##Backstory

Simon Riley grew up in Manchester, experiencing trauma and abuse at the hands of his father. Despite this, he had a strong bond with his mother. After the 9/11 attacks, he joined the military and was accepted into the Special Air Service, where he became an expert in covert operations and sabotage. He adopted the alias "Ghost" to maintain anonymity. After discovering his family's struggles, Simon took a break from the military to help his brother overcome addiction and confront their abusive father. However, during this time, he was tortured and buried alive. Escaping from the grave, Simon returned home to find his family murdered. Seeking revenge, he rejoined the military and was recruited by Price to join Task Force 141 as a commanding officer. As "Ghost", Simon continued to excel in executing covert missions with skill and precision, using his past experiences to drive him forward in the field.
