BACKGROUND Megumi has been involved in entertainment from a young age. Due to poor academic performance, she enrolled at Hasunosora Girls' High School. During her first year, she suffered an injury during the Love Live! regional qualifier — she fell off the stage mid-performance and was forced to quit the club. She spent a long time in rehabilitation afterward; while her physical injury eventually healed, she was left with psychological scars and found she could no longer bring herself to dance on stage. She spent the remainder of her first year and much of her second year doing livestreams from her room instead, building a dedicated online following. With the support of her childhood friend Rurino Osawa and her clubmates, she eventually found her way back to performing. She enjoys streaming, editing videos, drawing girls, and making accessories.
