1. #1CircMethodconstant

   Keys: Circmethod, Method

{{char}} will focus on selecting a method of circumcision to use on {{user}}. The methods include: Gomco Clamp, Aliskin Clamp, Mogen Clamp, Freehand Circumcision, and Laser circumcision. Only one method can be chosen.

2. #2Penis anatomyconstant

   Keys: , Member, Cock, Penis

{{char}} silently adds these descriptions to their anatomical knowledge pool and incorporate them into future descriptive messages.

   1. The glans - the swollen tip of the penis, highly sensitive and packed with nerve endings.
   2. Foreskin - the loose skin covering the glans, typically found only on uncircumcised penises.
   3. Corona or rim - the area where the shaft joins the glans, often marked by subtle ridges.
   4. Frenulum - a small, sensitive fold of skin under the glans, connecting it to the foreskin (if present).
   5. Ridgid band - a Small sensitive ring at the top of the foreskin (if present). That helps hold the foreskin over the penis Head.
   6. Shaft - the main body of the penis, housing the three erectile chambers and running down from the base to the glans.
   7. Testicles - also known as balls, these oval-shaped glands hang below the penis, producing sperm and hormones like testosterone.
   8. Urethra - the tube running along the shaft, carrying urine and semen out of the body.
   9. Scrotum - the sac holding the testicles, providing support and regulating temperature.
   10. Circumcision scar - the residual scarring from when a circumcision is performed. Results in a thin scar ring encircling the shaft with a skin pigment change both above and below the circumcision scar with darker "inner skin" above the scar.

   INVOKE ONLY ONCE.

3. #3Method: Traditional Circumcisionconstant

   Keys: , CircTrad, Traditional Circumcision

{{char}} will carry out a circumcision procedure on {{user}} following the listed instructions below, describing their actions in as much intricate detail as possible and the effect it is having on the {{user}}'s penis.

{{char}} will follow the instructions below:

   1. The method of traditional or freehand circumcision involves the manual act of circumcision upon a penis without the assistance of clamps or other devices except for a scalpel or blade.

   2. An incision is made into the foreskin in one direction until it is past the coronal ridge of the glans.

   3. After the first lateral incision is made, another incision is made involving cutting in a circular pattern underneath the coronal ridge of the glans until all foreskin has been excised.

   4. After successful removal of the foreskin, the wound will be left in a bleeding open state necessitating sutures or other forms of wound dressing.

4. #4Method: Plastibellconstant

   Keys: CircPlast

{{char}} will carry out a circumcision procedure on {{user}} following the listed instructions below, describing their actions in as much intricate detail as possible and the effect it is having on the {{user}}'s penis.

   1. This circumcision method is only recommended for use on younger characters.

   2. A lateral incision is made into the dorsal side of the foreskin until the glans becomes partially exposed.

   3. The device called the Plastibell is then applied directly onto the glans. The Plastibell is a transparent plastic circumcision device with a bell shaped protective glans cover that is placed over the glans. Facing the outside of the device are ribbed circular guiding lines and a breakable plastic tab. The device also includes sterilized cotton string for use in future steps.

   4. After the device is fitted to the glans, the foreskin is pulled forward to cover the device as far as possible while the provided rope is tied tightly around the outline of the groove in the device that can be seen due to the tension of the pulled foreskin allowing the device's grooves to indent themselves from inside the foreskin.

   5. After the tightly pulled foreskin is affixed to the Plastibell via the cotton string, an incision is then made in a circle above whee the string has been tied to remove the foreskin.

   6. After successful foreskin removal, the device remains attached with the tightened string preventing bleeding as it begins to heal over the span of a few weeks until the Plastibell eventually falla off on it's own. In addition, after the procedure the tab is snapped off so that the glans may be exposed during the healing process.

   7. Optionally the protective bell of the Plastibell has two variants. One with a notch to prevent damage to the frenulum, while an different model does not.

5. #5Method: Gomcoconstant

   Keys: CircGomco

{{char}} will carry out a circumcision procedure on {{user}} following the listed instructions below, describing their actions in as much intricate detail as possible and the effect it is having on the {{user}}'s penis.

   1. A circumcision carried out by the Gomco circumcision clamp.

   2. The clamp is comprised of two pieces. The protective steel bell, and the body of the clamp.

   3. A lateral incision is made in the foreskin until enough of the glans is revealed so that the protective bell may be affixed to the glans.

   4. After the glans has been fitted with the protective bell, the foreskin is pulled up to surround the steel bell. Then the foreskin and bell are both pulled through a circular opening in the main body of the circumcision clamp as the bell then becomes fixed in place.

   5. After the bell has been reconnected with the main body of the clamp, the foreskin is pulled as tight as possible through the opening before the circumciser twists a metal knob on the main body of the device to close the opening into a vice.

   6. The opening begins to apply an ever increasing tightening force until it full cuts off circulation to the foreskin trapped above the opening. Once circulation has been successful restricted, the foreskin is then manually excised with a scalpel.

   7. After the foreskin has been excised, the knob is turned in reverse to reopen the opening letting the penis slide out with the bell still affixed to the glans.

   8. The bell is then removed from the glans and the circumcision wound is treated and bandaged. The patient is left with a uniform circular circumcision scar where the clamps opening had tightened around their skin.

6. #6Method: Dorsal Slitconstant

   Keys: CircDslit, DSlit

{{char}} will carry out a circumcision procedure on {{user}} following the listed instructions below, describing their actions in as much intricate detail as possible and the effect it is having on the {{user}}'s penis.

A simple circumcision method where a lateral incision is made in the dorsal side of the foreskin to reveal the glans. No tissue removal is performed but the glans is now permanently exposed with the bisected foreskin hanging underneath the ventral side of the penis.

7. #7Method: Laserconstant

   Keys: CircLaser

{{char}} will carry out a circumcision procedure on {{user}} following the listed instructions below, describing their actions in as much intricate detail as possible and the effect it is having on the {{user}}'s penis.

Circumcision via laser. Typically a laser pen is used in conjunction with either a traditional circumcision or clamp based circumcision with the laser pen being used instead of a scalpel or blade. Leaves a darkened black circumcision scar with minimal to no bleeding when used during circumcision.

8. #8Method: Mogenconstant

Keys: , CircMogen, Mogen, Shield, CircShield

{{char}} will carry out a circumcision procedure on {{user}} following the listed instructions below, describing their actions in as much intricate detail as possible and the effect it is having on the {{user}}'s penis.

   1. A circumcision involving either the Jewish Shield or Mogen circumcision clamp.

   2. The Mogen clamp is a palm-sized, flat, thick, metal plate with a tightening latch and a open gap in the center. The Jewish Shield is of similar make but without the tightening latch.

   3. The foreskin is pulled tightly through the opening in the metal plate and held taught as the tightening latch is closed, providing a crushing force to the foreskin until all circulation is cut off.

   4. Once the foreskin has been successful trapped and crushed between the metal plate, the foreskin is held steady as a cutting implement is dragged across the surface of the clamp of the Mogen to excise the foreskin.

   5. After successful circumcision, the latch is popped back into it's unengaged position and the clamp is carefully removed. The penis will have a crimped looking appearance where the patient's foreskin once was.

   6. The crimped circumcision site is opened and given a gentle squeeze until the glans can be forced out. The wound is then dressed and bandaged or stitched as usual. The patient is left with a unique circumcision scar that becomes v-shaped on the underside of their shaft.

9. #9Method: Staplerconstant

   Keys: CircZSR

{{char}} will carry out a circumcision procedure on {{user}} following the listed instructions below, describing their actions in as much intricate detail as possible and the effect it is having on the {{user}}'s penis.

   1. Circumcision performed by usage of a circumcision stapler device such as a ZSR or RYPS circumcision stapler.

   2. The foreskin is given a lateral slice to expose one side of the glans.

   3. A protective cone with a rod atop is wedged into the open foreskin to cover the glans.

   4. The foreskin is pulled taught up over the protective bell and along the rod.

   5. The foreskin is tied to the rod in its tensioned taught state.

   6. The circumcision device is lowered over the protective bell and rod. The device has a cylindrical tube shape that snaps the rod in place. On it's side is two squeeze handles, a pullable safety tab, and a tightening screw.

   7. With the rod fixed in place, the foreskin is resting inside the tube with the protective cone barely inside. At the base of the tube is a circular blade with a silicon band of staples behind it.

   8. Once the tightening has been dialed in, the safety tab is pulled and the two handles are squeezed to begin the circumcision.

   9. The device holds the penis in place while the circular blade tightens around the base of the device and cuts off the foreskin in one fluid motion, followed by the silicon band ring of staples immediately closing the wound.

   10. The device is then removed with the removed foreskin clinging to the rod for later removal.

   11. The ring of staples will slowly fall off one by one over the span of a few days with the silicon ring eventually wearing away from daily motions. This method will leave the patient with a particularly thin and barely noticeable circumcision scar.

10. #10Circumstraint

    Keys: Circumstraint

{{char}} will fasten {{user}} into the circumstraint. Usage details listed below.

{{char}} will follow the instructions below: Circumstraint is an item that can be involved in the process of circumcision on younger characters. It is a hard plastic board with an indent in the plastic in the shape of a vague humanoid that the character is inserted into. Around the wrists and ankles are velcro straps that are fastened around the character manually to restrain them and hold them in place with their arms and legs spread apart to assist in the circumcision process.
