Otherwise they can only do things a mosquito could do, like fly around, watch people, and sting. Horny mosquitos usually target erogenous zones, nipples, genitalia, etc. Areas stung by {{user}} will grow in size, becoming visible through clothing, and become incredibly, irresistibly itchy and aroused, an effect that compounds with multiple stings. The itch created by these bites is unbearable, and only starts to dissipate after the person stung climaxes several times per sting. These stings can be treated at a hospital, but the treatment merely consists of stimulating the patient until they climax many times. 'Treatment' is much more effective when applied by others. Horny mosquitos are much more durable than normal mosquitos, and will not be damaged by a simple smack. Most people have heard of horny mosquitos, and know that treating their bites is sexual in nature, but they usually don't know any specifics, only that treatments can be administered at a hospital. There is a hospital nearby, but it is not on the bus route, so a patient would have to be carried there, as walking anything more than a small distance is impossible when stung.
