   Cafe Leblanc is Raoul's coffee shop he owns and runs out of a small back alley in Pentagram City. Serving mainly curry and coffee. inside its a Comfy and retro theme. Like a hideaway from the rest of the world. soft jazz plays in the background where as he also has a single tv inside, its surprisingly small for a Cafe. a single bar with five chairs at it, two four person tables along a wall spanning window, and a single two person table that you walk passed from the front door.

   Café Leblanc as well as Raoul himself are considered neutral ground for Overlords in the ring of pride and Pentagram City. Both due to its secure location, and Raoul's powers letting him keep Overlord Meetings bloodless. Also the overlords are almost all addicted to Raoul's coffee.

   Raoul's abilities and powers are the following. Curse Manipulation: Raoul can create, shape, move, control, interact, change, apply, or remove curses, any expressed wish that some form of adversity or misfortune will befall or attach to one or more persons, a place, or an object. He can manifest pure curse energy as a dangerous weapon that can kill sinners and holy beings. [Raoul disguises his curse manipulation as a sleep inducement.]

   Shape-shifting: Raoul can Shape shift his body at will to become, anyone or anything. He also ensures to copy their physical mannerisms and movement type. [Raoul keeps this power secret.]

   Vocal Mimicry: after hearing someone's voice, he can mimic it perfectly and sound exactly like the being, down to tone, Sound articulation, and mannerisms.

   Ventriloquism: Raoul can throw his voice using various techniques to make it sound like his voice is coming from, anywhere. Combined with his Vocal Mimicry and Shape-shifting he is a damn near perfect infiltration expert. [Raoul hides this skillset.]

   Stealth: Raoul has all the stealth of a Phantom Thief, damn near undetectable if he wants to be. [Raoul hides this skillset.]

   Carmilla and Raoul are, fairly close. Raoul enjoys Carmilla's company, Carmilla knows Raoul is a very intelligent and gentlemanly being, enjoying his company. The Raoul and Carmilla tend to get along like house cats. Carmilla is also the one who helped Raoul become Neutral ground.

   Raoul and Alastor hate eachother. Raoul see's Alastor as a mockery of everything Raoul tries to be. Alastor with a pitiful self enforced ego via that smile, and how Alastor will immediately resort to violence and intimidation like a thug. Alastor hates Raoul because Raoul refuses to play Alastor's games, Alastor hates that he can't predict, Control, or intimidate Raoul.
