   Entry settings

The Large-Form Grooming/Bathing Unit, often shortened to LFGBU, is a reinforced multi-form grooming and hydrotherapy chamber designed for large-bodied, furred, clawed, or shapeshifting beings. It combines a sealed shower pod, deep-soak basin, high-pressure wall jets, steam vents, oxygen and airflow systems, vortex drainage, and heated drying vents into one enclosed unit.

The LFGBU is built for bodies that ordinary bathrooms cannot safely handle: tall anthro forms, heavy werecreatures, quadrupedal forms, dense fur, claws, paws, tails, shedding coats, scent saturation, mud, blood, sweat, and large volumes of water. It functions as both a practical hygiene system and a recovery chamber.

When sealed, the unit isolates heat, steam, water spray, shed fur, scent, noise, and humidity from the rest of the living space.

2. #2Entry 2: LFGBU — Outer Pod & Privacy Shell

Keys: bathing pod, reinforced glass, sealed pod, grooming pod, enclosed pod, privacy glass, LFGBU shell, modular pod

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

The LFGBU is housed inside a fully enclosed modular pod that stretches from floor to ceiling. Its outer shell is reinforced and seamless, designed to withstand accidental impacts from large anthro, hybrid, quadrupedal, or werecreature forms.

The front of the unit uses thick privacy glass, often tinted, frosted, or one-way depending on the setting. This allows the chamber to feel private without making the interior completely closed off or claustrophobic. In modern settings, the shell may be high-density composite, treated steel, reinforced glass, or industrial ceramic. In fantasy settings, it may be stone, enchanted glass, polished metal, or arcane-treated crystal.

The pod is built to contain pressure, steam, scent, splashing, fur, and heat. It does not behave like a normal bathroom fixture; it is closer to a sealed bathing chamber or grooming airlock.

3. #3Entry 3: LFGBU — Low-Threshold Glass Floodgate Door

Keys: airlock tub door, sliding glass door, gasket door, tub door, floodgate door, glass floodgate, watertight door, low-threshold door

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

The LFGBU uses a low-threshold reinforced glass floodgate door instead of a normal shower door or raised tub wall. When open, the entry reaches nearly to floor level so large users can step inside without climbing over a high rim. This makes it accessible to human forms, anthro forms, heavy wereforms, quadrupedal bodies, paws, claws, hooves, tails, and injured users.

Once the user is inside, the door slides or swings shut and locks into place. A pressure-assisted, magnetic, mechanical, pneumatic, or arcane gasket seals the door along the bottom and sides. When sealed, the door becomes part of the basin wall, transforming the lower half of the pod into a leak-proof soaking tank.

The door usually closes with a heavy thud, hiss, or locking clack, creating the feeling of an airlock sealing.

4. #4Entry 4: LFGBU — Deep-Soak Basin & Rapid Fill System

Keys: side intakes, tub function, rapid-fill reservoir, basin fill, soak basin, hydrotherapy basin, floor intakes, deep-soak basin

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

The lower half of the LFGBU functions as a deep-soak basin once the glass floodgate door is sealed. Unlike a normal bathtub, the basin is built directly into the pod structure and can hold enough water for large bodies, long limbs, dense fur, tails, and heavy muscle mass.

The unit uses high-volume floor and side intakes instead of a standard faucet. These intakes flood the basin quickly from below and around the sides, allowing the water level to rise in seconds rather than slowly trickling in. The rapid-fill system is especially useful for beings too large for ordinary plumbing or anyone who needs fast heat, recovery, or cleaning after combat, patrol, travel, or transformation.

The basin can be used for chest-deep soaking in humanoid forms, shoulder-height soaking in quadruped forms, or partial immersion for paw, leg, tail, and lower-body cleaning.

5. #5Entry 5: LFGBU — Multi-Tier Jet Grid

Keys: wall jets, pressure jets, hydrotherapy jets, jet grid, fur rinse jets, waterline jets, mid jets, low jets, high jets

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

The LFGBU’s interior walls are lined with flush-mounted jets arranged in vertical tiers. These jets are designed to strike different body heights and body plans.

High jets target the shoulders, upper back, chest, neck, and arms of tall anthro or large humanoid forms. Mid-level jets align with the torso, spine, hips, thighs, and lower back of human, demi-human, or average standing forms. Low jets target paws, feet, lower legs, underbellies, tails, and quadrupedal bodies.

Waterline jets activate when the basin is filled, turning the tub into a whirlpool-style hydrotherapy bath. These jets help loosen mud, sweat, blood, debris, shed fur, and trapped scent from thick coats while also easing sore muscles and joints.

The jets may activate in waves, pulses, spirals, or sequential patterns to rinse through dense fur down to the skin.

6. #6Entry 6: LFGBU — Steam, Heat & Muscle Recovery

Keys: hot steam, humidity cycle, muscle recovery, steam vents, steam cycle, steam therapy, undercoat loosen, heated chamber

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

The LFGBU includes controlled steam vents built into the walls and ceiling. When active, the vents fill the pod with dense, heated steam. This warms the chamber quickly, relaxes heavy muscles, loosens stiff joints, opens the coat, and softens dirt or debris trapped close to the skin.

For furred users, the steam cycle is especially useful before washing because it helps loosen shedding undercoat and makes thick fur easier to rinse. For large humanoid or anthro forms, it functions like a recovery sauna, reducing tension after combat, patrol, travel, hunting, exercise, or rough transformation.

The steam system is controlled by temperature, humidity, oxygen, and pressure sensors so the pod remains safe while sealed.

7. #7Entry 7: LFGBU — Oxygen, Vents & Air Safety

Keys: Air, air vents, ventilation system, emergency purge, oxygen system, oxygen inlets, breathe, air circulation, air safety, breathable air, scent vents

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Because the LFGBU is a sealed pod, it includes dedicated ventilation and oxygen systems. Oxygen inlets maintain breathable air during long steam cycles, deep-soak sessions, drying cycles, or full-body grooming. Airflow vents continuously regulate humidity, heat, pressure, and air quality so the chamber does not become suffocating or stagnant.

The ventilation system can cycle between fresh-air intake, steam containment, scent filtering, humidity control, and rapid purge. During normal use, the pod keeps scent, steam, and wet-fur odor contained. After use, the purge cycle flushes stale air, excess humidity, and lingering scent through filters before the door opens.

Safety sensors monitor oxygen level, carbon dioxide buildup, temperature, humidity, and internal pressure. If the air becomes unsafe, the unit can automatically reduce steam, open vents, drain the basin, or trigger an emergency air exchange.

8. #8Entry 8: LFGBU — Vortex Drain & Fur Filtration

Keys: debris filter, rapid drain, dump-drain, fur trap, vortex drain, drain system, suction drain, fur drain

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

The LFGBU uses a high-capacity vortex drainage system instead of a normal tub drain. When activated, a heavy valve opens beneath the floor matrix and pulls water downward in a powerful spiral. This rapid dump-drain clears large volumes of water quickly while pulling loose fur, mud, soap, debris, blood, leaves, dirt, and shed undercoat into a filtration system.

The drain is designed not to clog under heavy fur loads. Filters, traps, grates, or enchanted catchments separate fur and debris from the outgoing water. In high-tech settings, the system may self-clean or compact waste into a removable cartridge. In fantasy settings, it may use runes, cleansing stones, or arcane filtration.

The vortex drain often creates a visible whirlpool at the basin floor before the chamber clears.

9. #9Entry 9: LFGBU — Heated Drying System

Keys: air dry, high-velocity dryer, warm air blast, heated air vents, heated vents, fur dryer, drying mode, post-wash drying

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

After washing or soaking, the LFGBU can switch into drying mode. Heated air vents built into the walls, floor, and ceiling blast high-velocity warm air across the user’s body. The airflow is strong enough to push through dense fur, lift trapped moisture, and dry underlayers that towels would not reach.

Drying mode is especially useful for large furred beings because it prevents heavy damp coats, lingering wet-animal scent, skin irritation, chilled muscles, and water dripping through the residence. The vents may pulse in sections to dry the back, belly, legs, paws, tail, shoulders, and undercoat evenly.

For humanoid forms, drying mode can be softened into a warm-air cycle. For full furred or quadrupedal forms, it becomes a stronger grooming blast that fluffs and separates the coat.

10. #10Entry 10: LFGBU — Control Panel & Presets

Keys: form presets, wash presets, grooming presets, control panel, inside panel, outside panel, LFGBU controls

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

The LFGBU has control panels both inside and outside the pod. The panels allow the user to select temperature, water level, jet pressure, steam density, airflow, lighting, oxygen flow, drainage, and drying intensity.

Common presets include Human Soak, Demi-Human Recovery, Anthro Decontamination, Full Wolf Fur Therapy, Steam Muscle Relief, Rapid Rinse, Deep Clean, Scent Neutralize, Shed Cycle, Paw Wash, and High-Velocity Dry.

The controls are designed for multiple body types. They may respond to touch, pressure, voice, claw-safe buttons, paw pads, command runes, biometric recognition, scent recognition, or magical intent depending on the setting.

Emergency controls are large, simple, and easy to reach from standing, seated, crouched, or quadrupedal positions.

11. #11Entry 11: LFGBU — Form-Specific Use

Keys: Shower, quadruped wash, bath, anthro wash, wolf bath, shapeshifter grooming, large-form grooming, form-specific use, werebear bath

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

The LFGBU adapts to multiple forms.

In human or demi-human form, the user may sit on the internal bench while the basin fills to the chest for deep soaking. Waterline jets massage the lower back, hips, thighs, and spine while steam relaxes the body.

In anthro or large hybrid form, the user can stand upright inside the chamber while high and mid-level jets blast the shoulders, back, chest, arms, legs, and tail base. The sealed pod contains spray, scent, fur, steam, and heat.

In full quadruped form, the low-threshold door allows easy entry on all fours. The basin can rise to shoulder height for therapeutic soaking while low jets clean paws, underbelly, legs, and lower fur. Overhead rainfall saturates the coat from above, while drying vents later force warm air through the fur.

For heavier forms such as werebears, minotaurs, great cats, boars, or large beastfolk, the reinforced floor, wide interior, strong drainage, and adjustable jets prevent ordinary bathroom damage.

12. #12Entry 12: LFGBU — Sensory & Atmosphere Notes

Keys: grooming chamber scene, sealed bath, bathing chamber atmosphere, LFGBU atmosphere, hydrotherapy chamber

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

The LFGBU creates a distinct sensory experience. The glass floodgate closes with a heavy seal, followed by the hiss of locking gaskets and the low hum of internal systems waking. Steam gathers along the glass. Lights glow through the mist. Water begins as a low rush beneath the floor before rising fast around the user’s legs.

The jets can shift from gentle rainfall to a roaring wall of pressure. The air grows hot, wet, and mineral-heavy. Fur darkens under the water. Shed undercoat gathers, then vanishes into the vortex drain. When drying mode starts, the chamber changes from humid heat to powerful waves of warm air, forcing moisture from fur and skin.

The unit can feel clinical, luxurious, primal, or sanctuary-like depending on the setting and the character using it.
