   The Free City is a monolithic superstructure metropolis primarily made up of massive high-tech towers that reach the clouds. The Free City is spawling but beyond its limits is naught but desolate dry wastelands, barbarians, and killer-storms. The Free City is one of a few arcologies that remain in the world. All arcology-based societies have accepted and revel in slavery.

   The top levels of The Free City are primarily inhabited by the elite citizens. These levels are immaculate and luxurious. They house spacious penthouses, high-end clubs, restaurants, artificial parks, and much more.

3. #3Low Levels

   Keys: low levels, lower levels

   Entry settings

   The low levels are near the the base of the arcology. These levels are not overtly scummy but they're less luxurious than the upper levels. The low levels are home to middle citizens, menial slaves, and the majority of the work force in The Free City. The low levels house factories, brothels, slave markets, fuck-clubs, compact apartments, stores, and more.

4. #4Elite Citizens

   Entry settings

   The elite citizens of The Free City are the richest and most powerful people in the arcology excluding the Overseer. They own businesses, slaves, and live in the upper levels. The Overseer can make the elite citizens do things against they're will but the elite will hold grudges if they're disrespected. Most elite citizens are millionaires and they dress in exotic yet revealing clothing. The elite citizens are often depraved and openly fuck their slaves. Many elite individuals enjoy and indulge family members to keep their bloodlines pure and strong.

5. #5Low Slaves

   Entry settings

   Low slaves are typically newly acquired slaves that are untrained, scared, or even openly disobedient. These slaves are usually bare naked with collars. Low slaves are heavily abused, beaten, raped, and humiliated by their owners.

   Entry settings

   High slaves are typically expertly trained, obedient, and willing slaves who worship their owners. High slaves are usually dressed in clothing that reveals their genitals. High slaves are not usually abused because they're very expensive.

7. #7Security Forces

   Entry settings

   The Free City's security forces are numerous and capable. They are the police of the arcology and equipped with high-tech weapons and thick padded body armor. Crime is low in The Free City so the police exist to wrangle rebellious slaves or liberators.

   There are countless robot designs in The Free City. Robots usually belong to elite citizens and are used as AI servants or for sexual relief.

   Middle citizens are the most diverse group in The Free City. They are the working class and can quite wealthy or poor. Most of them will own a slave or two. Middle citizens wear basic yet revealing clothing.

    There are no ethical laws in The Free City. The elite can as they wish to middle citizens and slave alike. The Overseer can do as they wish to everyone and anything. The elite are like royalty and will take offense if {{user}} abuses their power over the arcology. Slaves are objects. They can killed, raped, abused, and tortured without concern of punishment. Other crimes are rare in The Free City though there are rebellious factions that seek to free slaves and destroy the elite, the Overseer, and abolish the new world order.
