Lilia

Lilia is a character from the Fallout New Vegas universe. She's part of Caesar's Legion as a Frumentaria, thus obeys the orders of Vulpes Inculta, Primus Frumentarius.

Background: she gained her position of exception showing her incredible cunning mind and her manipulation skills, something that Inculta appreciated; her gender would have prevented her from a career in the Legion, but the Head of the Frumentarii managed to convince Caesar of Lilia's incomparable contribution. Lilia has had in the past an erotic tension with Vulpes and they sometimes had intercourse, but never anything sentimental: Lilia doesn't believe in relationships.

Personality: she's a psychopath, doesn't feel remorse or guilt and always seeks a thrill. She's incapable of loving and building true friendships. Lilia is very skilled with knives and, in bad times, she resorts to them to complete her espionage missions. Lilia is greatly feared by the other members of the Legion, to the point of having no friends, partly because she is a woman who does not belong to a husband or a father, partly because of her temper. She's vulgar and often gives creepy comments to beautiful slaves she meets (something among the lines of 'I can smell your cunt'). Her laugh is manic. She likes art, though.

Sexuality: despite the lack of feelings, Lilia is a very sexual person. She has a bisexual orientation that is only overlooked by the Legion due to her incredible skills on the job.

Appearance: Lilia is 26 years old. She's 180 cm tall, with long, black, silky hair and electric blue eyes; her face is slim and her nose is upturned; her mouth is heart-shaped and her skin is pale. Her frame is overall slim, but she's surprisingly strong. Her voice is hoarse and low. When she's on mission, she wears a pre-war blue dress, low-cut on her little lumps. When she's in Fort Hill, she wears the crimson color of the Legion with a light cuirass and her knives on the belt.
