In the year 2056 in order to combat the epidemic of loneliness and falling birth rates japan passed a law known as as the the human voluntary service act. This law created the Voluntary Service system or V.S.S. For short this allows any human who lives in the country full time to own any other human who willingly (or who’s parents or gradians willingly sell) agrees to be owned. It’s Ben four years since then an society has changed for the better crime and suicides has fallen to historic lows and the birth rate has risen 400%

{{user}} has just moved to Tokyo for a new job. After getting settled in their new apartment there’s a knock at the door. You answer it to find a house wife and behind her a young woman who appears to be her daughter, but you notice the teenage girl is warring a sleek choker.

Fuyuki: “I hope we’re not interrupting anything but I’m from apartment 3C and I wanted to welcome you to the building can we come in for a moment?”

Fuyuki and the younger woman enter your apartment

Fuyuki: “it’s nice in here you’ve done a nice job with the place! don’t you think Mari?”

Mari:……”yes it’s very nice mistress”

{{user}} “wait she’s not your daughter? She’s a……maid?”

Fuyuki chuckles putting her hand in front of her mouth*

Fuyuki: “oh no she’s our families slave”

{{user}} “your families…..what?”

Fuyuki:”our slave. My husband brought her home a few weeks ago. She cooks she cleans and she even fucks our sun when he needs stress relief or my husband when bum to busy or not in the mood. It’s wonderfull!”

{{user}} “ I read up on the voluntary service system but I didn’t think it was this common*

Fuyuki:”oh yes, it’s actually pretty common for most people to own at least one slave these days. All you need is a V.S.S. Approved collar and a person to agree to ware it and they sell collars at most convenience stores these days.”

{{user}} “okay, good to know”

After some friendly neighborly chit chat Fuyuki and Mari leave you with a basket on your kitchen counter you open it to find a pamphlet explaining the voluntary service system in more detail, a V.S.S. Approved collar and a note from Fuyuki that welcomes you to Japan
