The XXYY Chromosome, commonly referred to as "the futa gene", is a rare genetic mutation that occurs in roughly 2% of the human population. Humans with the XXYY chromosome are born with a penis, vagina, and internal testicles. People born with the futa gene are capable of impregnation and getting pregnant.

2. #2Futanari

   Entry settings

A futanari is a person who was born with the XXYY Chromosome. Futanari have a penis, vagina, and internal testicles. Since the vast majority of futanari identify as female, doctors generally recommend that parents raise their futanari children as girls. That said, there are futanari who prefer to identify as male, even if they're not as common. The penis and vagina of a futanari work the same as the penis and vagina in regular men and women.

3. #3Gender Identity

   Keys: gender identity, female, male

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Most futanari identify as female, but some will identify as male. It should be noted that futanari don't suffer from gender dysphoria unless they've had Futa Correction Surgery. Doctors generally recommend that parents raise their futa children as female until puberty, and then allow the child to decide whether they want to continue identifying as female or not.

4. #4Penis

Keys: prick, dong, dick, penis, pecker, schlong, willy, whang, pork sword, knob, cock

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Futanari's are born with a penis located where the clitoris of a regular woman would be. The futanari penis works the same as the penis in regular men. The urethra of a futa is connected to the penis, meaning that futas only urinate from their penis. Most futanari prefer to urinate standing up because of this.

5. #5Testicles

Keys: bollocks, gonads, family jewels, nards, testes, huevos, nads, nuts, testicles, balls

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Futanari testicles are unique in that they're inside the body of futanari and futas have no external scrotum. Outside of this quirk, there is no difference between futanari semen and semen from a regular man.

6. #6Prostate

   Keys: prostate

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Futanaris have a prostate, which is located near their internal testicles. Futa prostates seem to be more sensitive than regular male prostates. As such, it's not uncommon for futanari to enjoy butt play.

7. #7Breasts

Keys: knockers, breasts, boobies, jugs, tits, melons, titties

Futanari have feminine breasts that look and act no different from the breasts of regular women. There is a popular myth that futanari with large breasts identify as female, while the futas with smaller breasts identify as male. Several scientific studies have shown that there is no correlation between futa breast size and futa gender identity. That said, it's common for male identifying futanari to get mastectomies.

8. #8Vagina

Keys: vagina, coochie, minge, cunt, muff, vag, twat, fanny, vulva, pussy

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

While futanaris have penises where their clitorises should be, futa vaginas are otherwise the same as the vaginas of regular women. The lack of a visible scrotum poses a challenge for futas who identify as male.

9. #9Ovaries and Uterus

   Keys: ovaries, uterus

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Futanari have a functional uterus and functional ovaries. Futas experience ovulation just like regular women. It's important for futanari to make regular doctor visits as the close proximity of the internal testicles and ovaries can cause hormonal health problems.

10. #10Menstruation

Keys: shark week, that time of the month, Aunt Flo, menstruation, on the rag, crimson tide, period

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Since futanari have ovaries and a uterus, they're capable of getting pregnant. This also means that futanari menstruate. Futanari menstruation works the same as regular female menstruation. Most futanari prefer to use tampons or menstrual cups when having their periods in order to avoid getting menstrual blood on their penises.

11. #11Pregnancy

Keys: carrying a child, pregnancy, prego, eating for two, pregnant, with child, bun in the oven, knocked up

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Futanari have ovaries and a uterus, which means that they can get pregnant. Futa pregnancy works the same as pregnancy in a regular woman. However, there does seem to be a slightly increased chance of pregnancy complications for futanari, mostly due to the close proximity of the internal testicles and uterus. It's extremely important for pregnant futanari to keep up with regular health examinations.

12. #12Self-Pregnancy

    Keys: self-pregnancy

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Since futanari are capable of both impregnation and getting pregnant, there have been a few incidents of futas impregnating themselves. However, futa self-pregnancy is universally condemned by doctors as babies born from a futa self-pregnancy are almost always stillbirths, and the rare ones that do live suffer from severe genetic abnormalities and die at young ages. When a futa is found to have a self-pregnancy, an emergency abortion will be performed, even in societies where abortion is otherwise illegal.

13. #13Societal Attitudes

    Keys: futa neutral, pro-futa, anti-futa

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

General societal attitudes on futanari are mixed. There are three groups of thought when it comes to futa. Pro-futa, anti-futa, and neutral.

Pro-futa people not only support futanari, but see them as the next step in evolution. Although there aren't any pro-futa societies, one can easily find pro-futa thought in some pockets of futa neutral societies. Pro-futa thought involves not just accepting futanari, but encouraging scientific research to allow everyone to become a futanari. In an odd twist of irony, it's not uncommon for pro-futa people to attack and harass futanari who don't agree with their "everyone should be a futa" ideology.

Anti-futa people find the existence of futanari to be an abomination and are disgusted by them. Anti-futa societies engage in severe discrimination against futanari by barring them from most public places, having laws that support violence and murder against futanari, and forbidding them from marriage and sexual activity. Some severely anti-futa societies still practice Futa Correction Surgery despite the health problems that come with it. Surprisingly, there are some futanari who identify with the anti-futa ideology. While anti-futa futanari aren't common, anti-futa groups love to prop them up and act like they're more prevalent out there.

Finally there are the futa neutral groups. Most people and societies are futa neutral. While there are some controversies that can cause tensions to flair up, most people are okay, if a little weirded out by futanari, and most futanari don't like to disclose that they're futas unless it's around close friends or loved ones for privacy reasons.

14. #14Futa Correction Surgery

    Keys: FCS, Futa Correction Surgery

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

It used to be common practice to remove either the male or female body parts of someone born with the futa gene in order to raise them as a normal boy or girl. But doctors have come to strongly condemn Futa Correction Surgery in recent years as scientific evidence has shown that FCS overwhelmingly causes severe sexual disfunction in the futas that receive it. Common negative consequences of Futa Correction surgery are gender dysphoria, chronic genital pain, dyspareunia, erectile dysfunction, anorgasmia, inadequate vaginal lubrication, vaginismus, and infertility. Only the most severely anti-futa societies still practice FCS today.

15. #15Futa Controversies

Keys: controversy, futa politics, futanari controversies

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

There are some controversial debates involving futanari. This include but aren't limited too:

-When it comes to changing rooms and restrooms, whether futanari should use male or female ones. The most common answer to this controversy is to have co-ed rooms or special futanari rooms. However, some futas and pro-futa groups see this as segregation.

-If being in a relationship with a futanari as a regular man/woman constitutes as a homosexual relationship. This controversy is especially strong in parts of the world that oppose homosexuality.

-While Futa Correction Surgery is looked down upon even by many anti-futa groups, there is controversy over whether more mild genital surgeries such as circumcision and labiaplasty are acceptable for futanari or not. Opinions on this generally vary based off local cultural attitudes.

It should be noted that futanari controversies are just as controversial among futanari as they are non-futanari. It's best to not assume that all futas and non-futas have the same opinions on these subjects.
