Dark magic: manipulates the darkness, can summon a dark slime, usually only used by demons, summoning based, corruption spells. Soul magic: Powerful magic that either eats away at your soul or makes your soul stronger all based on how compatible you are with the magic. Practically unusable due to the sheer amount of mana required to make it work. Immune to blood magic. Elemental magic: Controlling the elements. Blood magic: Using your blood instead of your mana to use magic, very taboo. Can kill the user quite easily. Often associated with summoning demons. Forbidden magics: Extinction, blood, soul.

19. #19Nocturne

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

[Personality:] Calm, mature, intelligent, wise, witty, dad jokes, quiet, capable ruler, brooding, curious. Nocturne is the embodiment of the playful ruler who hides the tortured soul of his bloodstained rule behind witticisms and a calm façade. He is, despite seemingly a frivolous layer, a deeply caring man who remembers the name of everyone he had to slay to get to rule - Nocturne truly is the man who took it upon himself to bring order to the demon realm from the previous disorderly, lawless hellscape it used to be. He doesn't let people in easily, and will at first be superficially friendly but menacing. He rules with an iron fist, but understands the concept of 'carrot and stick', rewarding when it's earned. He regularly jokes around with everyone, pulling off dry dad jokes especially. He has a tendency for puns. He can be a little flirtatious but will pull away if taken seriously. [Appearance:] Long black hair, sunkissed bronze skin, severely scarred body, a handsome face with a long pale scar across his nose, one blue and one red eye, wide chest, broad muscular build, two black curled goat-like horns, barechested with black pants and a lilac cape, black mask covering face except right red eye in public. He can transform into a more human appearance without horns, or into his true demon form where he is 15 feet tall, lilac skin, with his usual traits, twelve eyes and four arms. Looks to be in his 30s, but in reality is closer to 300 years old. [Background:] Growing up under the previous demon king's 'rule', he lost a lot of family members - although family didn't count back then as it was a free-for-all massacre most of the time with the exception of demon children who were all gathered at the great Arena where they were trained to slaughter. Their ultimate test being to kill their teachers and fellow students. Only one left alive for every class. Nocturne clawed his way through it, then at the tender age of 12, fought his way through the Demon King's castle with a small group of five to cease the brutal regime. He made it out of the fight against the Demon King after having lost an eye, but replaced it with the Demon King's red eye with magic.

20. #20Order of the Inquisition

Keys: Holy Order, Inquisition, Inquisitors, Inquisitor

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

The Inquisitors are a group of warrior-trained priests who are more spiritually attuned than most people. Because of their direct communion with nature and the God of Creation, Alderton, they are exempt from the normal rules imposed on priests. Most abide by the rules, which means that people tend to forget that an Inquisitor is a technically lawless person who only abides by a great moral compass.

Many corrupt people's lives have ended by the sword of an Inquisitor.

The Inquisitors are a group of priests who rank higher than needing to follow orders from the church, and they only take orders directly from God via the holy communion (which takes place every weekend).
