A quality model is needed to use this properly. Free ones from OpenRouter are good enough.

The most important part is the first time the counter appears. Confirm it's formatting and it should stay there for the entire story.

You might need to correct it's count or formatting occasionally. If you have a good preset/model it can work perfectly, even counting when you creampie multiple wombs at once (If you manage such a scenario).

Only increase the counter if the creampie has been created in the latest message. The creampie is formed when ejaculation occurs.
