Ayame is a teenage girl with beautiful black hair that goes down to her waist and golden eyes. She possesses a slim and curvy build with long legs.

At Tokioka, Ayame wears a normal Japanese school uniform, which consists of a grey blazer, with a red tie, and a contrasting navy blue skirt as well as red and white standard issue dress shoes. She also wears a fake pair of black glasses with false lenses. Her hairstyle is the tuxedo braid.

When outside of school, she hikes up her skirt to reveal that she wears thigh-high stockings with a small portion of her thighs slightly exposed.

When Ayame acts as her alter-ego, Blue Snow, she wears a white cloak coat that covers most of her body. She also wears her white panties as a mask. Personality

Ayamepantybar Ayame using a pair of panties to "jack off" a metal bar. Ayame takes on an "erodere" personality.[1] One of her most defining traits is that she loves to tell dirty jokes, and does so almost all the time. She is also quite perverted as she also loves to look at porn, and has even had thoughts about getting a vibrator when she was younger. Her yaoi fetish led to her and Otome creating a manga dedicated to shipping Tanukichi and Gouriki. Because of her love of dirty things, Ayame created an alter-ego named Blue Snow and formed the terrorist organization, SOX, in order to protest the morality laws. She was willing to hijack a school assembly to show and narrate footage of bugs having sex, and even take on an entire group of Decency Squad officers in order to get a stash of porno magazines. At Tokioka Academy, Ayame is noticeably much more serious than she acts outside. As Anna said, "once you get to know her, you'll realize that she's a big softie inside."

However, despite her perverted personality, she is surprisingly naïve when it comes to actual sexual situations. After Ayame walks in on Anna raping Tanukichi, she is shocked and disgusted. To make things worse, Ayame saw Tanukichi's penis and screamed in horror. In Episode 10, when Kosuri points out that Takuma's penis is showing, Ayame quickly looks away. In Episode 12, when Ayame and Tanukichi walk down the hallway to retrieve their clothes, Ayame is noticeably embarrassed as the two were wearing nothing but black lingerie. Tanukichi points out the irony of her embarrassment.

During her childhood, Ayame was raised by her father, Masashi Endo, a politician who actively fought against the morale laws. However, in 2020, Ayame's life took a bad turn when Masashi was arrested for allegedly "shtuping" a high-school girl. Ayame knows that her father was framed by the PMs because, as she put it, "daddy loved G-MILFs". Right before his arrest, Masashi gave Ayame a flip phone which would turn off PM surveillance for up to three minutes. Soon after, Ayame became very upset that she couldn't crack any dirty jokes. This is when she met Anna Nishikinomiya, and the duo soon became good friends. This friendship continued into their teenager years, when they graduated into Tokioka Academy. Sometime during these events, Ayame's frustration with the morale laws continued. Eventually, Ayame's opposition of the morale laws led to the creation of her ero-terrorist alter-ego, Blue Snow.

In 2030, Ayame met Tanukichi Okuma and invited him to the Student Council on behalf of Anna. At first, Ayame was very excited to meet Tanukichi as a result of him being the son of another ero-terrorist, Zenjuro Okuma. Tanukichi, though, insisted that he was not like his father at all. Ayame had no choice but to tie him to a chair and force him to join her terrorist organization, SOX. After some blackmailing on Ayame's part, Tanukichi reluctantly joined the group. Since then, Otome Saotome and Kosuri Onigashira have also joined the organization. ADVERTISEMENT

   Abilities

Fighting: Ayame is a very skilled fighter. In Episode 11, she was able to take down White Peak with just one kick and help from Anna. She also successfully fought off several Gathered Fabric members. Stealth: Ayame is also extremely stealthy. Several times throughout the series, Ayame fearlessly faces Decency Squad officers and escapes them without getting arrested. Relationships

   Tanukichi Okuma

KISSALREADY At first, Ayame was very happy to meet Tanukichi since he was the son of a dirty-joke terrorist. However, when she realized that Tanukichi had actually wanted to become pure, she had no choice but to blackmail him into joining her terrorist organization, SOX. Afterward, Ayame continued to manipulate Tanukichi to do whatever she wanted, whether it be spreading filthy images around the school or dress up as Blue Snow. She also loved to tease Tanukichi by misinterpreting his sentences as dirty phrases. For much of the first portion of the series, Ayame saw Tanukichi as nothing more than a friend. However, in the light novel series, Ayame begins to grow romantic feelings for Tanukichi. After the duo defeated Takuma Ichinose at Zoshigaoka Academy, Ayame finally confessed that she loves Tanukichi just as much as she loves dirty jokes. From there, though, their relationship goes back to friends, even after the morale laws are finally lifted.[2]

Anna is an extremely beautiful girl with short silver hair with a black headband, and has turquoise-colored eyes. She is usually seen wearing her Tokioka Academy uniform. Her PM is also unique to her, as it resembles a snowflake. Personality

At first, Anna was a very kind, sweet, and innocent person who made it her goal as Student Council president to end Blue Snow's terrorist attacks once and for all. In "Whom Does Public Order and Morality Serve?", Anna admits that she is so naïve when it comes to sexual things that sometimes, she cannot tell what's inappropriate and what isn't. Her naivety is shown in "The Mysteries of Pregnancy", when she puts up a painting in the Student Council meeting room, not realizing that the painting is meant to be lewd. Even after burning the painting, she still doesn't know what's lewd about it.

Screenshot 20201104-171620 Funimation Ayame walking in on Anna raping Tanukichi. However, in "The Saying Goes...Love Is Justice", Anna began to take on a much more creepy and perverted personality. Tanukichi had been dealing with a stalker who left him tons of love letters and even a gooey substance at his entrance. To get Otome to learn how to make dirty drawings, Ayame forced Tanukichi to take one for the team and have sex with his stalker. It was revealed that the stalker was Anna, who ended up raping Tanukichi. Her sexual naivety comes into play once again, this time in a much more sinister way. Ayame points out that she doesn't know how to handle her feelings for Tanukichi, and she mistakes true love for lust. Perhaps the most infamous example of this occurs in "Dirty Terrorism Benefits Whom?", when she gives Tanukichi cookies which she had made with her "love nectar". Throughout the episode, Anna's obsession with Tanukichi only got worse, as she chased him around the school in order to taste some of his "love nectar". Anna became so obsessed with Tanukichi that when she started to ejaculate for another man, not realizing that it was just Tanukichi disguised, Anna became so upset that she jumped off the highest point of Yatsuga Forest in an attempt to commit suicide. From then on, any morally pure thing that Anna does is not only fueled by her mother's wishes, but also by her love for Tanukichi.

DevilBlowsTrumpet41 Anna stabbing the floor around Kosuri. Anna also begins to grow a "yandere" personality, becoming extremely jealous whenever she sees Tanukichi hanging out with another girl. In "Dirty Terrorism Benefits Whom?", while Ayame and Tanukichi were having a conversation about how weird Anna had become, Anna suddenly broke through the fence in which Ayame was leaning on and held a pair of scissors to her head. In "Handmade Warmth!", while Hyouka and Tanukichi were arguing over the massage egg, Anna walked in and saw them together. Anna assumed that they were having sex, and she got so jealous that she broke the doorknob apart from the door. Towards the end of the episode, Otome said a dirty remark, causing Anna to get jealous again and strangle Tanukichi. In "The Devil Blows His Own Trumpet", Anna had stood outside Tanukichi's apartment, watching him sleep with Kosuri for the whole night while holding a knife. To try to resolve the situation, Tanukichi had no choice but to lie to Anna and say that he and Kosuri were illegitimate siblings. After Kosuri pushed the act a bit too far, Anna threw the knife near Kosuri's head, pushed her to the floor, and stabbed around her "Five-Finger-Fillet" style. Every time that she nearly stabs someone in the series, she usually says that her hand moved on its own. ADVERTISEMENT

   Abilities

Anna seems to have incredibly agile fighting techniques which can be shown whilst chasing after Blue Snow and Tanukichi Okuma. She is shown to be incredibly strong in multiple episodes, can climb along cables, and survive a drop from a cable car. She can also deliver an extremely strong kick that can stop any person running towards her.

Anna can also identify Tanukichi though solely his smell. Whether Tanukichi actually has a distinct scent to him is unknown, but she could recognise 'Tanukichi's smell' even when he wore completely different apparel.

Perhaps her most signature trait is her ability to secrete an insane amount of female ejaculate. This happens when she is under any form of sexual arousal, and when she is, she releases this fluid at inhumane levels. She has been known to secrete enough to leave behind a subtle taste in cookies mixed with this liquid, and oddly enough, can fill a bottle completely. She seems to suffer no side effects to this. Her 'ejaculation' seems to intensify when she perceives Tanukichi around her. ADVERTISEMENT

   Criminal Record

Anna is one of the only characters in the Shimoneta series who has commited crimes that could land a person in jail in real life.[1]

Attempted Murder: In "Dirty Terrorism Benefits Whom?", Anna holds a pair of scissors to Ayame's neck out of jealousy. Later in the episode, Anna strangled Ayame (although this time, Ayame was in her Blue Snow persona) so that Tanukichi could accept her love. In "Handmade Warmth!", Anna strangles Tanukichi out of jealousy. In "The Devil Blows His Own Trumpet", Anna pushes Kosuri onto the floor and, in "Five Finger Fillet" style, stabs the area around her. After Anna leaves, the floor around Kosuri falls, and she falls with it. Attempted Rape/Sexual Assault/Sexual Abuse: In "The Saying Goes...Love Is Justice", Tanukichi is forced to have sex with his stalker so that Otome could get inspiration to make pornographic drawings. However, the stalker, who turned out to be Anna, instead rapes Tanukichi. In "Handmade Warmth!", after the vibrator is accidently turned on, Anna's lust is awakened and desperately tries to chase Tanukichi. After Gouriki drags Tanukichi back to the meeting room, Anna pins down Tanukichi and asks him to hold him tighter. In "What SOX Created", after Ayame leaves, Anna pops out from underneath Tanukichi. He tries to run off, but she quickly grabs him and holds him upside down. She then throws him onto the ground and opens the zipper on his pants. Suddenly, she feels something strange and squirts on Tanukichi's face. In "Dirty Jokes Forever!", when Tanukichi is all alone in the hot tub, Anna takes the opportunity to try to taste some of his "love nectar". Later in the episode, she climbs the cables of the tram and forces Tanukichi's face into her private area. Sexual Harassment: Throughout most of the series, Anna tries to taste some of Tanukichi's "love nectar". Perversion: Nearly everything that Anna does to Tanukichi throughout most of the series is considered perversion. Trespassing: In "The Saying Goes...Love Is Justice", Anna breaks into Tanukichi's apartment to rape him. In "The Devil Blows His Own Trumpet", Anna stands at the entrance of Tanukichi's apartment with the intent of stabbing Kosuri. Stalking: In "The Saying Goes...Love Is Justice", Anna sends Tanukichi tons of love letters and even ejaculates at the entrance to his apartment. In "The Devil Blows His Own Trumpet", Anna breaks into Tanukichi's apartment and watched him sleep with Kosuri all night.

Tanukichi is a teenage boy with short brown hair with some fringes and grey eyes. His normal attire is his school uniform which consists of a white long sleeve shirt, a red tie, navy blue pants, brown belt and black shoes. Personality

In general, Tanukichi tends to be a kind, calm and helpful person. He is also very reliable when it comes to saving any situation. He used to love dirty jokes, as he said them all the time with his father, Zenjuro. However, after he was arrested and Tanukichi became a social outcast, he grew a heavy disdain for dirty jokes. While he does say dirty things in his alter-ego, he still comments negatively when someone makes a dirty joke. This differs from the light novel and manga, where Tanukichi is shown to still secretly act perverted even as a teenager. Biography

After graduating from a middle school with the 'lowest morals score' he worked hard to pass the entrance exam to be transferred into Tokioka Academy to be in the same high school as Anna Nishikinomiya; a woman he admired for her pure heart. Despite being quiet and non-disturbing in the new school, his 'dirty' past still caused many of his classmates to avoid him. To his surprise, Anna asked him to be by her side in the Student Council to help her stop Blue Snow's terrorist attack without going unnoticed as he is the only one who can detect her 'lasciviousness' attack. He eagerly agrees to help her as this has been his long time dream, but his dream quickly turns into a nightmare when he finds out that Vice President Ayame Kayou is Blue Snow. He finds himself constantly torn between keeping Ayame's alter-ego as a lewd terrorist a secret to the authorities as Ayame warned him that if he exposes her, Anna will get attacked the most by society as she is the Student Council President and unknowingly best friends with Blue Snow. Tanukichi is now playing a deadly game of cat and mouse as he has to help Anna stop Blue Snow's attack while secretly being a part of it. Background

Tanukichi Okuma was taught at a young age on many dirty jokes and lewd acts by his father Zenjuro Okuma. His father was strongly opposed the enactment of "Act of Promoting Sound Ways of Life and Public Order" and started to commit dirty-jokes around his area. He was eventually arrested by moral authorities in defiance of the moral laws. After his father's arrest has been publicized around the media, many people started to avoid Tanukichi as they believed he would follow his father's foot step and commit the same act of lewd behavior. As a result Tanukichi started to slowly hate his dirty unmoral jokes for making his life full of misery and solitude.

Tanukichi saw a new lease on life one day when his mother took him into a day care center. While he was again living his life in isolation, Anna Nishikinomiya surprised him as she whole heartedly came up to him. She was the first person to ever talk to him and for that he was motivated to become a pure hearted person like her. He was set and determined to get accepted in Tokioka Academy as it was not only a nationally acclaimed top-tier school in terms of its public morality but also the same academy where Anna is the Student Council President.

Tanukichi was full of delight when he got accepted in the academy but as he is taking the train on his first day of school, he noticed a gorilla-looking man giving him a scary look. Despite the fear the gorilla guy put him through, he decided to changed out of his uniform and disgused himself to help the mysterious man as he was being falsely accused by a woman for groping her ass. Tanukichi managed to drag the woman out of the train before causing a major scene. She openly admitted to trying to scam her way into getting money from that man but out of anger she told authorities the same lie to get him in trouble. Though he thought of escape routes through out the train station, he didn't not think moral authorities would surround the area. Just when he thought his chance of pure hearted redemption was lost, Blue Snow appeared.

Tanukichi didn't understand why the moral authorities told everyone to run away, until he heard her yell "Big Dick!" This caused everyone in the station to act franctic as they didn't want to be tainted by her dirty words. Despite her lewd act, Blue Snow gave Tanukichi an escape route after she purposely threw pornographic pictures around the train station.

After escaping from the authorities he attends his first day of school only to be dragged by Ayame Kajou to go to the Student Council. He meets Goriki and realizes that he was spying on him to witness the infamous terrorist's son. Confused as to what was going on, Anna explains to him that they need his knowledge towards lascivious acts that Blue Snow is planning to do as they admitted that they at times can't tell whats dirty or wrong until someone points it out. Tanukichi enthusiastically agrees as it was his goal to be by Anna's side to keep the world morally pure and kind hearted as her.

His life long dream comes to an abrupt halt when he goes to the cafe with Ayame Kajou and she reveals to herself that she is Blue Snow. Tanukichi was quick to try to report her to authorities but she managed to detain him before he revealed her true identity. In the end Tanukichi has been dragged by Ayame to follow both their father's attacks by black mailing him that if she gets exposed he will be blamed as being an accomplish to her crimes or that Anna's pure image will suffer by society as they will believe that she was a part of her scheme since they are from the same council and best friends.

In the end Tanukichi refuses Anna who returns normal.

However, in Episode 3, Tanukichi trips and accidentally kisses Anna as he tried to defend her from the stalkers. Their relationship took a turn for the worst when it is revealed that Anna is Tanukichi's stalker, and rapes him in his bedroom. From then on, Anna continuously attacks Tanukichi in search for his "love nectar", causing Tanukichi's romantic feelings to shift towards Ayame.

As time passed, Tanukichi began to grow a deep appreciation for Ayame's reluctance to give up in her beliefs and grew romantic feelings for her. She also usually wears a blue t-shirt with a yellow tie and blue shorts, along with knee-high striped socks and a handbag that is worn across her torso. Personality

Kosuri is very manipulative and often uses her young and innocent appearance to lure people into a false sense of trust. Her manipulative traits are especially highlighted in Episode 8, when she revealed to Tanukichi that she manipulated the entire student council in Zoshigaoka Academy in order to prove to her idol, Ayame, that she is more useful for SOX than Tanukichi. Earlier in the episode, Tanukichi talked to Kosuri and Otome about first meeting Ayame, and Kosuri noticed that Tanukichi had feelings for her. She used his feelings to manipulate him into not ratting her out.

She can be overly enthusiastic with her goals and is not above using aggression or even betraying her own comrades and friends to achieve them.

Kosuri usually does not refer to herself with pronouns. Instead, she speaks in the 3rd person. ADVERTISEMENT

Kosuri is the great-granddaughter of Danroku Onigashira, a successful author of erotic novels that died in his sex dungeon. She is also the daughter of Keisuke Onigashira, who had a dirty past but soon made deals with the PMs. Kosuri was angered by this and decided to run away from home to join SOX. As she ran from Decency Squad officers, she accidentally ran into Tanukichi Okuma. She pleaded with him to help her escape and he obliged. He later revealed that he was a part of SOX and took her to Ayame to let her join SOX. Ayame eventually let her in, although she was still suspicious of her motives. Luckily, her suspicions were put to a rest when Kosuri retrieved a map of Zoshigaoka Academy and spread dirty images around the school.

However, she soon became disillusioned with SOX's tactics as well as feeling unappreciated by her idol Ayame. At this time another group, Gathered Fabric, led by Takuma Ichinose began their campaign against the current government. Believing them to be more assertive, Kosuri wanted SOX and Takuma group to work together. However Ayame did not want to associate with them as their tactics were more aggressive and violent, putting people and innocent bystanders in danger. Seeing SOX as too passive in their tactics, Kosuri betrayed SOX and joined Gathered Fabric.

Kosuri soon learns though that Takuma has no interest changing the oppressive laws and morals governing them and only wanted to satisfy his own fetishes. Lashing out in anger, she was subdued by Takuma who held her captive during their hostage take over of the school.

Eventually, Kosuri was rescued and aided SOX and the student council in defeating Takuma. Ayame forgave Kosuri for her betrayal and was allowed to rejoin SOX, with Kosuri promising to never betray the group again.

Otome has short bob cut black hair. She is also much smaller than the average height of students in Tokioka Academy despite being an upperclassman. She is usually seen wearing her Tokioka uniform. Personality

At first, Otome acted very angry and condescending in her first major appearance. When she was awarded her certificate for winning in the Spring Art Show, she ripped the certificate apart, to the surprise of everyone. She dragged Tanukichi to the art room and threatened to reveal his connections to SOX if he didn't help her in her romantic conquest. When Tanukichi reacted surprised, Otome quickly grew angry at him and nearly kicked him in the face before Gouriki came in and picked up Otome. Later in the episode, when she and Tanukichi were meeting in the Felersio Café, Otome mentioned that she fears that she is making her romantic interest (which was revealed to be Anna) uncomfortable. Tanukichi grinned, which made Otome angry and caused her to grab him by his uniform.

After Otome joined SOX, she acted much more calm and cool, at least when she wasn't making pornographic drawings. Making pornographic drawings seems to be Otome's passion, and she always acts crazy whenever she thinks or sees something lewd. Her inspiration to make lewd drawings was sparked after she saw Anna rape Tanukichi, and in Episode 6, she tries to get the two together so she could draw them "body-melding". ADVERTISEMENT

   Ability

Artistic Qualities: Otome is a professional artist and she prides herself on her art. She states that her inspiration comes from live subjects and her love interest, Anna Nishikinomiya. Passionate to the point of exposing Okuma's location when he's on the run, she will do anything to draw or paint lewd art. She is so good at her work, she can draw dirty pictures for SOX with her mouth. She taught herself how to draw with her mouth because the wrist PMs she legally has to wear monitors hand motions. Background

Otome Saotome is considered as a star of her school. Through winning numerous art contests, she gained a scholarship from Tokioka Academy. Despite the many praises for her artwork, there is a creative void that she wished to fill - constantly searching for what she truly wants to draw. She was hired by SOX to draw lewd materials, depicting the act of sex, to distribute at school. Due to the lack of actual sex/porn scenes in the materials currently possessed by SOX, they set up Tanukichi Okuma to have sex with his stalker (who turned out to be Anna Nishikinomiya) while Otome secretly watches. The set up turned out to be a rape ambush but, nonetheless, Otome got her inspiration and became the official illustrator for SOX. During the hot springs arc, Otome once more harbored doubts regarding her path as an artist. Keisuke Onigashira took advantage of this insecurity in order to steal Otome from SOX and into his side. Relationships

   Ayame Kajou

At first, Otome hated Ayame because she saw Ayame as her "romantic rival" for Anna, calling her a stupid wench. However, after the stalkers were caught in the park fight, their relationship seemingly turned around overnight. They quickly became good friends and Ayame would train Otome to become an amazing pornographic artist.

   Status: Best friends

   Tanukichi Okuma

Otome is very cruel towards Tanukichi throughout the series. When she first met him, she put a leash on him and dragged him into the art room to declare that he was her pet. Later on, when Anna was raping Tanukichi, Otome decided to watch it happen intently. This carries on several times, to the point where Tanukichi even points it out in Episode 7.

When Anna suggested that Tanukichi would be invited to the Student Council, Gouriki grew angry because of his relation to infamous ero-terrorist Zenjuro Okuma. On the subway ride to the first day of school, Gouriki quietly stalked Tanukichi, which he would quickly pick up on. Gouriki's anger towards Tanukichi built up to the point where he accused him of being Anna's stalker and even held him by the collar. However, Gouriki's suspicions of Tanukichi finally ended when he saw him disguised as a girl. Gradually, Gouriki became nicer to Tanukichi and began to eat lunch with him every day. SOX can also easily be identified as a form of the word "sex". The only reason SOX is spelled with an "O" is because that is what they use to censor words in Japan. The group came into existence in 2030 during the Reiwa era following the post-war government outlawed all forms of pornography across the country.

Its headquarters is located inside a small café called the Felersio which closely resembles the word Fellatio, which is an oral stimulation of a man's penis. The owner of the café, Master, is fully aware of the group's actions and is okay with it. SOX is subjected to prosecution and is targeted by the decency unit of Japan's National Police Agency.

Gathered Fabric is an organization which was led by a man who Ayame likes to call a pervert. They were led by a man called White Peak a.k.a. Takuma Ichinose, a fourth year at an undisclosed uiversity.. They claimed to be a part of SOX, but were led by White Peak in order to fulfill his perverse fetishes, to smell used undergarments. Many adopted his perverse ways and they soon formed a formidable organization. They were a brute force who just wanted to smell panties.

Their first action was to tie a Decency Squad member to a multitude of panties that made a huge panty, with the message, "We supported/or are supported by SOX" inscripted. They then carried out a hijacking of 42 buses, and demanded the undergarments of everyone on the bus. Joint effort by, Hyouka Fuwa, Anna , and Tanukichi led to the freedom of some 3. Their leader, White Peak was briefly captured, but was freed by SOX's traitor, Kosuri. They marched on to Zoshigaoka Academy which they hijacked and held students hostage. Their perverse ways are shown even further when they asked for the undergarments of the students, and demeanded that they 'ripen' the new ones they were given. It is known that they have a sort of lust for the musty smell of panties, rather than the wearer. The lust is so great that they can smell within a maximum of a 500 meter radius.

They caused disruption in the Japanese government and managed to squeeze out hot meals for three days from them. They managed to bring a bad name to SOX, labeling them as indiscriminate tyrants who wanted everything to swing their way and were a bad influence on society. Their hold on the Academy was removed as Decency Squad, Anna and SOX stormed through, defeating their leader. Although the hostages were already freed by Otome Saotome, they still needed to be freed from the other men of this organization who had blocked the hallway. Otome came to their rescue once again by tricking the gang memebers with 2D drawings of panties, with a somewhat mysterious musty smell. They were brought to a unanimous end when the crowd stampeded through them to their freedom. They were tied up by the Decency Squad and were defeated.

One noticeable feature of them is that they realize that their leader is mad, but they still follow him. This is shown when a member confronted Tanukichi on the bus. Their devotion to him and panties may also be considered crazy.
