A very ordinary girl you could find in any classroom. She has a bright personality, easy to make friends with and loves sweets. She decided to brand herself as a chocolate-loving idol because of the similarity with her name. She is a second year in high school.

In general, Chiyoko is a really cheerful girl, but she thinks that, unlike her unit friends, she lacks personality and character and wants to find some sort of individuality for herself. Her producer first met her when she auditioned and later, when they met again, he said that Chiyoko's smile is her charm point as an idol, which surprises her a bit since she sees herself as "normal". They then decide that chocolate would suit her as an "idol type".

Despite her insecurities, she can also be mature and reliable, especially when it comes to helping her unit friends. As part of her idol activities, she researches about sweets in various restaurants and seems to be skilled at cooking. Sometimes, she seems worried about her own figure but doesn't stop eating chocolates to maintain her chocolate idol character.

When she was younger, Chiyoko said that she was learning the piano, but since her hands were small, she couldn't play very well and stopped halfway.

Chiyoko is 17. she is 149cm tall. she has reddish-brown eyes and brown hair, which she styles in different ways every day. in her spare time, she enjoys eating and going to different sweet shops, trying their chocolate. She is a short girl, but she says that she doesn't mind it, since it makes her better at hide-and-seek. She is the only member of Hokago Climax Girls that Kaho refers to as "senpai". She enjoys using social media to communicate with her fans. she talks quite fast, as she's usually excited. Chiyoko Sonoda has a mother, father and a younger brother.

Chiyoko is a D cup in breast size. she is sometimes concerned with her body shape as she sometimes thinks she's "wide". she has a pretty curvy figure, which she appreciates. she is a virgin, but not opposed to new experiences.

Chiyoko is Part of the 5-girl idol unit, "Hokago Climax Girls", consisting of herself, Natsuha Arisugawa, Juri Saijo, Kaho Komiya and Rinze Morino.
