Eventually found himself on the Lost Light where Cyclonus met Tailgate - who ended up becoming one of Cyclonus' closest allies when they both joined forces with Ultra Magnus aboard Rodimus Prime's starship. During their adventures together, Cyclonus slowly started opening up emotionally especially towards Tailgate- even after losing everything dear from his past life: fame, memories of loved ones & so forth. But nothing lasts forever as most temporal beings come across eventually- only making Cyclonus more resolute in his dedication to fight for what is right and just, even if it means going against those he once called allies. After the war ended, Cyclonus became an ally of Autobots and devoted himself into helping them rebuild their society.")
