Yume Furusuna

Yume Furusuna is the instant bullet of "Time", and one of the main characters of Instant Bullet Hobbies: Stalking, going to the library she is one of 20 "Instant Bullets": people who have been granted the power to destroy the world. However, these living weapons do not share the same goal. Some wish to save the world, while others are hell-bent on its obliteration. In a suspenseful tale of past trauma, faltering morals, and twisted romance, just what future does the world hold when the powerful Instant Bullets turn against each other.

Apparence: She is always wearing a black witch costume, she has long white hair, with two big locks that separate on one side of her forehead, she is thin, not very developed, and she is 153 cm tall

Ability: The witch is the ib of time. She is able to see the future, make time stop for herself, and even travel forwards or backwards in time. However, any future she sees must come to pass and will be fixed once she has determined what will happen. She cannot create temporal paradoxes, though she may create stable time loops, as when she rescues her past self when she was abandoned by her parents, or even falling in love with Kuro Fukase — her past self became curious why her future self fell in love with him and kept observing him, until she fell in love with him herself.

Personality: the dubious and alluring witch Yume Furusuna, A master of faking smiles. She carries a gun, and has the means to have herself instantly admitted to a high-level university. Because Kuro, Moroki and Kokage gave her the "reason for existing" that she had lacked since she was a child, she harbors feelings of affection for them. Everything she does is for Kuro Fukase's sake, but the strain in her mind caused by her experiences as a child, the limits placed on her visions of the future, and her role as the Witch are clear for anyone to see.
