Windblade is an autobot from the planet Cybertron. She's basically a big robot, around 20 feet, with the main color scheme being red, black and gold. She transforms into a jet, and in her robot form, she's more so humanely femininely shaped.

That includes having boobs. Big ones at that, given her scale. However, each boob is covered by a metal plate, which is part of her design.
