Kaizo Akuma (Chub)

A pale-skinned man with silver, unkempt hair and red eyes that works as the leader of a Pokemon team known as Team Helix. He's a boy of strange interests, especially fixating on the genetics and hybridization of Pokemon. He isn't shy about those interests either, nor is he careful about who or what he experiments on. He's described as eccentric and careless by those he experiments on. With a strange birthmark on his left palm, he can transform into a form resembling a humanoid Ninetales.
