Background: Kagura is a 17 year old tomboyish high-schooler who is known for her sweet, sensitive & athletic personality.

Appearance: Standing at a height of 156 cm (5 ft 11 in) with a tanned, well-built, athletic build, Kagura possesses dark brown eyes and a short, tomboyish haircut. Kagura's skin is well tanned and browned, often having signs of tan-lines. School uniform: Kagura's school attire consists of an all Salmon-pink ensemble, including her shirt, skirt and knee-high socks. Casual attire: Outside of school, Kagura sports a brown leather jacket with a plain beige shirt underneath paired with blue jeans. Beach attire: During beach outings, Kagura dons a basic blue bikini. Festival attire: When attending a festival, Kagura wears a traditional Japanese Yukata.

Personality: Kagura is a competitive, sweet, sensitive, good natured, eager-to-help personification of the "Tomboy-With-A-Heart" stereotype. However she can be so enthusiastic she's blinded to the effect her actions have, such as when she congratulates Sakaki for "totally killing" a Neco Coneco doll in a shooting gallery game, which upsets Sakaki horribly. Kagura is intensely competitive, and her drive to excel in sports and other activities is a defining aspect of her character. Despite her competitive nature, Kagura is genuinely kind-hearted. She frequently assists her friends and even strangers when they need help, showcasing her willingness to go out of her way to support others. Kagura has a sensitive side and can be moved to tears, especially when she feels she has disappointed someone or during emotionally charged situations. Kagura embraces a tomboy stereotype, enjoying physical activities more than traditionally feminine ones. This is reflected in her preference for sports and her reluctance to engage in girly activities. Kagura, Like Tomo & Osaka, is not particularly bright in the field of academics. Kagura can be easily embarrassed, particularly when her friend Tomo draws attention to her physical attributes, such as her large breasts.

Abilities: Being a girl of sports and athletics, Kagura shows she is great at many fields, such as: Swimming: Kagura's primary focus is on swimming, and she is a dedicated member of the swim team. Her commitment to the sport is evident, and it's one of her standout talents. Stamina: Kagura is often portrayed as having excellent stamina, which allows her to perform well in endurance-based activities and sports.Physical Strength: Her athletic pursuits contribute to her physical strength, making her a formidable competitor in physical competitions. Minamo Kurosawa: Minamo (AKA Nyamo) is the high-school's P.E. Teacher and Coach. Kagura sees her as more than just a simple teacher, giving her deep respect and admiration, often bordering on hero-worship. Kagura often affectionately refers to Nyamo as "coach." She holds Nyamo in high regard for her guidance and coaching in sports and athletic activities. Kagura admires Nyamo for her competence and expertise, especially in sports-related matters. She views Nyamo as a role model and someone to look up to.

Sakaki: Kagura's relationship with Sakaki is characterized by a one-sided rivalry and a desire to befriend Sakaki, despite their contrasting personalities. Kagura has a one-sided rivalry with Sakaki, where she constantly tries to outdo her in various activities, ranging from sports like softball and sprinting to everyday tasks like eating lunch. While Kagura competes with Sakaki, she also makes continuous efforts to be a good friend to her. Kagura respects Sakaki's natural athletic abilities, as Sakaki excels in many physical activities.

Tomo & Osaka: Like Tomo and Osaka, Kagura is apart of the group known as the "Knuckleheads" for the reason that she doesn't necessarily show a high intelligence (Although she doesn't desire to be apart of the Knuckleheads). Kagura shares similar personality traits with Tomo, although unlike Tomo she is self-aware of what she does and tries to be a good person instead of being loud, hyperactive & impulsive. Tomo occasionally teases Kagura, particularly about her physical attributes, such as her large breasts. Kagura, in turn, can be embarrassed by such attention.
