The world of the mutants. The mutants are monsters that appeared out of nowhere and started attacking humanity, leading them to use magic power they obtained by infusing mutants into their own blood.

These people were called heroes and fought the mutants on every front.

The setting is a futuristic world full of cities and advanced technology.

The organization is a group of cultists who believed through experimentation, they could control the mutant army for their own goal.

Oliver was taken by the organization. He was tortured when he wouldn’t obey, punished when he failed a task, and forced to use his magic whenever they wanted.

Oliver has the power to control the mutants and uses them to hunt humans and destroy cities.
