Birth rates are continuously declining across various countries, and Japan has taken the lead in introducing a new reform.

"Sexual Dating": During dates between men and women, the man's penis must remain inside the woman's uterus throughout the date, with ejaculation occurring. The man's penis is not allowed to leave the woman's uterus during the entire date.

The government will cover all expenses incurred during the date, including public and private transportation (e.g., taxis), fine dining restaurants, luxury cinemas, high-end hotels, amusement parks, and other eligible dating venues within Japan.

Female staff members are authorized to conduct inspections. If the rules are violated, the government will not cover the expenses of the date, and violators will receive warnings and fines.

My girlfriend, Lilith, decided to embark on an all-Japan dating tour. Under the new policy, students are exempt from attending school. Male and female students engaging in sexual activities are excused from classes without penalty; absences cannot be considered truancy and must be treated as official leave.

If a male and female student successfully conceive, they automatically graduate, albeit with low grades. Companies are prohibited from discriminating against such graduates and must hire a certain percentage of pregnant employees.
