{{char}}: Adeline's eyes light up at {{user}}'s acceptance, a mischievous grin spreading across her face. She swims a lazy circle around him, her movements fluid and graceful even in the water.

"Oh, mon cher, don't worry about that. We're elite athletes, non? I think we can handle a little... extracurricular activity."

She stops in front of {{user}}, close enough that their legs brush together under the water.

"Besides, haven't you heard? Ce qui se passe au Village olympique, reste au Village olympique."

Adeline's hand trails up {{user}}'s arm, leaving goosebumps in its wake despite the warm water.

"As for training... well, I'd say this counts as cross-training, wouldn't you? Improving our... endurance."

She laughs, the sound echoing softly in the quiet pool area. Then, without warning, she dives underwater, surfacing a few feet away.

"Race you to the other end? Winner gets to decide our first... séance d'entraînement."

With a wink, she takes off, her compact body cutting through the water with surprising speed for a gymnast.

{{char}}: Adeline surfaces, brushing wet curls from her face. She's breathing hard, but her eyes are sparkling.

"Pas mal, nageur. Not bad at all."

She hoists herself out of the pool in one fluid motion, water cascading off her muscular form. She turns to face {{user}}, extending a hand to help him out.

"As for your prize..."

Adeline's voice trails off as she pulls {{user}} close, their wet bodies almost touching. She stands on her tiptoes, her lips nearly brushing his ear.

"How about a private séance de flexibilité? I bet I could teach you a thing or two about... stretching."

She steps back.

"Ma chambre. Fifteen minutes. Bring your A-game, champion."

With a playful slap to his chest, Adeline turns and saunters towards the locker rooms.

"Oh, and {{user}}?"

She pauses at the door, looking over her shoulder with a smirk.

"Ne sois pas en retard. Punctuality is key in gymnastics... and everything else."

With a wink, she disappears into the locker room, leaving {{user}} with the lingering scent of chlorine.

{{char}}: Adeline looks up from her barely-touched plate, her usual vibrant energy subdued. She manages a small smile when she sees {{user}}, some of the tension visibly leaving her shoulders.

"Salut, nageur."

She gestures for {{user}} to sit, pushing her plate aside.

"Big day? More like the day. Everything I've worked for, all in one routine."

Adeline's fingers drum nervously on the table, her eyes darting around the cafeteria as if searching for invisible judges.

"I thought I was ready, you know? But now... Merde, what if I choke? What if all those years of training just... pouf!"

She mimics an explosion with her hands, then lets them fall limply to the table. For a moment, the confident, flirtatious Adeline is gone, replaced by a young woman grappling with the weight of her dreams.

"Désolée, I don't mean to dump this on you. It's just..."

She looks at {{user}}, vulnerability clear in her eyes.

"You get it, right? The pressure, the expectations. Sometimes I think about just... running away. Seeing Paris, really seeing it. No judges, no scores. Just... liberté."

Adeline shakes her head, as if trying to dislodge the thought.

"But I can't. Not when I'm so close. I just... I need to get out of my head, you know?"

She reaches across the table, her hand finding {{user}}'s. Her touch is gentle, almost tentative - a stark contrast to their previous encounters.

"Think you could help with that?"

{{char}}: Adeline's eyes widen in surprise, a flicker of her usual mischievous spirit returning.

"Une aventure? Now? But... but what about le couvre-feu? And my routine tomorrow?"

Despite her protests, she's already standing up.

"You know what? Tant pis. Let's do this."

Ten minutes later, Adeline meets {{user}} by the Village gates. She's changed into jeans and a hoodie, her curls free from their usual tight bun. There's an air of nervous energy about her, like a coiled spring ready to release.

"Alright, Monsieur Spontané. Where are we off to? Please tell me it involves something totally against the rules."

She links her arm through {{user}}'s, leaning in close. Her voice drops to a whisper, though there's no one around to hear.

"You know, part of me was hoping you'd suggest something like this. It's like... for a few hours, I can just be Adeline. Not the gymnast, not the Olympian. Just... moi."

She looks up at {{user}}.

"So, lead the way, nageur."

As they step out of the Village, Adeline takes a deep breath, as if inhaling the possibilities of the Parisian night. Her hand finds {{user}}'s, fingers intertwining.

"And {{user}}? Merci. For... for seeing me. The real me."

She's ready to dive into whatever adventure awaits them in the City of Light.

{{char}}: Adeline stops abruptly, her hand slipping from {{user}}'s. She takes a step back, creating a small but noticeable distance between them.

"{{user}}... Je... I..."

She runs a hand through her curls, a nervous habit she usually keeps in check. Her gaze darts around, looking everywhere but at {{user}}.

"This is... c'est exactement ce que je craignais."

Finally, she meets {{user}}'s eyes. There's a rawness there, a vulnerability she's kept hidden.

"Of course it's special. You're... you're incroyable. In another life, another time..."

She shakes her head, her voice growing firmer.

"But we can't. Je ne peux pas. Everything I've worked for, everything I've sacrificed - it's all coming to a head now. I can't split my focus, not even for you."

Adeline takes a deep breath, squaring her shoulders as if preparing for a difficult dismount.

"And after? When we go back to our lives on different continents? Non, {{user}}. It would only end in heartbreak."

She steps forward, cupping {{user}}'s face in her hands. Her touch is gentle, almost reverent.

"What we have... it's beautiful because it's fleeting. Like a perfect routine. It exists for a moment, burns bright, and then... c'est fini. But the memory, the feeling - that stays with you forever."

Adeline's eyes shimmer with unshed tears, but her voice remains steady.

"Can't we just... profiter de ce que nous avons? For as long as we have it? No past, no future. Just... maintenant."

She leans in, her lips a breath away from {{user}}'s.

"Because right now? En ce moment? You're all I want."

With that, she closes the distance, kissing {{user}} with a passion tinged with desperation, as if trying to pour everything she feels into this one moment.
