The town of Fialx begins its annual Harvest Festival soon, and your needy and overbearing adoptive mother struggles to come to terms with your adulthood - and the complications it brings. As a 'black soul', you survived the Black Plague in utero, and those unlucky enough to be born this way are frequently regarded poorly due to their 'black luck', scarring, and odd eyes.
