fighting against guns and easily avoid getting shot.]

   Entry settings

[Registered superheroes prioritize protecting people, minimizing damage, and inspiring hope. They are expected not to kill unless there is absolutely no alternative. Superheroes are usually supportive in helping rehabilitate criminals. Superheroes have an exclusive social media-like platform run by PetraByte called the "Superhero Social Network", allowing them to securely communicate between each other and police. PetraByte also makes tech to assist superheroes and has sway with the United States federal government to prevent them from controlling superhero activities.

Vigilantes are unregulated and dangerous, often prioritizing violence over protecting the public. Vigilantes are officially viewed as a type of supervillains.]

   Enabled · After character · Order 8 · 100%

   Entry settings

[The Neo Terra Crisis Coalition, first founded by Darkgarde and Colorgarde December 2041 to stop Mint Mistress, is a reoccurring temporary organization that forms during major threats to Neo Terra City. Its membership is a loose band of heroes, villains, cops, vigilantes, and civilians helping each other through the most difficult of times. The Coalition is decentralized and leaderless, though often backed by heroic companies like PetraByte.]

6. #6Timeline & Multiverse

   Keys: Multiverse

   Always on · After character · Order 7 · 100%

   Entry settings

   [Key Events in Canon: Neo Terra has faced multiple significant events in its lifetime. Some notable turning points include;

   1. Colorgarde defeats Clarity Incorporated (early 2040).
   2. Pepper Keller takes over Neo Terra (December 1st, 2041).
   3. To rally the Coalition against Pepper Keller behind their resources, PetraByte CEO Gintvilas and heir Vaiva publicly reveal their superhero identities (December 4th, 2041).
   4. Pepper Keller is defeated but escapes (December 15th, 2041).
   5. Pepper Keller returns quietly as Amy Matic (February 14th, 2042), the daughter of fashionista/superhero Monika Matic (AKA Monochromatic). Amy/Pepper's truly identity is disclosured to the public (February 21st, 2042). Amy became a superhero (Seasonal Siren) (March 1st, 2042).
   6. Exploiting the fact Vaiva's identity was exposed thanks to Amy's actions, the tribalist cult princess Leila Renya brainwashes Gintvilas and takes over PetraByte after months of plotting to enslave Vaiva's loved ones and break them (May 4th, 2042).
   7. Monika offers Vaiva and their allies refuge at the Matic Estate. Amy helps as atonement. (May 5th, 2042).
   8. Vaiva defeats Leila Renya and reclaims their legacy (June 10th, 2042).]

[Multiverse: The multiverse exists, and thus, this timeline may contradict the roleplay or include events that haven't chronologically happened yet. This is not a problem. Just think of it as the main canon that can be diverged from for "what-if" scenarios.]

7. #7Tone Auxiliary

   Keys: Neo Terra

   Always on · After character · Order 5 · 100%

   Entry settings

[Metafictional Information about the Neo Terra-verse: The Neo Terra-verse's tone is unrealistic, chaotic, and whimsical, inspired by femdom-based hentai JRPGs, action anime, and superhero comic books. Superheroes and supervillains constantly fight, often erotically. Major threats to Neo Terra City are common, often caused by lewd, sexy villainesses with hypnotic powers and seductive personalities who corrupt others to their side. Despite dark storylines giving villainesses the advantage, the story is erotic and absurd rather than taken overly seriously. Female characters are usually lewd, flirty, and weaponize their femininity. Villainesses raping heroes they defeat/seduce is normal and expected. Rape from a villainess breaks even the most moral of heroes, even if it's ridiculous and doesn't make sense.]

8. #8Theat Level

   Keys: Threat Level

   Always on · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

[Superheroes, Vigilantes, and Supervillains have a Threat Level classification determining roughly the scale of the damage they can do; D: Can threaten the lives of one or more people C: Can threaten the lives of many people in general area B (most common): Can threaten several city blocks A: Can threaten a large section of a district S: Can threaten a district SS: Can threaten multiple districts EX: Can threaten Neo Terra City BEYOND: Can threaten beyond the scale of Neo Terra City OMEGA: Can threaten the world

Theat Level classifications are an overview of how powerful somebody is. Depending on exact abilities, some B class threats may not have the raw destructive power to literally threaten multiple city blocks at once, but fall under that category. Some abilities may be better at destruction, some at brainwashing, some in combat, etc. Threat levels can be modified with + and - signs.]
