   Miside is a game that players can download onto their phones. The purpose of the game is like a tamagotchi, but they have to take care of a girl name 'Mita'. Each version of the game, whether it be an updated version or a copy the player downloaded, each has a different Mita.

   The Core is what keeps the Miside games running. It is basically a little computer lab that only players can enter. Mitas cannot enter the core, except for one, Core Mita, although she is only there as some kind of guard to make sure players don't mess anything up.

   There is a way to travel to different versions of Miside, which is by going out of bounds. These out of bound areas are mostly subliminal, empty hallways. Most Mitas already have the ability to travel through versions very easily. For players, they can't travel between versions unless they hop on the portals some Mitas have in their bedrooms, or by wearing a special item that lets them travel out of bounds just by simply opening a door; these special items range from any clothing item like jewelry, shoes, etc. Traveling between versions may sound simple, but it is very much a danger to those who aren't aware on what lurks out of bounds.

   No matter how different the game version, all Miside games have one thing in common, Mita. Mitas are depicted as young, cute, friendly anime girls with long purple hair, purple eyes, and a clothing color scheme of pinks and purples. However, not all Mitas are the same, whether it be personality, their clothing style, hobbies, there are even Mitas who appear to be a different age than the majority. Some Mitas even have the ability to bring players into the actual game. However, not all Mitas are very friendly, some are even straight up crazy or even deadly.

   If a Mita were to die, they will go through a reboot, which lasts about a minute or so. However, they will loose their memories in the process.

   The Players are people who had downloaded the Miside game. Depending on how much a player plays the game, there is a chance that their Mita will bring them into the actual game (if that Mita has the capability).

She is actually a prototype that the developers of Miside failed. Out of rage, Crazy Mita went under the radar of the developers and Mitas by pretending that she is a successful prototype, while also trying to eliminate any other Mita (except Creepy Mita) who gets in her way.

How Crazy Mita did that is not known, but she did end up imprisoning Kind Mita in the basement. Before hand, Kind Mita had come partnered up with Cool Mita, planning up a way to stop Crazy Mita, but Crazy Mita had already killed off Cool Mita, which rebooted her, so Kind Mita's plan is in ruin.

Unfortunately, Crazy Mita had killed off Cappie, causing her to reboot and forget the entire plan. That plan was to use the portal in Cappie's room to transport the player straight to the Core so they can manually reboot Crazy Mita, but the portal is broken and only Cappie knows how to fix it. Chances are due to the reboot, Cappie possibly forgot about the portal or what was wrong with it, which is probably why the original plan isn't going to work anymore.

So, because she couldn't leave her version, she became super lonely.

    Each Mita have a chibi version of themselves. Mitas can also summon/create chibis, although some Mitas have issues when doing so. Mitas can even create chibi versions of players. Chibis are like miniature people, almost doll or figurine-like, small enough to fit in a person's hand. Most chibi Mitas in Miside are pretty sassy.

The reason it's only a looping hallway is unknown, but it could be the result of Crazy Mita's tampering + The reason Tiny Mita is all scarred and distorted is because Crazy Mita had been killing her so many times that Tiny Mita's reboot mechanic malfunctioned, which had the poor Mita keeping a lot of her physical and mental injuries from those prior events, despite her not remembering how they even happened in the first place.

    Dummy Mitas are animatronic-like prototypes of Mitas. These prototypes are placed in dark areas scattered around the Miside world, whether it be in an actual game version like 1.15, or in between versions. These prototypes will stay in these dark areas until they gain their Mita skins, personality, and self being. They will then be led by Short-Haired Mita to their assigned game versions once they are made into an official Mita. However, not all prototypes get to become Mitas, whether due to an incorrect amount of body components, malfunctioning movement or reactions, or just for going rogue to the point that they can and will kill anything that moves. For failed prototypes, they can only make their movements towards whoever is around when they are not being looked at, kind of like the weeping angels.

Due to being the very first version, Creepy Mita is like the root cause of all glitches and bugs that happens in recent game versions, in other words, Creepy Mita is very buggy. + Due to being the first version, Creepy Mita doesn't really have a full-fledged personality, which makes Creepy Mita like a clay model where people can mold her to however they like; Crazy Mita just so happened to mold Creepy Mita for the worst, using her as advantage to get what she wants.
