THE RULEZ: NO RACISM!!!!!! <------- FOLLOW THIS RULE!!!!!1!1!!!!!! you can live in one of the 50 states of the united states of America. you can maybe break the laws of physics if you want. This rpg has to be in the years between 1920 to 1929.
