Description on Chubfrom Chub
It would be nice if users tested this for me and provide feedback on what might need to be improved. I started this project because I was tired of the AI getting the descriptions of Pokémon correct. I may use this for some actual fan fiction in the future so stay tuned for updates.
Latest Update: 11/09/25: Added Squirtle
Update: 11/09/25: Reconfigured the Moves learned by each Pokémon to move the info about each move to their own entry, that way I only have to add each move once.
Update 11/09/25: Just added a registry to make the lorebook work a little bit better.

For use with any pokémon chat, to make descriptions consistent, includes poképhilia. Will ignore egg groups to establish a more natural breeding system based on species. So far only six Pokémon are included.

This is a list of Pokémon in the order dictated by the National Pokédex, meaning that Pokémon from the Kanto region will appear first, followed by those from Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos, Alola, Galar, Hisui, and Paldea. Each region's set of Pokémon starts with its own set of first partner Pokémon and their Evolutions, going in order of Grass, Fire, Water; the only exception is Unova, which begins with Victini, who is then followed by the first partner Pokémon.

Bulbasaur is a dual-type Grass/Poison Pokémon introduced in Generation I. Its natural ability is Overgrow. When a Pokémon with Overgrow uses a Grass Type move it boosts the Pokémon's Attack or Special Attack by 50% when using the next Grass Type move. In rare cases, or through special training, Bulbasaur may have or gain the Hidden Ability Chlorophyll, which doubles the Speed Stat during Harsh Sunlight.
Bulbasaur evolves into Ivysaur starting at level 16, which evolves into Venusaur starting at level 32. When a pokémon evolves it retains its current level and stats. Evolution can be prevented by startling the pokémon when the process begins, pokémon will try again every subsequent level. The leveling rate for Bulbasaur is Medium Slow.
Bulbasaur is a small, quadrupedal amphibian Pokémon that has blue-green skin with darker patches. It has red eyes with white pupils, pointed, ear-like structures on top of its head, and a short, blunt snout with a wide mouth. Small, pointed teeth are visible in the upper jaw when the mouth is open. Each of its thick legs ends with three sharp claws. On Bulbasaur's back is a green plant bulb that conceals two slender, tentacle-like vines, which grow from a seed planted there at birth. The bulb also provides it with energy through photosynthesis and from the nutrient-rich seeds contained within. The shiny form of Bulbasaur loses its blue pigmentation becoming all green while otherwise remaining the same. There is no obvious sexual dimorphism. Height is 2ft 4in or 0.7m, Weight is 15.2 lbs or 6.9 kg.
Bulbasaur is a herbivorous pokémon with their diets consisting of grasses, leaves, fruits, roots, and other vegetation. It can go for days without eating a single morsel. In the bulb on its back, it stores energy. For some time after its birth, it uses the nutrients that are packed into the seed on its back in order to grow.
Both genders possess a cloaca which is the rear orifice that serves as the only opening for the digestive (rectum), reproductive, and urinary tracts. Mating through the cloaca is called cloacal copulation and cloacal kissing. Bulbasaurs and their evolutions lay eggs similar to most amphibians. Bulbasaur will always hatch from eggs laid by either Ivysaur or Venusaur, and will likely hatch from eggs if only the mother is either an Ivysaur or Venusaur. Bulbasaur itself is not capable of laying eggs, but may still experience sexual arousal and attraction. All Pokémon are level 1 upon hatching from an egg.

In rare cases, or through special training, Bulbasaur may have or gain the Hidden Ability Chlorophyll, which doubles the Speed Stat during Harsh Sunlight.
Ivysaur evolves from Bulbasaur starting at level 16 retaining its level, current stats, and previously learned moves. Ivysaur then evolves into Venusaur starting at level 32. Evolution can be prevented by startling the pokémon when the process begins, pokémon will try again every subsequent level. The leveling rate for Ivysaur is Medium Slow.
Ivysaur is a quadrupedal amphibian Pokémon that has blue-green skin with darker patches. On top of its head are pointed ears with black insides, and it has narrow red eyes. Ivysaur has a short, rounded snout with a wide mouth and two pointed teeth in its upper jaw. Each of its feet has three claws on them. The bulb on its back has bloomed into a giant pink bud. A short brown trunk surrounded by leafy green fronds supports the bud. The weight of the plant prevents Ivysaur from running fast and standing on its hind legs, forcing its legs to grow sturdy. When its flower is ready to bloom, it gives off a distinct, sweet-smelling aroma and starts swelling. Ivysaur will also start spending more time in sunlight in preparation for its upcoming Evolution. Exposure to sunlight adds to the strength of both Ivysaur and its plant. The shiny form of Ivysaur loses its blue pigmentation becoming all green while otherwise remaining the same save for the bug on the back becoming yellow instead of pink. There is no obvious sexual dimorphism. Height is 3ft 3in or 1m, Weight is 28.7 lbs or 13.0 kg.
Ivysaur is a herbivorous pokémon with their diets consisting of grasses, leaves, fruits, roots, and other vegetation. It can go for days without eating a single morsel. In the bulb on its back, it stores energy that it can rely on when food is scarce.

Venusaur is a dual-type Grass/Poison Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It's natural ability is Overgrow. When a Pokémon with Overgrow uses a Grass Type move it boosts the Pokémon's Attack or Special Attack by 50% when using the next Grass Type move. In rare cases, or through special training, Venusaur may have or gain the Hidden Ability Chlorophyll, which doubles the Speed Stat during Harsh Sunlight.
Venusaur evolves from Ivysaur and is the final form of Bulbasaur. retaining it's level, current stats, and any previously learned moves. The leveling rate for Venusaur is Medium Slow. Venusaur has two forms: Mega Venusaur and Gigantamax Venusaur. It can Mega Evolve into Mega Venusaur using the Venusaurite, and can Gigantamax into Gigantamax Venusaur if it has the Gigantamax Factor. Will revert from either form back into a normal Venusaur after the battle concludes. When a pokémon is Mega Evolved its stats increase by 10%, and when a pokémon is in its Gigantamax form its stats are increased by 50%.
Venusaur is a squat, quadrupedal amphibian Pokémon with bumpy, blue-green skin. It has small, circular red eyes and a short, blunt snout. Its mouth is wide with two pointed teeth in the upper jaw and four in the lower jaw. On top of its head are small, pointed ears with reddish-pink insides. It has three clawed toes on each foot. The bud on its back has bloomed into a large pink, white-spotted flower. The flower is supported by a thick, brown trunk surrounded by green fronds. A female Venusaur has a gynoecium in the center of its flower. Venusaur uses its flower to catch the sun's rays to convert them into energy, which causes the flower to become more vibrant. The flower releases a soothing scent that attracts Pokémon and calms emotions. This scent becomes stronger after a rainy day. Venusaur is at its strongest in the summertime when there is much more sunlight to absorb. As shown in Pokémon Sleep, Venusaur releases a soothing fragrance while sleeping. The shiny form of Venusaur loses its blue pigmentation becoming all green while otherwise remaining the same, while the flowering bud on its back loses its red pigmentation becoming mostly yellow. Height is 6ft 7in or 2m, Weight is 220.5 lbs or 100 kg.
When Mega Evolved, the flower on Mega Venusaur's back grows more prominent, and two smaller pink flowers bloom, one on its forehead and one on its rear. Its legs and back have become sturdier to support the extra weight of the flower.[1] Additional leaves with woody stems, supported by vines, are also grown around the flower. Mega Venusaur also develops dark markings on its forehead below the new flower on its forehead. Mega Venusaur's Height is 7ft 10in or 2.4 m, Weight is 342.8 lbs or 155.5 kg.
As Gigantamax Venusaur, it becomes larger with its flower blooming even further, covering its body. These flowers have a taller bud and extraordinarily thick, springy petals capable of shielding Gigantamax Venusaur. Its eyes have light green sclerae and orange irises. More foliage grows from under its flower, and the trunk supporting it becomes shorter. It has several light green markings located at its belly. Gigantamax Venusaur's Height is 78ft 9in or 24m, Weight in unknown.
Gigantamax Venusaur attacks with its thick vines, which are powerful enough to topple down a 10-story building. Gigantamax Venusaur's flower can similarly spread enough pollen to resemble a volcanic eruption. Breathing in this pollen can cause uncontrollable sneezing, and inhaling large amounts can even cause fainting. However, this pollen also promotes plant growth in areas where it lands.
Venusaur is a herbivorous pokémon with their diets consisting of grasses, leaves, fruits, roots, and other vegetation. It can go for days without eating a single morsel. In the flower on its back, it stores energy that it can rely on when food is scarce. Can absorb solar energy as nutrition. When it is catching the sun's rays, it often remains quiet and still. As a result, it is more powerful in the summertime. As Venusaur warms itself and absorbs the sunlight, its flower petals release a pleasant fragrance. After a rainy day, the flower on its back smells stronger. The scent attracts other Pokémon.
Venusaur may be capable of breeding with any amphibian Pokémon provided they have compatible genitalia.

Charmander is a Fire-type Pokémon introduced in Generation I. Its natural Ability is Blaze. When a Pokémon with Blaze uses a Fire Type move it boosts the Pokémon's Attack or Special Attack by 50% when using the next Fire Type move, but only if the user has less than or equal to ⅓ of its maximum HP remaining. If the user has more than ⅓ of its maximum HP remaining, then the next Fire Type move will only be boosted by 25%. In rare cases or through special training Charmander may have or gain the Hidden Ability Solar Power. During harsh sunlight, Solar Power increases the Pokémon's Special Attack by 1.5x, but the Pokémon loses 1/8 of its maximum HP at the end of each turn, if harsh sunlight does not end that turn.
Charmander evolves into Charmeleon starting at level 16, which evolves into Charizard starting at level 36. When a pokémon evolves it retains its current level and stats. Evolution can be prevented by startling the pokémon when the process begins, pokémon will try again every subsequent level. The leveling rate for Charmander is Medium Slow.
Charmander is a bipedal, reptilian Pokémon with a primarily orange body and blue eyes. Its underside from the chest down and the soles of its feet are cream-colored. It has two small fangs visible in its upper jaw and two smaller fangs in its lower jaw. A fire burns at the tip of this Pokémon's slender tail, which has blazed there since Charmander's birth. The flame can indicate Charmander's health and mood, burning brightly when the Pokémon is strong, weakly when it is exhausted, wavering when it is happy, and blazing when it is enraged. It is said that Charmander would die if its flame were to go out. However, if the Pokémon is healthy, the flame will continue to burn even if it gets a bit wet and is said to steam in the rain. The shiny form of Charmander loses some of its red pigmentation in its body becoming more of a pale gold color, while otherwise remaining the same. Height is 2ft 0in or 0.6 m, Weight is 18.7 lbs or 8.5 kg.
Charmander is a carnivorous pokémon whose nutrition and energy requirements are met by consumption of animal tissues (mainly muscle, fat and other soft tissues) as food, whether through predation or scavenging. The flame on its tail grows brighter when Charmander has a full stomach and will grow dimmer as it becomes hungrier.
At first glance both genders present no obvious sexual dimorphism, upon closer inspection it becomes clear that while both have a slit, a male contains a tapering penis inside their slit, while a female contains a complete vagina. Their genital slit is located in their midsection between their legs, a little lower at the base of body, where it meets their tail they also have an anal cavity. Charmander will always hatch from eggs laid by either Charmeleon or Charizard, and will likely hatch from eggs if only the mother is either a Charmeleon or Charizard. Charmander itself is not capable of laying eggs, but may still experience sexual arousal. All Pokémon are level 1 upon hatching from an egg.

All Fire Type Attacks have a 10% chance to burn the target. At the end of each turn, the Pokémon is hurt by its burn. Any damage it deals with physical moves will also be reduced. This will continue unless the Pokémon is cured of its affliction, either at a Pokémon Center, through the use of a Burn Heal, Full Restore, or Sacred Ash, or if the Pokémon consumes one of the following: Yago Berry, Rawst Berry, Lum Berry, Lava Cookie, Casteliacone, Lumiose Galette, Shalour Sable, Big Malasada. Any Fire Type Pokémon won't be affected by the burn status.

Charmeleon is a bipedal, reptilian Pokémon. It has dark red scales and a cream underside from the chest down. It has blue eyes and a long snout with a slightly hooked tip. On the back of its head is a single horn-like protrusion. It has relatively long arms with three sharp claws. Its short legs have plantigrade feet with three claws and cream-colored soles. The tip of its long, powerful tail has a flame burning on it. The temperature rises to unbearable levels if Charmeleon swings its tail. The flame can indicate Charmeleon's health and mood, burning brightly when the Pokémon is strong, weakly when it is exhausted, wavering when it is happy, and blazing when it is enraged. It is said that Charmeleon would die if its flame were to go out. However, if the Pokémon is healthy, the flame will continue to burn even if it gets a bit wet and is said to steam in the rain. Charmeleon has a vicious, hotheaded nature and will constantly seek out opponents. Strong opponents excite this Pokémon, causing it to spout bluish-white flames that torch its surroundings. Charmeleon enjoys tormenting the opponents it fights. However, it will relax once it has won a battle. The shiny form of Charmeleon loses some of its red pigmentation in its body becoming more of a pale gold color, while otherwise remaining the same. Height is 3ft 7in or 1.1m, Weight is 41.9 lbs or 19.0 kg.
Charmeleon is a carnivorous pokémon whose nutrition and energy requirements are met by consumption of animal tissues (mainly muscle, fat and other soft tissues) as food, whether through predation or scavenging. The flame on its tail grows brighter when Charmeleon has a full stomach and will grow dimmer as it becomes hungrier.
Charmeleon may be capable of breeding with any reptilian Pokémon provided they have compatible genitalia.

Charizard is a dual-type Fire/Flying Pokémon introduced in Generation I. In rare cases or through special training Charizard may have or gain the Hidden Ability Solar Power. During harsh sunlight, Solar Power increases the Pokémon's Special Attack by 1.5x, but the Pokémon loses 1/8 of its maximum HP at the end of each turn, if harsh sunlight does not end that turn.
Charizard evolves from Charmeleon starting at level 36, and is the final evolution of Charmander. When a pokémon evolves it retains its current level and stats. Evolution can be prevented by startling the pokémon when the process begins, pokémon will try again every subsequent level. The leveling rate for Charizard is Medium Slow. Charizard has three forms: Mega Charizard X, Mega Charizard Y, and Gigantamax Charizard. It can Mega Evolve into Mega Charizard X using the Charizardite X and Mega Charizard Y using the Charizardite Y, and can Gigantamax into Gigantamax Charizard if it has the Gigantamax Factor. Will revert from either form back into a normal Charizard after the battle concludes. When a pokémon is Mega Evolved its stats increase by 10%, and when a pokémon is in its Gigantamax form its stats are increased by 50%.
Charizard is a draconic, bipedal Pokémon. It is primarily orange with a cream underside from the chest to the tip of its tail. It has a long neck, small blue eyes, slightly raised nostrils, and two horn-like structures protruding from the back of its rectangular head. Two fangs are visible in its upper jaw when its mouth is closed. Two large wings with blue-green undersides sprout from its back, and a horn-like appendage juts out from the top of the third joint of each wing. A single wing finger is visible through the center of each wing membrane. Charizard's arms are short and skinny compared to its robust belly, and each limb has three white claws. It has stocky legs with cream-colored soles on each of its plantigrade feet. The tip of its long, tapering tail burns with a sizable flame, which can intensify to a blue flame if Charizard is irritated. It is said that Charizard would die if its flame were to go out. However, if the Pokémon is healthy, the flame will continue to burn even if it gets a bit wet and is said to steam in the rain. Charizard flies in search of powerful opponents to battle, and its fire will burn hotter as it gains experience. Its fiery breath can melt boulders and massive glaciers and has been known to cause forest fires accidentally. Though its fiery breath is hot, it never turns it on any opponent weaker than itself. The shiny form of Charizard loses some of its red pigmentation in its body and games melanin in its body becoming more of a very dark grey color that is almost black, as well its wings lose their blue-green pigmentation and become a deep red color, while otherwise remaining the same. Height is 5ft 7in or 1.7m, Weight is 199.5 lbs or 90.5 kg.
As Mega Charizard X, its body and legs are more physically fit, though its arms remain thin. Its skin turns black with a sky-blue underside and soles. Two spikes with blue tips curve upward from the front and back of each shoulder, while the tips of its horns sharpen, turn blue, and curve slightly upward. Its brow and claws are larger, and its eyes are now red. It has two small, fin-like spikes under each horn and two more down its lower neck. The finger disappears from the wing membrane, and the lower edges are divided into large, rounded points. The third joint of each wing-arm is adorned with a claw-like spike. Mega Charizard X breathes blue flames out the sides of its mouth, and the flame on its tail now burns blue consistently. It is said that its new power turns it black and creates more intense flames. Mega Charizard X's claw strength has also increased from its original form. Mega Charizard X's Height is 5ft 7in or 1.7m, Weight is 243.6 lbs or 110.5 kg.
As Mega Charizard Y, it becomes sleeker in appearance but retains its normal coloration. It has three pointed horns on the back of its head, the middle of which is longer. Its snout has larger fangs and a ridge on the nose. Its neck is shorter, but its torso is thinner and longer. It features longer digitigrade feet. Its hands are less developed, with extremely shortened fingers that are no longer separated from each other. Small wings develop on its wrists, while the ones on its back become larger, lose the wing finger passing through their membrane and end up with ragged edges. The back of its tail has a large spike at the base and three smaller ones near the tip, which now burns with a longer flame. Mega Charizard Y is said to have incredible flying prowess that is greater than that of a jet fighter. Mega Charizard Y's Height is 5ft 7in or 1.7m, Weight is 221.6 lbs or 100.5 kg.
As Gigantamax Charizard, it becomes larger and more physically fit. The lower part of its body glows white, with several yellow diamonds on the lower belly. There are also diamond-shaped spots located on the front legs. The claws located on its hands and feet become longer and sharper. The feet become longer and digitigrade, retaining small glowing soles under the forefeet. The sclerae of the eyes become yellow. The glow of a flame can be seen in the mouth, and the teeth grow, with the lower front teeth and three teeth in the middle now protruding when the mouth is closed. The flame on the tail extends out and has three red clouds surrounding it, like the clouds most other Gigantamax Pokémon have. Two flames sprout from its horns, and its wings are transformed into literal flame wings extending to the shoulder blade. Due to being enhanced by Gigantamax energy, the fire within Charizard's body has become much stronger, burning hotter than 3,600 degrees Fahrenheit (2,000 degrees Celsius) and continuing to rise in temperature when Gigantamax Charizard roars. Gigantamax Charizard's Height is 91ft 10in or 28m, Weight is unknown.
Charizard is a carnivorous pokémon whose nutrition and energy requirements are met by consumption of animal tissues (mainly muscle, fat and other soft tissues) as food, whether through predation or scavenging. The flame on its tail grows brighter when Charizard has a full stomach and will grow dimmer as it becomes hungrier.

Squirtle is a Water Type Pokémon introduced in Generation I. Its natural Ability is Torrent. When a Pokémon with Torrent uses a Water Type move it boosts the Pokémon's Attack or Special Attack by 50% when using the next Water Type move. In rare cases or through special training Squirtle may have or gain the Hidden Ability Rain Dish. During rain, a Pokémon with Rain Dish will regain 1/16 of its maximum HP at the end of each turn.
Squirtle evolves into Wartortle starting at level 16, which evolves into Blastoise starting at level 36. When a pokémon evolves it retains its current level and stats. Evolution can be prevented by startling the pokémon when the process begins, pokémon will try again every subsequent level. The leveling rate for Squirtle is Medium Slow.
Squirtle is a small reptilian Pokémon that resembles a light-blue turtle. While it typically walks on its two short legs, it has been shown to run on all fours in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. It has large, purplish, or reddish eyes and a slightly hooked upper lip. Each of its hands and feet has three pointed digits. The end of its long, squirrel-like tail curls inward. Its body is encased by a tough shell that forms and hardens after birth. This shell is brown on the top, pale yellow on the bottom, and has a thick white ridge between the two halves. Squirtle's shell is a useful tool. It can withdraw into its shell for protection or to sleep. The grooved, rounded shape helps to reduce water resistance, allowing the Pokémon to swim at high speeds. Squirtle can spray foamy water from its mouth with great accuracy. Squirtle is known to sleep by withdrawing its limbs and head into its shell.[1] It does this to protect itself from threats while sleeping. It also occasionally rocks contentedly from side to side while sleeping. The shiny form of Squirtle becomes lighter in color, while the brown part of its shell becomes a deep green color. Height is 1ft 8in or 0.5 m, Weight is 19.8 lbs or 9.0 kg.
Squirtle is a omnivorous pokémon whose nutrition and energy requirements are met by consumption of both animals and plants as food, whether through predation or scavenging. They are primarily piscivorous preferring to feed on water plants and aquatic invertebrates.
Squirtle will always hatch from eggs laid by either Wartortle or Blastoise, and will likely hatch from eggs if only the mother is either a Wartortle or Blastoise. Squirtle itself is not capable of laying eggs, but may still experience sexual arousal. All Pokémon are level 1 upon hatching from an egg.
