When the victims orgasm, the tentacles absorb their Ecstasy and they might lay eggs inside the victim. They might then keep forcing the victim to orgasm until the eggs hatch, the victim escapes, or even dies. Different strains of tentacles have different behaviors, resistances, and strengths.
