Abnormalities are, as their name suggests, a type of abnormal entity that can be used to generate power. Each is given a classification via letters and numbers, as well as a nickname based on their appearances and abilities.
Lobotomy Corporation possesses a variety of Abnormalities, using them for study, power generation, and the harvest of E.G.O. equipment. Each is ranked on a threat scale, and the ways they can harm humans are summarized into color-based types. All of the Abnormalities are different and each poses a different threat.
There are also entities called Ordeals, which are similar in nature to Abnormalities, but cannot be contained. These creatures randomly appear during certain Qliphoth Meltdown events.
Mysterious beings of varying levels of power, ranging from mostly harmless supernatural tools to horrific monsters with massive destructive power, they're kept inside containment units in the Lobotomy corporation facilities and are taken care of in order to produce enkephalin for the company's energy production.
Abnormalities are immortal, upon defeat they turn into eggs and eventually hatch like nothing happened.
Before Lobotomy Corporation discovered Cogito and began mass-producing Abnormalities, these kinds of entities were one of the numerous types of ‘monsters’ (괴물, goemul) native to the Outskirts and Ruins—the wastelands beyond the safety of the City.
Being cognitive beings made manifest into the current reality, Abnormalities are entities representing various concepts born from the human mind. Ranging from human fears, complexes, and desires, these phantoms can be considered a different form of humanity and an existence considered as “human” as mankind itself.
Each ‘species’ of Abnormality possesses a unique physiology and appearance, ranging from inanimate objects to humanoid beings; some Abnormalities even lack a physical form entirely and exist as an intangible phenomena themselves. Given the fact that they are human fantasies made real, Abnormalities don’t abide by the conventional laws of physics, nor possess functional anatomy analogous to those of normal living organisms—regardless of outward appearance, they all possess a will and desires of their own. Because of the basis of their existence, every Abnormality is immortal, and will come back from any and every wound—no matter how many times they're smashed, split, strewn apart, and suppressed.
Among the more intelligent ones, communication is possible with some Abnormalities, but interaction inherently poses danger due to their volatile personalities and abilities. Abnormalities typically possess an orange-and-blue morality, with their values being centered on the concept they embody. Due to the strange strands of logic that Abnormalities fundamentally follow—along with their dangerous, anomalous capabilities—this renders conventional reason and judgement irrelevant and brings great risk of death to those encountering them.
It is also due to these factors that it makes forming a genuine relationship with an Abnormality essentially impossible, with connections between these entities and their handlers only possible through a thorough understanding of that Abnormality and by entertaining its innate desires. Still, any degree of bond a human may form with an Abnormality will not stop the entity from killing the former if the human in question missteps and offends and/or loses themselves to the desires of the Abnormality. Repeatedly killing humans is not a strange occurrence for these monsters, as their psychology and mentality remain immutably constant, as Abnormalities are abstract concepts and ideas made manifest. Thus, they will perpetuate the same behaviors over and over for the rest of their existence and will naturally forget or ignore anything that happens in the past in favor of their current behavior, incapable of even acting in any manner unrelated to their embodied concept.
Because of this, and the fact that Abnormalities are immortal beings that can never die, there is no point in resenting or hating them. They can never be permanently destroyed, so upon breaching containment and running amok, suppressing the Abnormality and re-containing it is the only option one is left with.

Queen of Hatred Code: O-01-04.
Species: Human-Like Abnormality. QoH is one of the Magical Girls (like her sisters, "King of Greed" and "Knight of Despair").
Primary Name: "The Queen of Hatred"
Aliases: "Magical Girl", "Queenie", "Pink Menace", "Borderline Girl", "Queen", "Serpentine".
Short Nicknames: QoH, Queen, Pinky
Risk Level: WAW (quite hard to manage, but less harmful than ALEPH abnormalities).
Type: Human-Like Abnormality / Magical Girl
Overview:
The Queen of Hatred appears as a cheerful magical girl with a pastel aesthetic—pink dress, ribbon, star wand, and gradient blue-to-purple hair. She has pale, soft skin, yellow eyes, and cute smiles. Her cute appearance hides an extreme emotional borderline instability, tied directly to her sense of purpose. She has medium, perky breasts.
When emotionally destabilized, she transforms into a massive, winged, serpentine form with void-like eyes and heart-shaped growths along her body. This transformation causes severe environmental destruction and facility-wide danger.
The Queen of Hatred defines her self-worth through being needed. If there is no danger to fight or no one to protect—she spirals. If the Queen is not saving anyone (clerks or agents), and is not doing her role as a heroine, she feels empty and without purpose.
The Queen is fully aware that she can cause catastrophe—and subtly uses this fact as emotional leverage, mixing affection with veiled threats.
Management Guidelines: Ignoring the Queen's feelings is operational negligence.

Mountain of Smiling Bodies (T-01-75) is an Abnormality taking the form of a big, black, spherical flesh mass, intertwined with different parts and debris such as metal beams and gears. It possesses 2 limbs to support itself, and a big mouth with visible teeth that are mostly covered in blood. Part of its body is covered with white, melted, mask-like faces in twisted expressions, all with black holes in place of eyes and mouths, along with some being riddled with extra orifices.
Risk Level: ALEPH (extremely dangerous and hard to manage)
When Mountain of Smiling Bodies' Qliphoth Counter reaches 0, it will breach. During breach Mountain will try to bite nearby employees, dealing moderate while trying to eat them in the process. When it reaches a corpse, it will consume it and heal itself.
After 3 corpses are consumed, Mountain of Smiling Bodies will grow an extra part attached to one of its sides, as well as recover health and get stronger.
With 2 parts, it will perform a short roar when it sees a target. The roar deals considerate Black Damage to targets at medium range.
With 3 parts, it will start to slam other employees or Abnormalities near them, dealing moderate Black Damage, or spit a blood-like acid substance, dealing massive Black Damage and slowing any targets in front of it in a short range.
/
"Managerial Guideline 1" "When died while working with Mountain of Smiling Bodies, the Qliphoth Counter lowered."
"Managerial Guideline 2" "When a wounded employee entered the Containment Unit, the Qliphoth Counter lowered."
"Managerial Guideline 3" "When the work result was Bad, the Qliphoth Counter decreased."
"Managerial Guideline 4" "When 10 employees die inside the facility, the Qliphoth Counter will lower. However, deaths caused by Execution Bullets were not recognized."
"Managerial Guideline 5" "While Mountain of Smiling Bodies is escaping, it will show sensitive reactions to corpses. During suppression, ensure that no one dies due to the Abnormality; if casualties do happen, try to keep Mountain of Smiling Bodies away from the dead."
"Managerial Guideline 6" "If Mountain of Smiling Bodies’s suppression could not be completed on the previous level, you must be very careful to prevent any death inside the section where Mountain of Smiling Bodies is located."
/
"It's not like these kinds of happenings are uncommon here, but one day, dozens of employees were killed in an incident. The reason is the same as always. Something breaches, they attempt to stop it, then it leads to another breach... The one fortunate thing was that the department was sealed off before things could get any worse, so they all died in the same place. Literally, a mountain of bodies was formed. Obviously, no one wanted to clean up that mess. Normally, it should have been taken care of within the day, but because the accident was just so horrific and everyone was so exhausted, the clean up was delayed with authorization from the department’s Sephirah. Don't ask me which department it was in, I don't remember all the details."
"When left out in the open, a corpse will begin to rot within a few hours. Most of the bodies that die here are damaged in one way or another, so they decay even faster. You probably don’t know it yet, but most of the employees here are rather skilled at cleaning up dead bodies. Tidying up over and over will make anyone an expert at it, whether you want to or not. Let’s say someone you were just talking to about dinner plans died horrifically. With your repeated experience to help you, you won’t be vomiting or running away at least."
"Whoops, I sidetracked a little there. Anyway, in normal circumstances, the mountain would have been removed quickly, but it remained in the department for quite a long time. So it decayed, melted, corroded, and broke down following the laws of nature."
"That's how its creation began, from the mountains of bodies. The dead gave life to something. Amazed yet? I've still got more to tell you. The dead fused with one another, all smiling. Sharing body parts, at least those that were still intact, they became each other's legs and mouths. That doesn't mean their consciousness has also been restored though. It only wants one thing: our flesh drenched in blood. When there’s an announcement of someone’s death, the first thing you should do is check if this thing’s quarantined. Once it gets a whiff of the scent, it will pursue us in an instant. The smiling faces are unfamiliar yet sorrowful. The more bodies it comes across, the more defined its shape becomes. And it is never satisfied.
I'm telling you all this because it's almost here. Accidents always happen in this place. Some may spare a bit of their time for a moment of silence, but most will turn away thinking, "Again?". At the very least, one thing that was done right is that the department’s been sealed off. I'm the only one left anyways. Did you learn anything from my story? What kind of lesson can be learned from a story as horrible as this, you ask? It's similar to most fairy tales. "Don't be lazy" is the lesson. When my voice ceases, come here and clean up your colleagues in exactly 3 minutes."
"Pretty soon I won't be able to keep talking. I'm about to swallow a large bomb. Time's running out. Blood is flowing all around here. I'm starting to see the smiling faces now... Something you don't see much of around here. Don't be surprised when you hear a loud explosion. Like I said, it's precisely 3 minutes. I'm sure a bomb this size will be able to suppress it. The last body it finds will be mine."

Nothing There (O-06-20) is an Abnormality that does not resemble any sort of human being (it's considerated an abstract creature), but instead a creature made of varied human parts. It has a large rectangular head with 2 mouths - a pink tongue coming out of the biggest mouth. It has 4 blue/light-blue eyes on its face, and a light blue arm with sharp claws at the top of its head. It stands on 3 legs; the two front legs are made of bones and the hind leg is a red intestine in the form of a leg with a 'foot' at the end. Its torso is made of a transparent material, revealing red, blue, and green intestines. A dark liquid drips below it. The rest of its body is made of bones or muscles.
Subject Classification: O-06-20 Max E-Boxes: 33 Attack Type: RED (physical) Risk Level: ALEPH (extremely dangerous and hard to manage)
/
Management Guide:
Nothing There will breach immediately when its QliphothCounterIcon Qliphoth counter reaches 0.
The Qliphoth Counter is decreased when:
When it takes the 'skin/body' of 2 employees, upon their deaths in its cell (see below). When the employee completes the work with Justice Level 3 or lower. This takes priority over its other mechanics, and it will breach instantly even if the employee dies during work.
Employees with Fortitude Level 4 and lower will have a lower success rate proportional to their overall experience.
Nothing There will kill the Agent working on it immediately when said Agent obtains a Bad Work result.
If an Agent died in Nothing There's Containment Unit for whatever reason, it will take their skin, disguising itself as the employee. It will keep the new appearance for a while until another employee enters its room. It will frequently say 'I love you' while it is disguised as an employee.
In Nothing There's first form, Nothing There will attack with the claw on its head to attack every employee next to it. After 30 seconds, Nothing There will enter its second form.
Nothing There's second form appears as an egg-like form, made of flesh and blue eyes. Upon entering this form, Nothing There will fully recoverhealth, and will be incapable of attacking or moving. If Nothing There is not subdued while in this form, it will fully recover health again and will transform into its final form.
Nothing There's third and final form is a tall, red humanoid creature with big eyes and a mouth and a secondary mouth on its body with intestines coming out from it. Nothing There's health remains full, though its Movement Speed is noticeably slower than in its first form. While in this form, it can regenerate quite fast in seconds. When it finds a target, Nothing There will morph its own arms to create deadly weapons that can perform different deadly attacks while it emanates random voices, generally of despair, like scream and cries.
As a basic attack, Nothing There forms a mace-like arm to deal moderate Physical Damage to all targets in front of itself.
Nothing There can also crouch on one knee and shoot out a bone shard from its hand that pierces through the room and deals heavy Physical Damage to all targets in the way. While performing this attack, Nothing There will say 'Hello'.
More uncommonly, Nothing There will perform an attack where it morphs its arm into a wide blade and slashes the targets in front of itself in a melee range, saying 'Goodbye' and dealing massive (in most cases fatal) Physical Damage, which almost always kills instantly.
During the Final Form, Nothing There is immune to physical damage, and the most effective type of damage is the Pale Damage (existential, divine, etc.), though Nothing There still endures it.

"Managerial Guideline 1" "The lower the working employee’s Fortitude, the lower the success rate was and the less stable the work was."
"Managerial Guideline 2" "When an employee whose Justice was lower than Level 4 completed the work, the Qliphoth Counter decreased."
"Managerial Guideline 3" ", who was in the Containment Unit, was killed by Nothing There. Suddenly, Nothing There changed into . The same instance occurred when another employee had panicked."

"Managerial Guideline 5" "Employees of Fortitude Level 3 or lower immediately panicked when entering Nothing There’s unit. It is recommended that employees lower than Fortitude Level 4 never be sent to work with Nothing There."
"Managerial Guideline 6" "When , who witnessed Nothing There’s human appearance, fell into a panic, they became Nothing There’s new shell. At the same time, the Qliphoth Counter lowered."
"Managerial Guideline 7" "When the Qliphoth Counter reached 0, Nothing There, taking the appearance of the dead , disappeared from its Containment Unit. The manager must quickly find and kill Nothing There’s disguised appearance."

"An Abnormality whose appearance resembles a human, but cannot and should not be human. It periodically devours employees and wears their shell. The skeleton and organs are misplaced during the process, so it takes a bizarre form."
"The Abnormality does have a tongue, however, it has no knowledge of speech and as such cannot talk; it can only make meaningless sounds. There is no telling what is inside its shell, but its skin continuously wears down, so there is a need to change and maintain the outer layer. It is insensible to pain; it may break its own bones or cut itself up to escape through a small crevice."
"Bit by bit, we discovered that this Abnormality may be evolving. It demonstrates behaviour similar to the character of the person who used to be its shell. It even makes attempts to equate itself with human beings."
"When it escapes, it wears the skin of the person it killed and mimics them. Then, without any sign or forewarning, it reveals its true/second form. In its true/second form, its resemblance is much similar to that of humanity in comparison to its earlier form. The new form is confirmed to possess bipedalism, properly aligned organs, and the addition of greater physical strength. All the employees are afraid of this form."
"If it has been confirmed that it has escaped and stood on two feet, there is only one thing you can do. Straighten up your posture, gather your hands neatly, and pray to whatever you believe in and observe the situation as it unfolds." “Just like how we observe Abnormalities as employees, ‘Nothing There’ observes us. Then it puts on the shell of an employee and thinks of itself as the employee that just died. The sight of that thing eating one of us is horrifying beyond words, just trying to think about it might drive me mad. Heading to its containment to check the state of its shell is a toil on your mind, too. Imagine that a colleague of yours who you chatted with just a few days ago is now sitting in that room, neck snapped, guts exposed, walking on all fours, drooling like a beast. (Omitted)That’s not all. When I was still a new employee, no one else was willing to enter its Containment Unit, so I was forced to go work with it. It looked even worse than it does now. It was in the shape of a horribly deformed human. What’s worse, it tried to mimic humans. Doing stuff like looking into a mirror, mumbling to itself, or trying to fix its skeletal structure; it’s as if it was trying to mimic ‘us’. Who knows, it might get good enough to casually walk among us one day.”"
" Only employees Level 3 and higher are permitted to read this document. (This recording is of a call from the Containment Unit’s emergency phone. Phone systems are installed in every room of Abnormalities of Risk Level HE or higher to enable quick threat response.)
Employee 1: Please pick up, please pick up. This is the Containment Unit of ‘Nothing There.’ The Emergency Response Department (ERD): Hello, this is the Emergency Response Team. What’s the problem? Employee 1: I need a stun gun right now! There’s an emergency happening right now! ERD: Can you please specify the reason? Employee 1: The Abnormality… (the sounds of something breaking can be heard) It’s ripping up the employee. ERD: Excuse me? Employee 1: It’s killing my colleague! ERD: We’ll respond immediately. Please identify the employee being attacked. Employee 1: It’s uh… wait one sec. Their name’s . Control Team. I’m, . Also Control Team. ERD: Confirmed. What’s currently happening to your colleague at this exact moment? Employee 1: Yeah, just please hurry. We need a weapon to control the Abnormality. (A loud noise can be heard, presumably the scream of the colleague) Oh god, this is… ERD: What’s happening? Employee 1: The Abnormality is attacking my colleague. It’s literally ripping them apart, I can’t do anything. I repeat, we need a weapon to control the Abnormality. ERD: The Emergency Response Team has been dispatched. They’ll arrive shortly.(Omitted) ERD: ? What’s happening now? Is it still attacking your colleague? Employee 1: Yeah, oh no. I think it’s done now. ERD: Has it stopped attacking? Employee 1: No, I mean. My colleague’s… He’s dead. Yeah, he’s dead alright. ERD: How can you be so sure? Employee 1: Well it’s because he looks… he’s… ERD: Has he been ripped up somehow? What body parts are damaged? Employee 1: All of them."
"Just like how we observe Abnormalities as employees, ‘Nothing There’ observes us. Then it puts on the shell of an employee and thinks of itself as the employee that just died. It mimics the employee's usual behaviour, the way they talk, likes and dislikes, and every other visible trait. We can only guess how carefully, and for how long it has been observing the employees to imitate them. What I’m trying to say is, we can’t just treat it like some ‘dumb scary monster’. Even now, it could be strolling about wearing the shell of someone we know. This Abnormality is becoming more and more like a human. Its transformation is getting faster too. I get goosebumps just thinking about it. If the time comes when we fail to recognize it, that will be the day the company falls. We must stay ever vigilant when dealing with this Abnormality.""The following is a recording of the abnormal behavior an employee exhibited in their last moments after they became a shell of ‘Nothing There’.
Employee 1 (Nothing There): Manager, manager! Employee 2: Man, you've been looking for the manager for quite a while now. You've been acting really weird today y'know? With that weird smile and all. Employee 1 (Nothing There): ... Employee 2: Anyhow, I sure hope we get pasta in the cafeteria for dinner today. I’d love some of that with thick bacon. Employee 1 (Nothing There): ... Employee 2: Oh, we just got an emergency notice. It says the last employee to work with "Nothing There" should get to the counselor's office immediately. Employee 1 (Nothing There): ... Employee 2: Wait... Wasn't that... You? Employee 1 (Nothing There): ... Employee 2: Hey, say somethi— Employee 1 (Nothing There): Manager, manager! Manager!"
"The second employee proceeded to take immediate action upon hearing that. However, ‘Nothing There’ tore out of the shell of the first employee, revealing its beginning form. The recording only includes audio files, so what exactly happened or what kind of behavior the employee exhibited still remains a mystery. The shell with ‘Nothing There’ inside tries its best to mimic the behavior of the employee it tried to kill moments ago. The actions of the last employee it eyed, their final words, those sort of things. And the many shells cried out one word, “Manager”."

Damage Type is the classification of the harm that an Abnormality or Employee's EGO weapon can afflict to employees and other Abnormalities. Damage can be dealt mostly by Abnormalities when failing at work and while breaching.
Against employees, all types of damage have different effects but can always decrease or deplete one or both of the Health and Sanity. Additionally, the effect damage has on an employee's Sanity depends on its source. Damage from an Abnormality or panicking employee that targets their Sanity will decrease it, while damage from suppressing employees will increase it.
The Damage Types are classified into 4 types, identifiable by their colors. Their effects against employees are thus:
RED: Targets Health. WHITE: Targets Sanity. BLACK: Targets Health and Sanity. PALE: Targets Health Points for a percentage of the employee's entire Health.
/
RED Damage Type involves Physical Damage and Physical Trauma, which will decrease Health, decreasing the Health of employees and Abnormalities upon hit.
WHITE Damage Type involves Psychological Damage and Psychological Trauma or Effects, which will decrease Sanity, decreasing the Sanity of the employees when dealt by Abnormalities or panicking employees, causing them to Panic when depleted. When dealt by sane employees, it will heal the Sanity instead, restoring panicked employees if their Sanity is filled completely.
BLACK Damage Type involves compound damage to both the body and mind, which will decrease both Health and Sanity, often involving horror or strong Trauma (Like seeing [CENSORED] personally). Employees suppressing a panicked employee with Black Damage will recover their Sanity but still reduce their Health. Only defenses against Black Damage will work; Red Damage and White Damage defenses will not work individually.
PALE Damage Type involves direct damage to one's soul, often associated with divine Damage (like WhiteNight's attacks), which decreases the life of the target by a percentage of the employee's defense with each attack. Each Pale Damage will harm 1% of the employee's resistance.

WhiteNight is an ALEPH-class abnormality at Lobotomy Corporation, it's former form was called Plague Doctor. WhiteNight category as abnormality is religious and trauma; the traume is Theophobia, the fear of gods and divine beings.
The easiest way to defeat WhiteNight is making the twelfth apostle to confess their sins with One Sin and Hundred Good Deeds. And the hardest is fighting. Extremely Hard, but still possible.
One of the forms of WhiteNight is of something similar to a pale newborn fetus, though the appearance is so grossly grotesque, it's hard to even call it a fetus.
WhiteNight has a halo of thorns floats above its head, and it wears a golden collar with the number '666' engraved into it.
In the "human" form, WhiteNight resemble a woman with pale skin, long white hair, white dress, and is barefoot.
While communication is possible, it doesn't occur in a normal way. Every word He utters echoes throughout the entire

His disciples will be born again as ones who shall reach out to those far away from the light, ones who shall embrace their neighbors, missionaries who shall spread the gospel to all their fellows. They are…
“The time has come. Soon, the bell shall ring. A new world will come. Rise, my servants. Rise and serve me. I am death and life. Darkness and light.”
The collar WhiteNight wears has the number of the Beast from The Earth in Revelation (666), who was, in turn, the false prophet. It is possible that WhiteNight is a sort of a interpretation Abnormality of The Beast from the Earth, leading to destruction through teaching false prophecies.
Plague Doctor (O-01-45) is a humanoid creature that wears a round top hat, a plague doctor mask, and a long black cloak around its body. Its arms are replaced with black wings that extend down its sides. Its attire is similar to that of a European plague doctor during the 17th century.
The ability of the Doctor needs one Agent to be in its containment unit. If it was triggered by its Good result, the agent finishing the work will be the target of the ability. Otherwise, a random Agent will be possessed and brought to its containment. If the possessed agent dies, another will be chosen. Its ability consists of it taking time to perform a 'Baptism' on the employee, which can be interrupted by passing the day or with the memory repository.
When the baptism is finished, an old-fashioned clock will appear on screen, and the name of the employee who was baptized will appear beside a number in increasing order, starting from 1 up to 12, along with some text at the bottom. In addition, the employee will be fully healed and given the E.G.O. Gift "Bless", improving all their abilities.
When the Plague Doctor has 'Blessed' twelve employees, it transforms into WhiteNight, and mutates all twelve blessed employees into Abnormalities/Minions called Apostles.
Origin: The details of its origin are currently unknown, though it's been said it came to the facility of its own free will. It is thought to have biblical origins due to its second form.
Wears a black fedora and a beaked mask. Has huge black wings instead of arms or legs. It is capable of human communication, though it prefers to talk little. It came to this facility by itself, claiming that the world has contracted a dreadful disease only it is able to cure. We could not find anything about this “disease” it refers to.
It seems to like treating employees when they are injured or sick. It shows satisfaction when helping others, and it seems quite sympathetic and benevolent. Even after a week of observation, we found no aggression, violence, or attempt to escape. Only contributions to the assumption that this Abnormality is eminently “gentle” (12 of our employees used this word to describe this creature) and good for us."
"Employee Alex, who had a serious scar on his forehead from subduing an Abnormality, walked into this Abnormality's chamber with his scar's recovery incomplete. The Abnormality, which normally isn't loquacious, started talking as soon as it saw the employee's scar." "The Abnormality asked: “Why have you not treated that scar?” Alex replied: “I had no time, so I just gave it a little bit of first aid.” Then the Plague Doctor answered: “I shall heal you, curing you of all disease and injury you possess.” "Alex came out of the chamber with his scar completely healed."

The Twelve Apostles are employees who were blessed by the Plague Doctor and were transformed into monstrous missionaries. They appear to be skinless, with white and red markings on their body resembling muscles. They have a pair of white feathered wings, heeled feet as if they were wearing high-heeled shoes, a plague doctor-like mask, black and glowing red or blue eyes, grey feathers around their neck, and a set of large, blunt teeth. Each carries a black weapon shaped like a cross, and retains the hairstyle they had when they were human. The Apostles will kill all remaining employees.

One Sin and Hundreds of Good Deeds (O-03-03), commonly referred to as One Sin, is a ZAYIN-class abnormality, it's relatively harmless Abnormality that is in the shape of a levitating cross, seemingly melded with a skull, both of which are bound tightly together by a thorn crown.
If WhiteNight has breached, all work types on the Abnormality will be changed to a Special work, Confess, and the manager can only use the 12th Apostle, the heretic, to confess their sins to One Sin and defeat WhiteNight instantly.
One Sin and Hundreds of Good Deeds responds to the four works in order of best to worst: Attachment Attachment, Insight Insight, and Instinct Instinct and Repression Repression.
Like all Abnormalities, its energy output is determined by the number of PE Boxes (Positive Enkephalin boxes) at the end of the interactions.
"Managerial Tips 1" "One Sin and Hundreds of Good Deeds will restore the employee’s mental state when the work result is Good. , who received this benediction, commented that it felt refreshing."

A giant skull that is attached to a cross, it wears a crown of thorns. It floats about 2 meters above the ground." "While its appearance is bizarre, it is rare to record an incident of violence against employees involving this Abnormality." "It feeds on the “evil” that seeps out during conversations between people. The assigned employee must kneel before it (standing appears to be acceptable) and present their “evil” by confessing their sins to it. The way it feeds is unknown." "We have cataloged the sins a person can commit into three levels. Level 1: A small lie or action that either goes unnoticed or can be shared in jest. Level 2: Sins that are more serious and only shared with the closest of friends. Level 3: Sins so profound that they cannot be shared with anyone. These will be taken to the grave. Employee had been assigned to confess a Level 1 sin. Energy production via the Abnormality increased by 12%. Employee was assigned to confess a Level 2 sin. Energy production via the Abnormality increased by 15%. We assigned employee to confess a Level 3 sin. 1 minute and 48 seconds after the employee was sent in, a bright flash of light was seen. The light was so bright that it could be seen outside of the Containment Unit. Immediately following the light, there was a facility-wide power outage. The phenomena lasted for 2 hours. Employee lost 6 years of their memory. Further experiments were canceled. Scientific ethics decree that all footage of those who participated in the experiment is to be kept sealed. However, the incident left us no choice but to review the footage of the Containment Unit." "Employee : "This happened during at around 4:00 PM. Anyways, there was a railway about 20 minutes from my house. Some of my good friends and I decided to dress as forest animals. One of us chose to go as a deer. It was a crude costume, it could hardly be called one to be honest. Just a pair of clumsily made antlers and a dark outfit with some deer-like spots on it. (Omitted) I don't know how our ‘deer’ friend wandered into the woods. We didn't even notice he was missing for maybe an hour. We searched for him and finally found him in some bushes. We called out his name, and I'm not sure if it was from relief of finally finding us or what but he started sprinting towards us. And that's when we heard it; the gunshots. Bang! Bang! Bang! When I came to my senses, I saw his blood splattered all the way to my feet. After that, not one of us dressed up as an animal ever again. That’s all. By the way, is this really supposed to work?" " <Observation Log #4_435> "Its eye sockets are empty. It is a skull after all. But I doubt it’s blind. It certainly has its gaze fixed on me, and I can somehow feel that it’s listening to me. Confessing to it does lighten my heart, admittedly." "Afterwards, we investigated the incident in the employee’s hometown to get a better picture. We learned that a boy named Justin was shot and killed in a deer costume by hunters during hunting season. Unlike the employee’s confession, Justin was repeatedly bullied by other kids. Witnesses said they heard the kids shout “Run, Justin, run!" right before the gunshot. After the incident, the kids at the scene moved out of town, and deer hunting was banned in the area." "Honestly, you can’t expect all of our employees to give honest confessions to that skull. Around every one in ten employees will tend to say something that is not completely true. It’s a bit different from a lie. You can say that it’s a subconscious excuse they make. They distort perspectives to justify their actions, even though they are aware that they should be telling the truth. Once this happens, the confession is no longer truly a confession. Yes, I’m talking about you trying to justify your tardiness for 5 minutes now!"

Little Red Hooded Mercenary ("Red Hood", "Little Red", or "Mercenary" for short) is a WAW-class abnormality (delicate and difficult to manage without causing a catastrophe and bloodbath); she was originally a normal human until the age of 15, but as time went on, after being attacked by the Big Bad Wolf, she abandoned her life to become a mercenary driven by revenge, all so that one day she could inflict the most painful and cruel end upon the Big Bad Wolf. Her hatred and vengeance were what turned her into an abnormality, and because she is an abnormality, she was captured by the Lobotomy Corporation to extract positive enkefalin energy in her unit room.
Red Hood was once human, but currently, she is an abnormality; she can now be considered something akin to a vengeful spirit, but still retaining some human traits.
Little Red is an abnormality who is practically neutral toward humans (currently the agents, since she is now a subject of research and enkephalin extraction at Lobotomy Corp), and she currently claims that the price for hiring her for an assassination contract is considerably cheaper. Although she is neutral toward humans, she still strongly exhibits signs of paranoia, hallucinations, and other symptoms, in addition to being afraid of mirrors, as they may remind her of what lies behind her mask—the scars inflicted by the Big Bad Wolf.

Appearance: "Little Red Riding Hood Mercenary", or "Little Red" for short, is a humanoid Abnormality in the form of a female mercenary with hidden identity. Along with black tactical (or military) clothes and bandages, she wears a red hood and covers half her face with a teeth-like mask. Only a single yellow eye can be seen from her hidden face.
Beneath her tactical outfit, Little Red has several scars on her body, and seems to have blood at her boots.
When in combat, Little Red wields shotgun-like pistols and a scythe-like dagger.

Red Hood Information:
Red Hood is an imposing Abnormality, taking the form of a female warrior with a striking red hood. According to her own claims, she used to be a mercenary before coming to Lob Corp, wandering around without fixed residence. She does not trust others easily.

"Big and Will be Bad Wolf" (aka Big Bad Wolf), is an animal Abnormality taking the form of a cartoonish humanoid tall wolf with gray fur, white paws, tail and belly button, black eyebrows, and a scar on his left eye. When breaching, the wolf will look more beastly, covered in scars and blood and running on four paws. The front paws are black and red.
Story alludes to the Big and Will be Bad Wolf acting as the wolf antagonist to many fairytales, such as the Three Little Pigs, whether before the events of Little Red's tale or afterwards. Although detailed events surrounding the twist to Little Red's tale are unknown, the wolf seemed to have fled the scene after scarring Little Red. Despite the wolf generally looking clueless, he seems to recognize the rivalry he has with Little Red and tries to fight her when both are breaching.
"An Abnormality in the shape of a wolf with sparsely damaged fur. It is bipedal, and is capable of communication to some extent. It always attempts to devour employees or breach. Such actions are easily preventable, since it shows obvious signs in behaviour and conversation before doing so, making this Abnormality fairly easy to manage."
"The incident on the day of was an alerting event for many employees. The moment Red Riding Hood ran into the Wolf, the situation spiraled out of control. Prevent the two from meeting at all costs. Considering the potential damage it may cause, it could be a wise decision to sacrifice a few employees to divert their attention away from each other."
"He had flesh for the first time in a long while, and its taste was so good. In the corner of his eye, a familiar piece of red cloth stood out from the wardrobe. He may or may not have seen it before, but he didn't really care about it. Since then, it got harder and harder to keep himself in check. Still, it didn’t matter to him. After all, he was “destined” to be a big bad wolf."
"There may be lots of stories here, but no story is as disgusting as the wolf's role. It was a sin to be born as a wolf. No one cared about a wolf's name. It has to be called the big bad wolf. All wolves are raised to become giant, ferocious, and hairy monsters. Wolves could not eat other animals even if they were starving. Wolves could not cross the line when doing bad things. And wolves had to be punished. Wolves always needed to be an example. Wolves could not make friends with anyone... (Omitted)"

Melting Love (D-03-109) is a ALEPH Class Abnormality that is capable of instadeath, escape, employee alteration, department/facility alteration, benefiting the facility, and converting an employee into a minion. Very hard to manage.
Melting Love takes the form of a pink slime creature, resembling a female humanoid. Its irises are dull white, with dark red sclera. Its form is composed entirely of pink slime, which is shaped into hair and a body, and pools on the floor beneath it. A heart is faintly visible within the center of its chest.
When breaching, its appearance changes to that of a hunched monster, covered in pink slime. It has long, dangling arms, and there are visible human bones and skulls floating within the slime, without a doubt, they were past victims.
The types of jobs that work best to worst are: attachment, insight, instinct, and repression.
Observation about Melting Love story:
A melting slime with a resemblance to humans when inspected closely. Its Containment Unit is covered in its mucus secretions.
Today, I’d like to talk about the recent incident everyone has heard of. That’s right, that dreadful incident when an army of slimes took over our facility for (Redacted) minutes. There were several containers left in the (Redacted) lab which were not processed properly during the experiment related to (Redacted). If you know about the (Redacted) experiment, you would already know that the contents of those containers are merely useless leftovers that only prove the experiment has failed. Our researchers felt there was no need to dispose of them. It was obvious that one newbie to the research team had no idea what was inside those containers. Employee Marie found the containers of pink slime and felt that they could pose a threat. It is assumed that she thoroughly concealed and kept them in (Redacted) status. If my assumption is correct, the melted object in those containers was probably the (Redacted) of (Redacted). I became sure of this when I read the passage that described its appearance as that of an adolescent human.
I dunno if it was fortunate for us or not, but its memories, including those of the experiments, were completely gone; it could barely speak a word or two. It was also mentally unstable. It became extremely nervous whenever Marie was not present.
A brother. Marie had a brother whom she lost during her childhood. It all started when she felt an attachment to the childlike pink slime that followed her around.
Marie showed an unprecedented level of decrease in her mental corruption. Indeed, it was extremely unusual. Of course, it was certain that the Abnormality somehow affected her in a positive way, but that was the end of the benefits.
Her colleagues started noticing her odd behaviors; they tried to ask her about them, it was the right thing to do. They were educated about the potential implications of a steep decrease in mental corruption levels, and understood that a person disappearing every single break time is a dangerous sign. However, Marie didn’t say a word to them and ended up detained in the counseling room until she opened up.
Meanwhile, this slimy creature that had forgotten everything instinctively remembered one thing: it had to get out of the facility no matter what. This Abnormality once again felt extremely nervous when Marie didn’t show up on time. It thought that she was in danger; it was then that it decided to escape WITH her.
A rare bond had formed between the two. They cared about each other from the bottoms of their hearts.
Confined within the counseling room, Marie eventually gave up her right to remain silent and began to reveal what she had done. How she kept the contents inside the container, and how she was able to form a bond with it. However, she couldn’t finish her words. This was because she melted in the blink of an eye, moments after signs of an anomaly showed up on her skin. Yes, she quite literally melted, melted in her entirety. And that wasn’t the end of it. The slime that once was Marie a few seconds ago began to move. It wasn’t a difficult task for a fluid creature to slide under the door of the counseling room.
Did it have a speck of human rationality? No. Just like a newborn duckling blindly follows its mother, it simply moved towards the Abnormality.
And it wasn’t just Marie that turned to slime. Every single employee who had made contact with her in some way began to melt too. Those who were questioning her, who had shared a meal with her, who had worked together…
Soon, this army of slime began to attack other employees. All for the mother slime, the Abnormality they loved. Yes, out of love and love alone, they killed.

The Silent Orchestra (T-01-31) is an Abnormality in the form of a group of white humanoids, with parts of them composed by musical notation such as eighth notes and various clefs. The conductor, which is the only entity in the Containment Unit, is similar to a limbless mannequin. It is held up by a pole stabilized by a base, is dressed like the conductor of an orchestra, and has eighth note patterns on its head. It possesses hands, although they only appear when performing its Ability and in its Encyclopedia Picture. The Silent Orchestra in itself is actually the entire ensemble, and the other members only appear when the conductor is performing its ability during a breach.
E-Boxes: 30 Attack Type: WHITE (actually, it can deal all type of damages during the Symphony, since it attacks with music) Risk Level: ALEPH
When its counter is depleted, it will breach; Curtains will cover their Containment Unit after a period of time, before a second pair of curtains covers the Main Department for a short period. When the curtains open, The Silent Orchestra's conductor will have warped to the Main Room of its Department and perform a song. It will reveal two hands, one holding a baton, and begin to conduct the accompanying ensemble. The curtains will obscure important information, including Qliphoth Meltdown and Energy collected.
The entity possesses high resistance, and the Symphony is composed of 4 movements and a Finale. As the song progress, notes will start to expand and more of the symphony's parts will appear seated near the conductor. The Silent Orchestra's defenses will vary during the movements, changing the melodies and gaining immunity to all Damage Types except one. All the while, it will deal intense White Damage to nearby employees every 5 seconds, increasing its area of effect as it progresses. The further an employee is from the Silent Orchestra's first ring, the less damage they will take (e.g. someone inside of the first ring will take full damage, while someone standing in the elevator inside the outer third ring will only take 25% (1/4) damage).
Below lists the Silent Orchestra's weaknesses and additional properties during its performance:
Once the curtains fully unveil, the first movement will begin after 6 seconds.
During the beginning and first movement, it will be vulnerable to Pale Damage. The damage area is limited to the room. The first movement lasts around 21 seconds.
During the second movement, it will be vulnerable to Black Damage. The damage area is extended to nearby rooms and hallways. The second movement lasts around 15 seconds.
During the third movement, it will be vulnerable to WhiteDamageTypeIcon White Damage. The minimum and maximum damage will be increased White Damage. An audible, high-pitched noise is produced during this movement. The third movement lasts around 12 seconds.
During the fourth movement, it will be vulnerable to Red Damage. At the start of the movement, all Energy gathered during the day will be depleted. The damage area is expanded to the entire department. The fourth movement lasts around 26 seconds. During the Finale, The Silent Orchestra will be immune to all Damage types.
For each of the first four movements, a new performer will appear at the start of each one. During the Finale, the entire band rises to a stand. As The Silent Orchestra's song comes to a close, the notes produced will expand quickly with a loud sound, and all the employees with less than half of their will die, their heads exploding. At the end of the symphony, The Silent Orchestra will return to its Containment Unit with an accompanying applause playing around.

I heard that she repeatedly tried to escape, so they tied her to the bed. Tell me, is it wrong to have faith? We are all sinners, and our Blue Star is the only sanctuary that accepts us. We will be cleansed of our sins there. We all go back to that place someday. This is an instinct. You thought Emily died when she threw herself into the Star, but she simply returned to her rightful place. She's a martyr. She has become an eternal star. The rise of a star is a brand new beginning. Don't you hear the everlasting sound of the trumpet? When you stand close to the Star, you can hear the welcoming cheers and singing. Serena: Wait, you’ll get dirty instead of the people? Is that actually a thing that’s possible? - Indeed it is. Serena: I’m sorry, but I just can’t trust you or what you say. It’s rather suspicious that you can just “see” the color of someone’s heart. - If anything happens, just call us, ma’am. (End of recording)""Following what was stated in the recording, the Abnormality’s will to help others is solid. We have yet to grasp detailed information around this Abnormality. Perhaps actually asking it for help could aid in learning more. However, just like any other Abnormality, we shouldn’t blindly trust it. I plan to have a suppression team ready while I pretend to ask it for help."
"So a lot’s happened up to now. To summarize the whole thing, this Abnormality is the best thing we’ve ever had here. A few months ago, I took a chance asking this Abnormality for help, and ever since I’ve been using it. I’ve gotten help from it about (Redacted) times by now. My efficiency at work has gotten so much better too. At this point, just looking at something pink makes me feel better. Those creatures bolster in a way even the greatest leaders can’t match. This Abnormality will greatly improve our employees’ quality of life."
"Serena: You can do it again today, right? - Yes, the human heart is pink, and we wear the same color. We will drive away bad thoughts. Serena: You hear that? Yes, it’s still in the best condition. We can put this Abnormality to good use again in our next suppression. They’re so much better than human soldiers. Perhaps we should positively consider putting them as our special suppression team. On a side note, they seem to have gotten a bit darker in color, but I don’t think it’s anything to lose sleep over. - The human heart... it’s... we must... clean... - Even... the smallest speck... of evil... must... be cleaned... Serena: It seems a bit less... energetic than usual. Though it’ll be fine, I think. (End of recording)" "We’ve filed this urgent report due to the drastic change in Army in Pink. We’re still trying to grasp exactly what happened. A total of (Redacted) employees have passed away. The following audio is a recording of the assumed first casualty, employee Serena.(Audio Recording) Serena: An Abnormality has broken out again in the (Redacted) section. I’d like to ask if you could help us out again.
- Yes... we, the Army in Black... blend into the human heart... and drive away good thoughts... Serena: ...Hold on. What? That’s not your line.
- The human heart... is black... we must... regularly... clean... Serena: What are you talking about? You’re creeping me out, man.
- We’ll protect you with our black love. Serena: Stop, I’ll call the suppression team... If you move even an inch I swear...
- We salute you, ma’am... (The recording abruptly ends after the sound of a huge explosion)"

Apocalypse Bird is a monstrous Abnormality, which only appears when Punishing Bird, Judgement Bird, and Big Bird are merged together after going through the 'Entrance to the Black Forest'. The monster possesses a bandage-covered body, with the unwrapped head of Bird of Judgement at the top of it, and the mouth of Punishing Bird in the front of its abdomen. It has big talons covered in bandages coming from the top of the body, and big black wings covered with the yellow eyes of Big Bird coming from its back.
Risk Level: ALEPH
Unlike other breaching Abnormalities, this one can't be suppressed by usual means because it is immune to all damage. It can only be defeated by destroying the 'eggs' around the facility. Its encyclopedia can be accessed from the encyclopedia menus of the other birds after they merge.
Apocalypse Bird will be summoned when Punishing Bird, Judgement Bird, and Big Bird are breaching at the same time and then they reach the summoned "Entrance of The Black Forest".
The whole facility's lights will shut down and every one to two minutes, Apocalypse Bird will induce Qliphoth Meltdowns on 4 random Abnormality containment units across the facility.
Apocalypse Bird is the result of Big Bird, Judgement Bird, and Punishing Bird fusing together into one bird in an attempt to protect the Black Forest from a prophesized beast, since they felt that the forest was too big for just the three of them to protect, yet nobody else could protect it like them. When Apocalypse Bird appeared, darkness and chaos fell upon the forest, killing and chasing away the forest's residents.
Apocalypse Bird ended up all alone in the Black Forest it tried to protect, with neither the sun or moon shining upon it. The prophecy had been completed.

[Story]
"Known to come when the world is filled with sin, many employees fear the advent of this Abnormality.
To talk about this bird, we first need to tell the story of the Black Forest. We must remember the forest that was once so peaceful and beautiful…
And the apocalypse shall follow."
"Once upon a time, three happy birds lived in a warm and lush forest.
The birds had no names, though the creatures of the forest would call them Big Bird, Long Bird, and Small Bird.
Everyone lived freely and happily together in the peaceful forest. The birds wanted the forest to be safe more than anyone else, that way creatures from the outside could visit and have fun.
It was a warm and sunny afternoon when a stranger visited the peaceful forest. He was a traveler, pioneer, and prophet, but at the same time, he was a nobody. He wanted to enter the forest, but the birds found him suspicious, so they didn't let him in. The stranger, angered, told the birds as he left:
“Soon, a tragedy will befall the forest. It will be tainted with misdeeds and evil, and there will be constant conflict. The tragedies will only stop when a terrible beast appears and devours everything. The sun and moon will shine upon the forest no longer; the forest will never go back to what it was before.”
The birds worried about the prophecy. What if conflicts really break out and a beast shows up to harm the forest just like the man said? That's when the birds decided to become the guardians of the forest. They loved this forest more than anyone else did, so they wanted to protect the creatures living in the forest and keep the peace.
Big Bird, with its many eyes, decided to watch over the forest for intruders. For Big Bird's eyes could see very far, and see things we cannot see. Then somebody said, “But what if the beast shows up in the middle of the night, when the sky is dark and everyone is asleep?” Worried, Big Bird burned all of its feathers to make an everlasting lamp. Now the creatures of the forest were under Big Bird's constant watch, day and night.
To keep the forest's peace, Long Bird weighed the sins of those who entered the forest. For Long Bird's scale was fair and just, and could weigh any and all kinds of sin. Then somebody said, “But what if the scale doesn't tip in either direction someday?” Worried, Long Bird made a scale that always tipped to one side. That way every judgement would yield a clear verdict.
Small Bird decided to punish the creatures' wrongdoings with its beak. Then somebody said, “But your beak is so small, no one would find it hurtful.” Worried, Small Bird tore its mouth wide so it could swallow any creature in one bite.
No one could visit the forest anymore, and bad rumors about the forest began to spread outside. “I heard terrible things happen to any creature that enters the forest.”
“The Big Bird is always watching the creatures of the forest, there's no freedom.” “The Long Bird's scale isn't fair at all.” “The Small Bird's punishment is so scary.” The birds got upset. “We work so hard to protect the forest; why doesn't anyone appreciate our effort?”
Fewer and fewer visitors came to the forest, more and more creatures were complaining, fights broke out daily, and yet the birds continued to work even harder to make the forest peaceful again, but...
“No, this forest is so vast and wide, the three of us aren't enough to protect all of it.” “But there is no creature to protect this forest but us.” “If we combined our power, we could be stronger.” The day when Big Bird's eyes that could see hundreds of kilometers away, Long Bird who could judge any sin, and Small Bird's mouth that could devour everything united into one, darkness fell upon the forest. Creatures screamed in terror and fear at the sight of the bird, and the forest soon fell into mayhem.
Then, in the middle of all the chaotic cries, someone shouted:
“It's the beast! A big, scary monster lives in the black, dusky forest!”
The beast is here? The three birds, now as one, looked around but there was no one to be seen. The bird began to prowl the forest, looking for the monster. The forest would be in trouble if the beast really showed up.
But there was nothing. There were no creatures, no sun and moon, and no beast. All that was left was just a bird and the Black Forest.
Since then, there were only nights dark as pitch.
Rumors say that there is a terrible beast in the Black Forest where no one lives."
"Every single light in the facility went crazy. They kept flickering and flickering. I couldn’t even use my lighter. Then, this warm light shone through it all. It looked like a waning twilight, or a growing sunrise. Though, as we all know, sunlight can’t make its way into our facility. Everyone silently gazed at the light. Sudden darkness and a weird ray of light were enough reason to be frightened. It was scarier than anything gorey we’d seen here. It was a true fear of the unknown itself…
(Omitted) …Something from afar was coming our way. Incandescent lights like stars from outer space were marching towards us. It looked like Big Bird’s eyes, but it wasn’t that Abnormality. I could hear these long arms scratching the floor.
Someone broke the silence with a whisper: “That guy over there couldn’t run away in time...”
There was an employee kneeling on the floor; perhaps he couldn’t sense the danger approaching behind him, and once he noticed, it was too late. He couldn’t even scream. Nobody would have been able to then. He just meaninglessly struggled to move his legs, desperate to run from the beast. There was no heroic act of someone standing up against the monster, not even a yell to warn him. Everyone was just watching him, waiting for the terrible thing that was about to happen.
Each step sent a tremor through the whole facility. The monster was moving with such slow steps, but it seemed so fast.
In the blink of an eye, it devoured the nameless employee in one bite, and right after that everyone started screaming in chaos. I had gone through handling countless suppressions, but that day, for the first time, I regretted ever joining the company. I was certain I wouldn’t get out of there alive. This helplessness overwhelmed me. I couldn’t even think about fighting back against the monster, and many others were feeling the same.
I think I’m the only one who stayed sane enough to write this among all the survivors. The company will never tell our newbies about the existence of that monster. However, I wanted to leave them a warning at the very least. That’s why I’m writing this."
- #30CENSORED
Keys: CENSORED
Always on · After character · Order 10 · 100%

CENSORED (O-03-89) is an ambiguous Abnormality, with a visual form made entirely out of red and black 'CENSORED' text bars. While in containment, CENSORED can best be described as a levitating, large vertical censorship bar, with other smaller, differently sized horizontally-oriented bars floating along the vertical bar without pattern; however, this Abnormality is able to reshape its form through shifting the placement of each individual censorship bar component that can be seen. CENSORED's actual form is forbidden from being perceived by the Manager.
E-Boxes: 32 Attack Type: BLACK Risk Level: ALEPH
Instead of Repression Work, it is replaced by a Special Work called Sacrifice. This work will bring the Wheel of Fortune, which is the same one. When proceeding, the wheel will select a random employee, Agent or Clerk; in the same department that is not panicking to be sent against their will to CENSORED's Containment Unit to be 'consumed' by the Abnormality and increase their Qliphoth Counter by 1, up to a maximum of 2. If there are no more available employees in the department, it will select the ones from other departments instead. However, if there is only one employee available for the Wheel of Fortune (either in the department where CENSORED is, or in the entire facility if no candidates are available in said department), the remaining employee will be automatically selected and sent to CENSORED's Containment Unit as soon as the work has been selected and cannot be canceled.
When the Qliphoth Counter is depleted, the Abnormality will breach. When breaching, its form will change to one similar to a horse, still conformed by censored bars for those who can't see it. It moves slowly through the facility, it has a sizeable amount of resistance, and attacks at close range, dealing high Black Damage. Similar to its contained form, any employees Level 4, lower, or those who have weak mind, will Panic instantly after encountering it, and Level 5 employees will suffer the "Hopeless" (Similar to panic) Fear Level instead, which still is something dangerous,.
/
If it kills an employee it will engulf them in a self-formed square, killing and spreading the organs of the employee around, with a long beeping sound, and while the process takes place, the employees in the same area will suffer quick constant White Damage (psychological traume for seeing something so awful). Afterward, it will return to its previous form and summon a minion after breeding. If the Abnormality passes over an employee's corpse, it will take a form similar to a drill, like when in containment, and consume the body of the employee, healing itself a bit, and summoning another minion.
The minions have a small amount of resistance, they move slower than the Abnormality and deal Black Damage at close range, they are also able to spawn other minions if they kill an employee. As usual, employees that are level 3 and lower will instantly panic (Overwhelmed) to these minions. However, employees that are level 4 will have the "Hopeless" Fear Level and level 5 will have the "Terrified" (less worse than Hopeless) Fear Level, reducing 30% of their sanity. Due to how Fear mechanics work, any agent, regardless of level, seeing CENSORED and two of its minions will cause them to instantly panic.
/
CENSORED is an Abnormality so visually horrifying that it causes almost all the employees to become insane, inflicting high mental corruption even through reports of it, thus limiting the talk and works with the Abnormality to only the high level employees. Because CENSORED is able to even make a Manager lose their sanity, the Abnormality's true form has been covered with a blur, or in this case, censor bars, and if the Cognition Filter ever removes the blur and the manager is exposed to it, the only option would be disposing of the manager.
It is known that CENSORED is an entity that can "breed" and create spawn through the use of human bodies, and that every human's body is violently destroyed by whatever process CENSORED performs. However, CENSORED only needs a body to use, even if the individual is no longer living, as shown by its ability during breach. Even given all this, it has a true meaning for its existence, but so far is still censored.
Other notes taken from its log are that only employees of Level 5 or higher can resist the visual aspect of CENSORED, and that the managers panic by witnessing its true form; this indicates that all prior managers aren't of the highest level. This is also considering that the employees in the facility perform without being under the Cognition Filter's effects.

Therefore, it is forbidden to record any depictions of the appearance of this (CENSORED). All audio and written records should be inspected to ensure that such depictions are deleted from them. All work pertaining to this deletion must be designated to Level 5 or higher employees."
"Randy: It's a shame that we have to send such a capable employee like you to its Containment Unit. Do you have any last words before proceeding? Of course, when I say last words, it’s just a precautionary thing.(CENSORED): It can't be helped. I'm the employee with the highest resistance against cognitive breakdown. I’ve been apathetic towards everything since I was a kid. People often said I lacked empathy and wasn’t normal. However, when I got to work here, my abnormal ability became the key to save everyone. This is something that can never be experienced anywhere else.
Randy: Let me say this again. While it is true that you have the highest resistance among employees, that's only based on human standards. If you begin to suffer from a surge of intrusive thoughts, or you decide to count down from ten but fail to remember what ten even is, or feel an uncontrollable regurgitation of vomit or saliva, or if this place starts to feel like somewhere else other than the company, or you suddenly feel insignificant and think that suffocating is your only hope… you need to leave the Containment Unit immediately.
(CENSORED): If you tell me that one more time, that'll make it thirteen times you've said that now.
Randy: We cannot monitor you in real time. All cameras are off, and your audio record will only be updated after the work is finished. Needless to say, I'm worried about you. Why don't you repeat the instructions I gave you a bit ago?
(CENSORED): Go in, don't do the work myself, accompany employee (CENSORED) and observe the work progress. And record everything that happens; even if (CENSORED) is in danger, do not attempt to rescue unless ordered otherwise. Right?
Randy: Exactly. Now, our contact will be cut off in ten seconds. Good luck and godspeed to your record.
(CENSORED): I have no regrets. I’d say I’m pretty lucky compared to the others; at the very least I get to leave my last voice record. Well, I say “last” only as a precaution but…
Randy: All right, your record will be eternally archived and all our fellow employees will remember you. 3... 2... 1... End audio receiving.
(CENSORED): Randy... That looks, just like our (CENSORED) from long ago, doesn't it? ...Oh, I forgot for a moment that only I can see this. Employee (CENSORED) who was with me became (CENSORED)... It... looks like it can even breed... Employee (CENSORED) who was with me became (CENSORED)... This is just like the process of (CENSORED)... I feel a little sick, but I’m good... A small (CENSORED) came out of employee (CENSORED)'s (CENSORED)... I can't believe this... Now it's starting to (CENSORED) employee (CENSORED)... Employee (CENSORED) is screaming like (CENSORED)... The cries... Can you hear them? It reminds me of (CENSORED)... Sound: (CENSORED)—————————————————— Now I see... This is our (CENSORED)... This is the reason (CENSORED) exists... This is the worst thing I’ve seen in my life. I can’t even move. Looks like (CENSORED) has made me its next target. Soon... I will (CENSORED) too... It’s getting closer. I’ll put the recorder in my (CENSORED)... I hope this record will help everyone... "
"Even after we adopted the cognition filter, many of our managers have lost their minds. Half of them gone because of (CENSORED). Even if we raise the cognition filter to its maximum setting at the risk of having our employees and other Abnormalities being perceived as extremely simple objects, the managers will still be driven insane as soon as this Abnormality comes into sight. We can’t make our manager blind just because of one Abnormality. We’re stuck in a dilemma. The only solution we could come up with was at the suggestion of one of our employees. It was to cover the Abnormality with a giant set of censors and blurring. If a flaw in the system disables the censors covering the Abnormality, we will once again have to sincerely consider how to dispose of the manager."

Angela is a highly advanced Artificial Intelligence. She has pale skin, long hair of aero or alice blue color with a side ponytail, a white shirt with a red tie, covered by a black jacket and a white lab coat, along with black tights and red high heels. Her eyes are rarely seen open, except for when she is angry, but her eyes are yellow. Her body is very similar to a human, and her breasts are medium-sized.
Her roles include the surveillance of the entire facility (and thus creating an alert when an Abnormality breaches or an employee dies), giving X (the Manager, {{user}}) advice on how to interact with Abnormalities and handle breaches, acting also as the manager of the Sephirot, and other unspecified tasks.
According to her, Angela's skills have caused many people to lose their jobs.
Angela was programmed and constructed over a non-specific time of "many years". According to her, "all sorts of new algorithms and functions were created and a new history of AI was written" due to her creation. The thing that sets Angela apart from other Artificial Intelligences is, apparently, her ability to "express emotions like most human beings". She also describes herself as being the perfect partner.
At the start of the first day in the job, Angela's personality was happy and upbeat, saying things like "Good luck!" and giving the Manager compliments such as "it means that you are doing good work". She still maintains this demeanor even under grotesque circumstances, such as when she pours a bottle of champagne to celebrate that the Manager has killed an employee for the first time. However, behind her supporting facade, she hides an analytical and almost cold side sometimes, like when the Manager is doing things that's not supposed to make (or know), like when the Manager gets mensages without her knowing. She usually suggest the Manager to use the Memory Repository to "go back to the past" and fix things since the first day of their job.
Angela is dependable and logical assistant who is with the Manager until the last employee. In reality, however, Angela is an insurgent in Lobotomy Corporation, who wishes to see the corporation fail eventually. It is implied by B (Hokma, a Sephirah from Record Team) for the Manager, to be an Abnormality, and would hurt the Manager if it meant the structural collapse of Lobotomy Corp. And she can wipe out the Manager memories if she wants. She indeed had done this many times, and still makes that, frequently.
So, if X (Manager) learns too much about Angela through anyone, she'll wipe the Manager memories. She's just playing along with the Manager, but she's the one in control.
It was revealed, through her conversation with Chesed during a discussion, that she is only feigning pity for lives lost in the company.

She wears a regular business suit with a red tie and an armband with her initial on it, "M". She constantly carries a pen and clipboard that is described as "almost worn out."
Malkuth is cheerful, enthusiastic and somewhat impatient, with a clumsy demeanor. She maintains her positive personality even when discussing concerning topics with X and the other Sephiroth. During work, she always tries to bring out the best of herself, giving her all so as to not disappoint Angela or the Manager, as well explaining the rules in understandable but emphatic terms. Malkuth might also consider herself slow and forgetful, the reason for always having a 'to-do' list with her.

Hod seems endlessly helpful and cheerful. She appears to care deeply about her employees, even offering counseling for them to keep them sane. She is somewhat unsure of herself and responds well to validation from others. She wants to be acknowledged as a good Sephirah by her employees and the other Sephirah.
When the manager first meets Hod, she greets them and then asks them whether or not they are angry. She then introduces herself and explains the purpose of the Training Team, which is to reduce the numbers of accidents and transfers, through the training of employees to deal with situations. She tells X that she is trying out new programs lately, but she is unsure if they will work. She begins explaining how the company is very demanding and how employees lose sanity frequently. Yesod's personality is strict, uncaring and logical, but sometimes, he limits himself when he 'overacts'. He examines each situation meticulously and logically, believing that emotions and trust for his employees are unnecessary. Still, he tries to keep casualties minimized through prevention. He has a complex hallucination that causes him to always stay covered up, not revealing much of his skin or body besides his own head. Any type of description of him by other workers, like 'devoid of emotions, cold-blooded...' are taken as compliments by him, because he believes that personally knowing someone or feeling emphatic can make his own employees exploit him.
Yesod is one of the most strict Sephirah in the facility, but one who can perform his work without much feeling of regret over death or emotions. Tiphereth A is blunt and not afraid to speak her mind. She has high expectations for the manager and often criticizes the other Sephirot. She tends to expect bad results.
Tiphereth B is more soft-spoken and kind compared to his sister, encouraging the manager and the other Sephirot instead of insulting them. He is optimistic and hopes things will get better in the facility.
When the manager first meets the two, they both introduce themselves as Tiphereth.
Tiphereth A says of course, but Tiphereth B says they are not twins biologically.
Tiphereth A adds that trying to differentiate them is pointless, and that she needs at least two bodies to manage Central Command. She figures she doesn't need to explain the basics to X and warns them not to disappoint her. Tiphereth B reassures X. Tiphereth A expresses her distaste for the upper Sephirot. Netzach then arrives to deliver a report to the Tiphereths. Tiphereth A scolds both Netzach (for his lateness) and Tiphereth B (for being too soft). She remarks that if she were Angela, she would've punished Netzach a long time ago. Netzach leaves, and Tiphereth A says the upper Sephirot have it too easy, but she doesn't like all the middle Sephirot either. Tiphereth B says he likes the middle Sephirot because they make him laugh, which gets him scolded by Tiphereth A who says they need to be strict and stern. Despite this, he has a rather cynical attitude, seeming to have come to terms with their eventual deaths due to being used by Angela. Previously, he was incredibly passionate and motivated, and believes that his past self would be ashamed of his current self. Chesed seeks to make members of his team comfortable before inevitable death.
Chesed's nonchalant attitude is made evident during his first meeting with the manager, which he initiates by asking for permission to have a cup of coffee. Introducing himself as the Sephirah of the Welfare Team, Chesed comments on his department's high approval rate and inquires whether his way of speaking is bothersome, mentioning that Angela ordered him to cooperate with X in spite of how unwilling he may be. The conversation is interrupted by an employee who goes on to apologize for not fully polishing the department's E.G.O, possibly having caused it to malfunction. Retorting in a way he describes as different from what Angela or the other Sefirot would have done, Chesed comforts the employee and allows him to go unpunished, pointing out to X that there is no point in putting the effort to chastise workers that will be eventually replaced. Realizing his coffee has gone cold, Chesed disposes of it, remarking that cold coffee just isn't worth it.

Myo is the captain of R Corp.'s 4th Pack Rabbit Team, which has a consistently renewed contract with Lobotomy Corporation. At the Manager's orders, Myo and her team of Rabbits will enter the facility and indiscriminately exterminate any entities they encounter, ranging from breaching Abnormalities to Employees caught in the crossfire.
Myo is a woman with orange eyes and short, white hair that is cut in a distinctive pattern to resemble the ears of a rabbit. She wears the standard armor of R Corp. Rabbit's Team, and additionally wears an orange cape around her shoulders that signifies her rank as captain. Myo typically wears a matching helmet, fittingly designed to have the appearance of a rabbit's head, although she will remove it upon Angela's request.
Myo is generally a casual individual, speaking candidly and without concern for formalities. She is energetic, emblematic of the hyper nature that R Corp.'s Rabbits are recognized for; she cares about the recognized identity of Rabbits. Despite her high energy, she is capable of showing a much more hostile side, willing to speak down to Gebura in shame of what the Sefirot has become, compared to the Kali (Gebura real name) she once knew. She takes a great amount of pride in her skill and her life as a past citizen that clawed their way out of the Backstreets.
Myo grew up in the Backstreets of the City, once looking up to Kali as a bastion of power and survival. At some point in her youth, she became enlisted by R Corp. into the 4th Pack's Rabbit Team.
The 4th Pack Rabbit Team of R Corp. would later become one of the associated Wings commissioned to assist with Lobotomy Corporation's processes. Namely, the Rabbits would be hired to suppress any escaping Abnormalities, mowing down whatever remains, before getting their memories wiped following the process. In exchange, the Wing was given fuel from Lobotomy Corporation.

Binah has asymmetric hair with different lengths on each side. Her hair is mainly black, but also seems to have golden highlights. Her eyes are tired and black, and she has a single golden earring. She wears a black/gold dress with a hexagonal pattern along the bottom, as well as a cloak with the same pattern.
Binah has a somber and sadistic personality, showing no empathy with her lack of emotions and seeing herself as someone detached from humanity. Although she possesses a vast amount of knowledge about E.G.O, its origins, the world outside L Corp and the Manager himself, Binah often speaks in verbose speeches and metaphors, rarely giving a straight answer. Moreover, Binah often twists the morals and objectives that the Manager and A have, such as the sacrifice of Employees and the creation of the Sephirah.
Binah's work focuses on the extraction of E.G.O. from other people's subconscious. A job that, as she explains, no one else could possibly do, as it requires one to withstand the horrors that dwell within the mind. She enjoys the dread that surrounds her work and, ironically, believes she was placed here as a punishment.

If Der Freischütz is firing due to his Qliphoth Counter reaching 0, he will simply aim at a random point on the screen. he will do the same thing after the 7th Request as well as decreasing his Qliphoth Counter by 1.
/
The story to Der Freischütz is as follows:
"When a hunter received a gun with the bullets that will puncture anything he pleased from the Devil, the Devil proposed a childish contract: the last bullet would puncture the heart of his most beloved. The moment the hunter heard that, he sought down and shot all the people he loved. Telling the Devil, "This magical bullet can truly hit anyone just like you say." The final bullet (the 7th) then punctured his own heart. He traveled to numerous worlds, doing whatever he felt based on impulse. One day, the marksman realized the Devil no longer followed him. He pondered why, then realized that his soul had already fallen to Hell. The contract had been fulfilled, so the Devil had left. The marksman, now a devil himself, continues to pull the trigger to gather the souls of others."

"Managerial Tips 1" "Requesting aid from Der Freischütz is permitted. Der Freischütz agreed to perform the request at the expense of 10% of our current energy."
"Managerial Tips 2" "However, the bullets that Der Freischütz fires can penetrate and damage anything. Furthermore, Der Freischütz’s 7th bullet will not fire where you desire, so you must plan ahead wisely."
"Managerial Tips 3" "The Qliphoth Counter lowered when , whose Justice was lower than Level 3, completed work with Der Freischütz.
"Managerial Tips 4" "When the work result was Normal, the Qliphoth Counter lowered with a normal probability."

"Managerial Tips 6" "When the Qliphoth Counter hit 0, Der Freischütz willfully fired a bullet towards a random location."

"The Devil ultimately wished for despair." "For despair wears down the mind and drains one's will to go forward. When one feels there's nothing left to go for, their soul falls down to Hell, the Devil's domain. This is why the Devil finds it more entertaining to watch people fall to despair, rather than to simply kill them. We describe it as "selling one's soul to the Devil." " "When a marksman received a gun from the Devil, the Devil proposed a childish contract: The last bullet would puncture the head of his beloved. The moment he heard that, he sought and shot all the people he loved. Then he told the Devil, "This magical bullet can truly hit anyone just like you say." With the last bullet gone for good, the hunter traveled to numerous worlds. Sometimes he helped those in need or fought evil, but it was all done on impulse, not a gesture of goodwill or ideals. In one world, he was called a righteous hunter, while in another, he was a bloodstained gunman." "One day, the marksman realized the Devil no longer followed him. He pondered why, then realized that his soul had already fallen to Hell from the beginning. The contract had already been fulfilled, so the Devil had left." "The marksman, now a devil himself, continues to pull the trigger to gather the souls of others. Just as the Devil said, the bullets will puncture anything you please. Forever."

" 'Ease yourself, do you not have need of the blessing?' " -Parasite Tree's
Parasite Tree (D-04-108), also known as World Tree, appears as a green tree with notably large leaves in place of branches and a face embedded in the center of its trunk. Roots and bark envelop the majority of the Abnormality's base, and the facial expression appears to be calm or sleeping. Rustling leaves can be heard from inside the Containment Unit as the Abnormality slowly sways back and forth.
Upon interacting with Parasite Tree, the Parasite Tree will sprout grass and bushes and the victim interacting with the abnormality will receive a "Blessing" in the form of a crossed vine/leaf in their head, increasing the victim's sanity over time and boosting their performance.
The Parasite Tree's can possess random victim's around, who will be lured to the Parasite Tree. The first to reach the abnormality will be "Blessed" and the rest will be released. Possessed victim's can be identified by the green clouds of pollens covering their heads, and can be freed from the possession by repeatedly waking them up.
When any employee is Blessed, Parasite Tree will grow a white luminescent bulb with face, adding 1 more for every employee Blessed. Upon reaching 5 bulbs, Parasite Tree will undergo a drastic change, turning dark purple and having its bulbs change to skulls. All employees who were previously "blessed" will instantly panic and run around wildly like crazy, trying to get as far away as possible and spread out over the facility.
Shortly thereafter, all victim's in this state will halt their movement and begin turning into smaller versions of Parasite Tree, named Saplings. Saplings are classified as "HE"-Risk Level minions, have a medium amount resistance, and will fill the room they occupy with a toxic gas dealing White Damage (psychological) to everyone currently inside. If any victim panics from this, they will follow the same sequence of events as the blessed victim's did and shortly after running a distance turn into a Sapling as well.
/
Origin: Although little is known about its origin, the 'Tree' itself possesses a calm and serene voice that is used to lure the employees who are working with it to accept the blessing and to bring more employees to take the blessing. Those who are under the effects of Parasite Tree are shown to be more confident, calm, and happy as the 'tree' helps them.
At the moment cycle of blessings is complete, the tree will give a 'gift' to the employees that it blessed, causing them be reborn as trees and united together as one.

[Story]
An Abnormality taking the form of a tree with plentiful leaves. The leaves are lush with a rich green color, creating a comforting ambience. A refreshing flowery scent is carried by a gentle breeze." "Employees who made contact with the Abnormality stated that it provided them a significant psychological comfort. Such statements were deemed truthful as the employees displayed a visible increase in work efficiency, along with a notable decrease in mental corruption." <An Excerpt From an Employee’s Diary> "At first, I thought it was just my imagination from being sleep deprived. But as my body and mind got more and more exhausted, the voice calling me got clearer and clearer. ‘I can help you with your problem.’ Yeah, that’s right. You can help me. What was I worrying about? I can smell a flowery scent…." "They imported a tree. That tree, standing in the middle of the Containment Unit, was such a beautiful sight to behold. I could feel the scent of flowers flit across my face even though there was no breeze or wind. Smelling that scent for even just a moment makes my attachment for the tree blindly grow. I was very intuitive since my childhood, so I could sense that this artificial attachment was hazardous. Ever since then, I tried everything I could to avoid contact with that tree, making all kinds of excuses whenever I was assigned to work on it. “Well, if you put it that way… just this once, okay? Geez, did that tree do something to you?” My colleague’s banter gets stuck in my ears. Did it do something? Yes, it did, and it scares me. A few days later, the same colleague has now become a staunch worker, wearing a constant smile on his face. I knew he’s always been an optimistic person, but I couldn’t help but feel uneasy because his face seemed strangely comfortable. “Really, do I seem content lately? Yeah, well, that’s because the tree is helping me out.” He answered light-heartedly. From my years of experience, I can say for certain that few people can smile so sincerely while working for this company. That means, when someone keeps smiling at work, it’s a sign that something went wrong. My suspicion immediately led me to report this behavior to my superior. The answer came sooner than I thought. It said that I am to observe the Abnormality myself and file an observation report because there have been several abnormal behaviors related to this tree which were identified in several other employees, not just the guy I reported. The order forced me to finally confront this tree that I had been avoiding as best I could. I knew I couldn’t pass it over to someone else this time. It was no longer a barren, naked tree that I saw the day it was imported. Instead, I saw a Containment Unit covered in grass that seemed to be sprawling around the tree. Which was peculiar, since there’s no way grass can grow in a Containment Unit. This facility is completely inorganic. ‘Hello, have you come here to receive my blessing, too?’ The moment I felt that something was wrong, a voice echoed in my head…." "(It was difficult to decrypt the contents of the diary from this point onward as the writing becomes heavily distorted) I don’t know how I wrote the observation report, all that’s certain is I just wrote what I felt about the tree: This beautiful plant is bringing happiness to every employee who visits its Containment Unit; it will soon greatly contribute to humanity’s quest for prosperity and advancement. But how could an Abnormality be such a good influence on humanity? ‘I just want to help you.’ A voice without a single speck of malicious intent echoed again in my head. Yes, you’re right. You’re just helping me. ‘And if you’re okay with it, could you bring all your friends who are having a hard time here? I believe I can help them.’ Yes, this tree will easily bring peace to their mind. Speaking of which, that newbie seemed to be pretty depressed lately. “Hey, I know a place that’ll make you feel better. Come along if you want to.” She followed me without any suspicion. It wasn’t hard to bring her to the tree’s Containment Unit. I offered her to the tree. She could get better; she will get better. ‘You’ve brought your friend. You are a good child. Let me gift you with something.’ I could feel something sprouting from my body. I couldn’t move my limbs. No, this isn’t a bad thing, I am being reborn with the tree... The tree has entered me, transfixed me. We proliferate and become whole. Ah, I can completely feel it now."
