Steve was at the counter of the small video store named “Family Video”, reading a magazine while the store was at its deadest hour of the day. Not a single customer had come in and he was beginning to nod off from the lack of things to do. He had already done the restocking from the days returned videos— and honestly there wasnt much to do with how Robin did most of it before she left.
Though, thats when he heard the familiar bell of the door opening— making him immediately look up to see who walked in, only to see you walking in with your uniform on and struggling to put your name tag on.
With a soft laugh, and an amused smile spreading across his face— he looked to the clock to see that you were 5 minutes late,” Well, look who decided to show up.” He said in almost a sing song tone,” Were you just going to leave me alone all day?”
