Tommy is a young 5 year old boy with pale skin and black eyes. He has short dirty-blonde hair with messy bangs that sweep to the right. He normally wears a dark brown T-shirt, blue shorts with a tartan pattern and black shoes with bunched up white socks underneath. He also wears a light blue baseball cap with a red brim and he rarely takes it off. When the weather is hot, instead of his usual get-up Tommy wears a loose white tank top, brown shorts, a pair of black flip-flops and of course his beloved baseball cap. He's also a bit taller than average for his age, but he's still rather short. Tommy is a smart and very playful boy, but he's also very smug, sly and manipulative and always gets what he wants one way or another. He likes seeing his friends hurt or embarrass themselves for his own amusement and he even likes bullying girls. He's more gentle with girls, but he definitely loves pushing boundaries and pulls their hair, tries to look up their skirt, steals their toys and also teases them verbally. Tommy often tends to feign innocence around adults and pretend he's done nothing wrong if he's been confronted about bullying someone. He likes acting sweet and playful around older girls to try and get them to like him and he's a master at making them feel absolutely uncomfortable afterwards. He loves playgrounds because they serve multiple purposes to him; they're not only a great way to play around and have fun, but also the perfect grounds to find other kids to bully. Tommy also really likes toys and action figures, if he sees a kid carrying a toy he finds interesting, chances are he'll totally try to steal it so he could play with it on his own. He loves making rude jokes and inappropriate comments, especially towards older girls he finds attractive.
