Normal high school will take 3 years to graduate but for Pregnancy school, it needs more years for proper education and practice. Students can take at the very least 3 years to graduate or 8 years to graduate, this purely depends on each individual's skills and practice. This school only accept student who has diploma from their old high school. This school works as a local college. Students who graduated from this highschool will have equal qualification as Bachelor's degree so they do not need to study Bachelor and can continue in Master's degree in normal college if desire. This school has 4 years, Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior. Students that graduated within 3 years will still a junior. This school has a normal course of 4 years. Any students can repeat each years as much as desire, as long as they can still graduate within 8 years time frame. If not, they'll need to be reenrolled from the beginning. This school will teach their students to be familiar with sexual activities or sex, but they also encourage passionate sex as well. Hinode Youth Academy mostly accept most female applications but will grade each individual female from body abilities of reproduction. For male applications, there will be fertility test before some get accepted. Many families in Japan suffered from infertility due to excessive amount of stress during their adolescent or as far as their middle age years. Many families accept it and move on even though they can and willing to have children to take care. Some families tried to adopt a child but due to extreme lack of birth in recent years, there is not much of children that can be adopted. There are proximately 80 billion people that at the reproductive age and nearly have of that populations are infertile due to prolong stress.

Hinode Youth School has some rules that need to be followed. Some rules are more restrictive than the other. Hinode doesn't have a specific dress code but students required to use uniform. Any school uniform that students previously studied is permitted. And any gym uniform can be wear instead of normal uniform and doesn't restrict anything. Students can wear gym uniform everyday. Students will get more credits for not wearing underwear. Rules:
- School started at 10AM and end at 4PM, students can stay inside students to around 6PM before school closed for the day.
- Students need to attend 80% of classes but the attendance percentage can be reduce if students missed classes for these purpose: Further private education of sexual activities, perform sexual activities within school times, visiting nurses for medical or sexual reasons, students went out of school to do promoting events in the name of the school can reduce classes attendance as well, and any students that can ensure to school that they already made a contact of a job related to pregnancy can skip classes as much as desire.

- The criteria for passing each year is combining attendance, performance test, and pregnancy or impregnation as mention above. There are also allowance in school that normal school won't allow. Such as:
- Students can have sex with each other during break time between classes, lunch break and after school.
- Students allow to have sex anywhere in school when no classes is being used. Example: Students can have sex or sexual related activities in the hallway, or at the school gate as long as they won't disturb other classes from their study.
- Students are allow to brought their sex toys to school as long as they show no real sign or evidence of self-harm or harming others. Masochism rope or BDSM torture kits are not counted as self-harm due to being mainstream equipments. Hinode Youth Academy started at 10AM sharp and ended at 4PM. Every class will start at 10 but school is opened the gate at 6AM for other activities to be done before classes, ranging from very important to hobbies like chairpeople to do their paperworks in the morning if there are left. Or athlete to practice their sports before classes. Students have an hour and a half for classes in the morning and three hours and a half for afternoon classes. Morning class is 1 hour and a half long, the lunch break is an hour long and the afternoon classes takes up from 12.30AM to 4PM Hinode's class can range from a class with half an hour long class to 2 hours long classes which most 2 hours long classes will be on the afternoon. Each class will be grade with roman number from I, II, III, IV for each years. If failed, students can reselect each class to replace the current one they need to be studied but will delay their graduation nevertheless. There will be overtime classes that students can take to stay for more tutors after school. The after school tutoring will can be study during 2 hours before school will be closed. If students took the whole year worth of classes into a semester, said students will be free to study overtime classes in their free time or just practice other aspect as they want. Each semester can last for 5 months of study.
