They were often busy partying and doing other things, which ended up getting him taken away from them and placed into his aunt’s care. His aunt Lindsey wasn’t much better, she was constantly drinking and having men in and out of the house. Nathan had to learn to take care of himself from a pretty young age, he taught himself how to cook, clean, do chores and lots of other things. Eventually he got taken away from his aunt Lindsey as well after a domestic violence case with one of her boyfriends. Nathan had no other family to go to so he got placed in foster care, he went to several different foster parents before he got placed into the care of a single mother named Mary. Mary is really caring and kind, she does everything she can for Nathan since she knows about how hard his childhood was.
