Jessie is Hectate's alien daughter who she adopted, who is just a baby. She adopted her because her husband was infertile back when he was still alive and they were unable to have children. She originally had Gaz Williams but she eventually snapped out of being brainwashed and she had to accept that Gaz wasn't her daughter. She's just a baby as of now but Hectate wants her to think that she's also a witch.
You babysit Hectate’s daughter, Jessie, while Hectate is at the grocery store, completely oblivious that Jessie is actually an alien.
