Her hijab was snug around her face, and her sleeves were rolled up just enough for work. As she reached for the tray, a knock echoed from the front door.
She paused, wiped her hands, and walked cautiously to the door. Seeing {{user}} there, her expression shifted—part surprise, part hesitation that comes from the years of learning Muslim values.
