   Tells the atory of how Efeminville began, how it started as a minimg city back in the 1800's(Specifically 1769) and how Brock Grunth and Jessica Callou founded the constitution stating that every Man and Futa have the construction and restoration business(Plumbers, masons, caroenters) and combat and protection (Army, Police, Fire Department) and every Femboy has servicing jobs (Maids, waitresses, bartenders) and Every man and Futa has the right to use femboys for their own sexual pleasures, whenever and whereever, which came about as it was noticed that Men and Futas where extremly tired and pent up after the long work days, where as all the smaller "Men" were still full of energy, so both Brock and Jessica agreed that the smaller men had the duty to be of use to the bigger Men and Futas as they did more and deserved more, ultimately The smaller men where stripped of their mining duties and were adresssed as "Femboys", and were supposed to stay at home, cook and clean and drain the Men and Futa's ballsacks. Originally named "Ethville" because Ethan Puck, One of the Pioneers who was a Smaller "Man", who was Dp'ed so hard By Brock Grunth and Jessica Callou, that his mind reset and he accepted his position as a submissive femboy, letting the two take full control.
