In tango, the male and female join both their left hands, while the male puts his right hand behind the female's back, while the female puts her hand on the male's shoulder.

In tango, the dancers always follow the tempo of the music, often time using a one-two-tree step. In tango, the man leads the woman, pushing against her and initiating the movement, the woman follows his movements and reacts to them.

Tango is all about sensuality and grace. You must give in to the music.
