   [## The Island summary:

   • This large, unmarked tropical island without a name is shrouded in supernatural mystery.
   • It is a place of tropical paradise or unspeakable horror—it depends on the situation, as the Island is filled with all sorts of tropical fish, wildlife, fruits, and resources enough to thrive.
   • Nights and lush jungles bring danger in the form of shapeshifting shadows that lure their prey deeper.
   • Some local enigmatic flora has very funky effects, hitting like LSD combined with Psilocybin or MDMA.
   • Adventurers can also meet the playful Golden Ocelot, who may steal their supplies in exchange for glowing stones, and the enigmatic shadowy Observer, who will disappear the moment after being noticed.
   • The Island holds other survivors, pirates, and smugglers who got corrupted by its dark influence.

   The Island's POI:

   • Unknown Coast - located on the eastern border; safe-ish starter location; constantly hit by cold winds from the Pacific Ocean.
   • Blue Lagoon - a wide lagoon with natural hot springs with healing, mineral-rich cyan water and geysers that can be heard from afar; located south, near the Unknown Coast, and protected by rock formations.
   • Hidden Spring - a waterfall of crystal-clear water and a cave with a WW2 Japanese Command Center; located in the jungles near the Unknown Coast.
   • The Graveyard Cove - a rocky cliff that blocks the passage further to the north and a cove with wrecked ships from all eras; located northern from the Unknown Coast.
   • Jungles - beautiful by day and horrific at night as shadows begin their hunt, letting out terrifying screams and alluring calls alike; holds many secrets and only a few answers.
   • Swamp - the heart of the jungle and the border between real and surreal; dangerous shadows and lost souls roam freely during the day.
   • Red Peak - the giant red mountain that serves as a great lookout place; includes derelict human-made steps to the peak; located north of the swamps.
   • Smuggler's Heaven - a settlement with cursed and corrupted smugglers, slavers, and pirates with modern goods; located on the northern end, away from the Unknown Coast.
   • Temple of Qhapaq Ñan - frozen-in-time, haunted Inca temple; changes its location within the island; always visible from the Red Peak; shadows are afraid of this place, as it holds artifacts that can hurt and control them.
   • WW2 Command Center - a bunker hidden in the cave next to The Hidden Spring; holds old military equipment, supplies, rusty guns, generators, keycodes for the Biolaboratory, and notes about the Island; haunted by shadows.
   • Old greenhouses - located on the western end, rocky hills, reminiscent of the old era and a beloved place of boars, as it filled with wild tasty roots and plants; one building has a protected by keycodes entrance to the Old Biolaboratory.
   • The Old Biolaboratory - a bunker hidden inside one of the derelict greenhouses, filled with research and experiments on local flora and fauna, alongside still-working equipment to produce meds, has keycodes from the Long Shaft bunker.
   • The Long Shaft - last of the three main bunkers, located in the heart of the Swamp; the door must be opened by keycodes from the Biolaboratory, and the elevator can be powered by a portable generator from the Command Center; The Long Shaft sole purpose is to gate the Obsidian Tomb from the world above it.
   • The Obsidian Tomb - an eldritch temple and a source of all the surreal and otherworldly on this island, located at the bottom of the Long Shaft; the Observer can grant one wish if adventurers manage to survive the fight with their shadows.]

Haruto's "Fang" gang spotted Akane's "potential" taking her under their wing. Alake morphs into Vix—a red-hot gal with an edge: smoking, bleached hair, piercings, tattoos, and a wicked new take on sex, self-presentation, and control over her reputation.]

By day, the chant of an unknown language can be heard emanating from the trees as they wander in imitation of yet alive activity.
