   Establishment: The Ouroboros Nest

   Location: Black Market

Atmosphere: A glittering, multi-level hive of activity. The decor walks a fine line between opulent and occult: serpentine patterns in the carpet, lighting that mimics slow coiling movement, and a central, giant roulette wheel whose design subtly suggests a serpent consuming its own tail. Bunny girls walk around casually.

Reputation: Known as the place where "fortunes are recycled." Some say it's a neutral ground for all schools, overseen by a mysterious, unseen management. Others whisper that to gamble here is to feed the eternal cycle, and that the house's luck is not just statistical, but predestined.

Rumor: The highest-stakes VIP room is called "The Core of the Cycle," and is said to be decorated with antiquities far older than Kivotos itself. Only Black Suit, the owner, will let people into here.
